An excellent hotel for a relaxing family holiday in a quiet season. October 2024. We searched and found - a sandy beach, a sandy bottom, an ideal entry into the sea, the temperature is +30 outside and inside, we also fed for 5. Poles, Bulgarians, Germans, Turks, there are no children and there are no conflicts with anyone. Discos every day at 21 o'clock. But this is autumn, what will be in season? We are very pleased with our stay for the third time in this hotel.

They stole all the dollars from the luggage room near the reception !!!
"Rested" here from 08/26.24 to 09/3/14. 2 adults and 2 children.
On the day of departure 3.09. at 12-05, we left our luggage in the luggage room, the room was opened to us by the Turk belboy, we looked that there was a camera! Our transfer arrived earlier, at 13-20 we were in a hurry, and did not check the luggage. Arriving at the airport an hour later , they found that all the dollars were stolen by the staff of this hotel , because only they had access to the room .
We went to the police, from there to our tour company FanSun, called the guide, called the hotel … It 's all pointless , they just say like you won 't find the missing 🤬🤬🤬
The hotel itself is very old , everything is falling apart , mold , dirt , sewage smell in all rooms , the showers are leaky , after taking a shower there are huge puddles in your room , water drips into the lower room !!!! The water is cold , set up warm water for 20-30 minutes and then for a minute -2 , then it goes cold again , I broke records for washing long hair ! The one-year-old child began to be afraid to wash , so he had to rinse with cold water !
BY EATING , WE 'VE ALL LOST WEIGHT !!!
My husband and eldest daughter were poisoned for two days , I myself walked for two days with abdominal pain and weakness , the younger one was swearing for all 8 days !!!! We ate only watermelons with apples , sometimes peaches , but they are disassembled within 2 minutes and no longer reported ! Grilled chicken parts with fresh vegetables and that's it!!! Their Turkish snacks , which are mixed with something we didn 't eat , sweets all with the taste of toothpaste ! I sometimes gave soups to the youngest , but he ate very poorly , although he had an excellent appetite before coming here ! The eldest daughter , who cried for 10 years that she wanted to go home !!! After the foam party, my eyes hurt for 3 days .
Absolutely all tourists are shocked by this 4-star hotel 😣 Our long-awaited vacation , which we planned , spent a lot of money , was just ruined 😔 And also in the end the money was stolen , THIS INCIDENT COMPLETELY TURNED MY ATTITUDE TOWARDS TURKEY !!!
We took money to dress the whole family from them , but after shopping, we went around the local bazaars , we are shocked by their prices and quality ! Things are of the same quality as with Aliexpress , and the price tags are 7 times higher ! In Waikiki, which was considered a budget, prices have become very high ! Even the locals complain that prices have increased everywhere , they do not have privileges , they buy at the same prices as tourists ..

Everything did not correspond to what was stated on the website. We did not receive the paid number. every day they asked us to change, they sent us to come up tomorrow, now there are no rooms. And so it is throughout our entire vacation of 10 days. We could not change the Hotel due to poor communication with the tour operator, the guide at the hotel was not interested in helping us. The food is the same type, every day. There is nothing to feed the child, my three-year-old lost a kilogram! Although at home she is not at all picky about food. For the first time, I had stomach problems, stagnation of food, could not digest (despite the fact that I did not eat enough).
My husband drank, he liked the alcohol, varied, they pour it well. There is no animation. A playful playground, as well as a children's club.
I read bad reviews, at first I thought that competitors, I drove ready for disadvantages, we are not biased people, but so that it would be so bad... It's a straight combo. From visiting the country of Turkey for the first time, there were negative memories. I will not dare to come as a tourist anymore. Do not risk your emotional state
and vacation by visiting this hotel. Book another one!

Cleaning/hygiene zero meals are a blessing, but there is no taste, no taste, zero everything is served in a paper cup, I never recommend it to anyone, not even a sea towel was given, I stayed for 6 days, my room was not even cleaned, 20,000 TL was wasted everywhere full of dirt, you'll understand, I don't recommend it at all, this is a vacation, and this hotel is not suitable at all
