Excellent guest house, has everything you need, good conditions, the view from the window pleases. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming! Despite the fact that it is not in the city itself, you can get anywhere by taxi or hitchhike. The prices are reasonable.
The sea is clean, the beach is cozy.
Shops, cafes, canteen, everything is nearby.

We rested from August 8 to 15, 2022, not a big hotel, 10 rooms, has its own kitchen, tables next to it, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The room is clean, a double bed and a folding sofa for 2 people, if with a child, you can lie down there with three people, room amenities, a wardrobe where you can safely put everything out and hang, air conditioning, refrigerator, table. There is a bench and a clothes dryer near the room. The hotel itself is located right next to the sea, you don't even have to walk for a minute, also, there is a cafe on the territory, everything is delicious, prices are adequate, a wonderful waitress, Asida😊 Nice view from the cafe, right next to the sea😍 The floor in the hotel corridor is swept and washed daily. If you go upstairs, there's a store right away, there's everything you need. The sea is clear, the beach on one side is sandy, then pebbly. There are not many people on the beach, even in the evening, when there is an influx, more people come from hotels and guest houses located above, but this does not affect the congestion of the beach. In general, the impression is good, we had a great rest😁👍🏻🔥

A wonderful secluded cozy place to relax! The wonderful owners Kan and Amina are always ready to help. The room is without frills, but clean and cozy. There is everything you need: 2 large beds, bedside table, wardrobe, table, air conditioning, bathroom. There is a summer kitchen. We had a rest with the children, I really liked it. The sea is literally 2 steps away. The coast is clean, there are sun beds and water activities for children and adults. There is a place to park the car. There is a wonderful dining room nearby, grocery stores. The sights of New Athos are also a 5-minute drive away. I recommend everyone to consider it. And most importantly, it is very inexpensive.

A wonderful place! The sea is right outside the window! We arrived home only yesterday, but I want to go back there! very beautiful. the rooms are comfortable, although we had problems with the air conditioning.

The hotel is right on the beach. Small rooms, but there is everything you need. All amenities in the room. Summer kitchen, barbecue area. There Is A Cafe Nearby. A little way up the stairs and there is a grocery store by the road. I really liked the place.

We had a rest in the month of August 2023. Amina and Kan, you are the best!!! Thank you for everything!!! The rooms have everything you need for a good rest. Namely, shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need for those who want to cook something for themselves, drink tea, coffee, etc. For those who do not like to cook, the Sisters' cafe is within walking distance at very pleasant prices and delicious variety of dishes. We were in Abkhazia for the first time and we will definitely return to this wonderful country to these wonderful and friendly people!!! Sunrise you are super!!!

It was just great for us! It's like home. Everything you need for a holiday with children. A spacious, large, clean beach, not to be compared with the crush of large resorts. There is a small shop within walking distance, there is a cafe with live music very close by. Your own kitchen is a great opportunity to save money. There is a place to barbecue and have fun on the territory)) the sea is not just nearby, but you can say you are there with one foot) in the morning it is just bliss to drink coffee and watch the sea. My husband was fishing from the breakwaters (you can rent a fishing rod) Sapdosks for rent, sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses. And most importantly, a wonderful spiritual atmosphere created by the owners. The room has air conditioning, always fresh despite the heat. Everyone has their own small refrigerator, we had enough. The advantage was also the necessary set of goods to help the tourist.. cold beer and lemonades are always available with a ridiculous margin, ice cream, buy just leaving the room or getting up from the beach. The location of the rooms is super. If you come only to visit the sea, then you don't have to go anywhere else. There is free parking, and a Magnet store is within walking distance.
The hosts are great. They do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. They help brighten up your leisure time and tell you where you can go.

Excellent coast and the clearest sea. There are no rivers flowing into the sea nearby, therefore there is no mud. There is a cafe on the shore, ski rental, banana riding, etc. I definitely recommend it!

We were there in November 2022. The place itself is simply magical. Silence, and only the sound of the surf breaks it. The beach is nice and nearby. The host is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very decent. The rest failed to be evaluated. They were out of season. Would you go there in the summer? The answer is yes.

I really liked it. It is not expensive and pleasant to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea surf. The MAGNET store is within walking distance, where you can buy everything you need for a holiday. In the evenings, sit on the terrace overlooking the sea. Recommend. The only disadvantage is that you have to get to the center by minibus or taxi, since in places you have to walk along the Sukhumi highway, along the carriageway.
