The recording was not confirmed in the evening, but I was not particularly surprised, because it is normal for them when the client himself reminds of his record, which indicates a lack of customer orientation. In the evening, I wrote myself, they answered only in the morning that there was an overlap at my time and they did not see my record, they had another client recorded in the application. After long proceedings and my confirmations that I had signed up (provided a screenshot of the screen), I was still refused the service. It's a shame that I signed up for 3 weeks, planned other visits to them, but they didn't even try to solve the problem. Before an important event, so substitute...Apparently they can afford to throw away customers. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to be their organizer.
