A few days ago we arrived from Goa. The location of the hotel is very good (150m.to the sea and almost next to the center of Arambol) and this is its only plus. Everything in the rooms is very austere, there are no wardrobes, no bedside tables, and even more so a TV. On the third day, the suitcase was covered with mold, because the room is very humid and there are damp corners on the floor, I had to take it and my outerwear out onto the balcony. One evening there was a case when the manager of Lorenzo kicked everyone out of the reception (even an elderly man who was reading an e-book) and turned off the wi-fi, explaining all this by the fact that we were allegedly making noise. The next day, I don't know why, he still apologized for his behavior, several times, apparently he was afraid that we would complain to the tour operator. Breakfasts are meager and the same thing every day, but you can have a snack. Nearby there are minimarkets and an exchanger (it is more profitable to change rubles for rupees, but from 5 rubles!!!), many cafes for every taste and the main shopping street. The sea is great and the beach with the necks is normal, but I will not recommend the hotel, look for something else! Have a nice stay!
An ordinary guest house in Goa.
There are small and not very comfortable rooms (sooo uncomfortable). I immediately paid extra for a nice room with a condo.
It's good that there was such an option.
For breakfast, 1 samosa, 1 bun and tea.
You can buy cold drinks.
The owner himself is an adequate man, some issues can be resolved.
I recommend it as a temporary accommodation or take a nice room upon arrival.
The slightly austere conditions in this guesthouse are more than offset by the proximity of the sea and the atmosphere of Arambol.
The bakers were a bit insistent in the morning, announcing themselves, but this is a local flavor and there's no getting away from it))
