The hotel is very decent, of a fairly high level, in the Hadaba area of Sharm El Sheikh. The territory is quite spacious, while well designed. Close to all restaurants. The hotel's main features are several luxurious pools. I recommend the swim up rooms, with access to the pool, which is quite deep and wide, it is very convenient. Of the 5 a la carte restaurants, 4 have unlimited free admission, by appointment.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, the children are happy. Animation for children is at the highest level. The children are supervised, there are different programs and master classes every day.
The food is good and varied. You won't stay hungry here. There is ice cream for children. The sea is beautiful, the reef is alive. A bus runs through the territory. I would like to thank the animation club, Menna and Kadria for the strong emotions in my children. I wish the Hotel prosperity and success!

Great hotel!!! There are rooms for every taste, both standard and more comfortable!
I was relaxing with the kids in the Jacuzzi suite. A room with a huge terrace with a heated Jacuzzi, which is very convenient in March))) the room also had its own coffee machine with excellent coffee 👍 After the cool sea, we went to the room, warmed up in the Jacuzzi and sipped delicious coffee!
There is always a large selection of different dishes in the shared restaurant.
Several ala-maps of restaurants. We really liked Italian (with perfect pizza and normal ice cream) and Mongolian (they cook your chosen food right in front of you on fire in a huge kitchen.
The territory is very well maintained, surrounded by greenery, flowers. Friendly staff!
The hotel has a beautiful reef, access from the pier is very convenient 👌
In the evening, you can walk from the hotel to the nearest shops, or take a taxi and drive to the Old Town or the now popular cafe Farsha in 5 minutes (highly recommended)

A great hotel, one of my favorites, a gorgeous sea with a reef that is no worse than a nature reserve. Delicious food, good pools to choose from. There are even rooms with access to a private pool. I will definitely come back here again.

I stayed at the SunRise Diamond Hotel with my family (2 adults + 2 children) during the period 20-30.04.2024. I liked everything, thank you. But a vacation in could bring even more pleasure, taking into account the comments below:
■There are a lot of mosquitoes on the territory of the hotel. The staff fights against them every day, conducting "gas attacks" in the evenings. But the effect of the fight is far from 100%, which is why the whole family was bitten by mosquitoes and had to take antihistamines all vacation. Recommendation: Invite a specialist who will select the optimal mosquito control technology (we stayed in hotels with more landscaping and a wetter climate - they fought mosquitoes more successfully there).
The sockets in the room are old and loose, which means that the phone had to be charged in the bathroom, and the "regular" fumigator was connected instead of a kettle. Recommendation: Invite an electrician who would remove the platbands and bend the contact terminals in the sockets (if you do not want to change the sockets entirely)
The dishes in the main restaurant are signed, but often the names are uninformative for tourists. Recommendation: Add symbols that are understandable to everyone on the cards with the name of the dish, explaining their features of the dish, for example: pepper - for peppery dishes, cow - for beef dishes, crossed out spikelet - for gluten-free dishes, vegan inscription - for meat-free dishes and so on.
■There were no toothpicks in any restaurant. Recommendation: If you do not want to put them on every table, then put them on the distribution (for example, next to coffee machines). It's a shame to save on such an item for a 5-star hotel.
The sun beds by the main pool are very "tired" and without mattresses. Recommendation: Upgrade the sunbed park. It's a shame to save on such inventory for a 5-star hotel.
■My family loves to play table tennis. According to observations, during our vacation, another 40-50 guests also felt interest in this game. But the employees cleaned all the equipment after 18:00, and in the heat of 35-37 degrees in the shade, it is physically very difficult to play during the day for more than 10 minutes. Especially when there are other points of attraction nearby in the heat conditions - the main pool and the water park. Recommendation: Move the tables to the gazebo, which is located on the way from the main restaurant to the main pool (there is regularly some hawker bored in the absence of customers), add a few chairs there (so that when the table is occupied, other players can comfortably wait their turn), do not remove inventory and every evening (from dinner to midnight) you will have a company of tennis players there ;)

Great hotel! Delicious food, drinks, a good water park. There are a lot of animators who are constantly calling for some kind of activity. We were vacationing with friends. Ultra all inclusive. There are beaches and pools for adults only.
Restaurants by appointment the next day. Everything is insanely delicious. The staff is incredibly polite, all our problems were solved on the fly. The air conditioner went out at night, they called the reception - in half an hour everything was fixed

A good hotel, rooms with sea views are usually located in noisy places, close to the restaurant and pool, so I had to change the sea view to a quieter room.

Nice hotel. The food is delicious. However, seafood is rare. The alcohol is local, except for beer I have not tried. Beer is normal. Good, funny animators. There is a children's room with Russian-speaking babysitters. They didn't leave one child in the house, they were always there for me. Many leave their children under supervision.
The beach is not bad, with different areas for different levels of leisure activity. There is an area with umbrellas. There are showers on the beach.

It's been a long time since we went to Egypt, everyone was afraid, but this hotel is the one that directly disposes to peace of mind and tranquility, not counting the elementary rest of both body and soul. Highly recommend, very friendly staff, Russian speakers even at the reception. The steepest reef is probably on the coast, a steep stationary pier, not like in neighboring hotels. Well, what can I say about the sea, everything has already been said many times, the red sea is the coolest, cleanest. A bunch of fish right by the pier. There is always enough food in the restaurant, there is always seafood, a lot of meat of all kinds. Live music every night, we liked the guitarist, there was also a violinist. Everyone's getting high. We still want to go there.

Very diverse and high-quality food and drinks ( lots of fish, seafood, products for all categories, including those who are on PP or have restrictions).
The rooms and furniture are fresh, modern, new. The pools are clean, heated (there are separate ones for small children, separate ones for adults only). The territory is very well maintained, the gardeners work for 10. The beaches are clean, the sunbeds are new, we had almost new ones replaced with brand new ones. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel has a twofold feeling
Beautiful views, nice rooms.
You can eat food like everywhere else in Egypt, but in my opinion it is not very tasty.

At the adult pool where foreigners rest, we were constantly discriminated against because we are from Russia, they carried the water to everyone except us, and so systematically, they do not smile at the bar with all their appearance, they make it clear that they do not want to communicate with you, the lifeguard from this pool, as I understood, helps at the bar very much friendly, not pleasant, they did not complain to anyone, they always said that everything was fine, but the sediment remained.
There are also ads in many languages including Ukrainian, but not in Russian, it's worth thinking about

Beautiful area, not far from the airport. There is a heated pool for adults only and part of the beach for adults. This is probably the end of the advantages. We arrived at the hotel at night for an additional fee, we were given a room at 5 am. They wanted to sleep from a long journey , but the bed linen turned out to be dirty and there was a terrible smell of baby urine . We changed the room to another one , but dirty men 's socks turned out to be in a bag with disposable slippers , there were only belts from the robes . Since 7 a.m., crowds of people have been walking around the door and yelling at children . Crowds of people gathered in the dining room and talked loudly to the whole hall . The food is not tasty , the alcohol is fermented . One of the worst hotels in Egypt where I managed to visit. Visited more than 10 for sure .

Beautiful well-maintained territory, renovated rooms. For the bathroom in the deluxe room, I am ready to forgive the hotel minor flaws.))
Three beach areas, including a zone for 16+. An excellent jetty pier, a reef of extraordinary beauty and diversity. There is no entrance to the sea from the beach, you can walk knee-deep. But they come here for the reef, not for the gentle entrance to the sea.
All pools are heated. The water park is small for children and adults.
The food is delicious and of high quality. Again, by Egyptian standards, it is diverse.
The animation is unobtrusive and positive.
In general, the service is strong 4, they try, they perform beyond the norm upon request. But, of course, I would like better cleaning, and the service in the restaurant with drinks on request.

We had a rest in September at this hotel. We were satisfied with the rest. The food is good, because I think it's important for people. Everyone will find something to eat. I liked the Alaskan restaurants. Maybe someone doesn't go, we visited all the free ones. Nice solid pier. Animators try to entertain tourists. Foam discos, cocktail parties.In the evening, you can take a walk outside the hotel to the shops is not far away. You can also consider this option next time, except for the price.

We had a winter vacation at this hotel in a swimming pool room.
We were checked into the room immediately upon arrival, we did not have to wait for 14:00
They greeted us with juice, very kindly, and immediately gave us wi-fi passwords for all devices
We checked in and an electric car took us and our luggage to the room. God, what a beautiful and well-groomed territory the hotel has! We got to our room, our luggage was brought to our room, everything was shown and told, they wished us a good rest and left us to rest.

Hello! We had a vacation with children in June 2023. Like it. We checked in earlier at 8.00 without additional payment. Thank you so much for this! The room is spacious with a sea view. Cleaning and replenishment of the bar daily. There is soda and beer in the bar. Centre. the heated pool, which is also a plus, because it is small in the sea it is freezing. The food is basically fine. For breakfast, they gave freshly squeezed orange, strawberry and mango juices, and there were queues for an omelet. The service is unobtrusive, Arabs lick their own, Germans and Americans traditionally.Not all Arabs speak Russian. You can't ask for wine, but I walked with my legs. The sea is great, but the fish are aggressive, the surgeon fish bites when descending from the pantone. The child was bitten off by a sore. The same fish also aggress from the shore, turns sideways, raises its scalpel fins and rushes at the person. It's creepy, but that's how I understood spawning. Vacationers in October at this hotel claim that this did not happen. You need to be careful with marine fauna. And it's so fun, sunny and carefree. The temperature is 38 during the day, about 20 at night. Creams with 50 protection are the best.

Great hotel! Cleanliness is 5, the pools are cleaned every evening, the water is clean in the morning. A great hotel for winter holidays. The second time is here. The reef is beautiful. The pools are ALL heated to +30. The food is excellent and generous. The animation is not bad either. The children's room is well equipped.
There are disadvantages, but there are not many of them. Mosquitoes. They didn't exist 2 years ago. We were here tonight. We bought a mosquito spray. Local whiskey is disgusting, it's better not to drink it. Cocktails for 4- . The beer tastes great. Wine for 4, but without the negativity.

The hotel is wonderful, but I will make a reservation right away that it is not suitable for elderly or disabled people, there are many steps, although there is a bus running through the territory, you are still there. The food is excellent, with an abundance of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, desserts, side dishes and meat/fish. With other seafood, the choice is not so great, but there are also shrimp and mussels. The room cleaning is good, the staff is polite, not too annoying. Lots of pools, great sky bar and pool bars. The sea is close, the pontoon and the entrance to the water are convenient, a lifeguard is on duty. I really liked the rest in this place. The animation is a little lame, but in general, it's what you need for a not too active holiday.

Good food, lots of pools, vacationers are evenly distributed over a large area of the hotel. The beach is small, only to wet your feet, swim from panton behind the reefs. There are a lot of fish.
We do not recommend rooms near the water park, it is very noisy. Good buildings 1-3, Windows on a quiet pool.
There are small traffic jams in front of the entrance for dinner, it is better to arrive 10 minutes in advance.

I don't know who gives 5 stars. There are 4 for staying in a room with 2 rooms semi-suite! 5 beyond the sea and the approaches to it ( when the hotel is 30% full). And 2 stars for the food ( there is frankly nothing ) in tripodvisor there are shrimps , how to roast a sheep , red fish , etc. - I did not find it in 8 days !!! Of the food that is edible is chicken , sometimes beef and fish ( local ) cucumbers and tomatoes . Beer and veno for 3. The rest of the alcohol was cautiously poisoned from one cocktail !!!. And you will be forgotten by the staff without a dollar) of course not the Europeans) they are licked))) for this food minus a star -100%.After the restaurants , get ready to go back to the dining room ) .
