We rested at this hotel in October 2023. Everything is at the highest level! I liked absolutely everything, thank you for a wonderful vacation! The service is polite, professional. The staff was pleased, very friendly. I liked the room too. There is hot water, the bed is comfortable. Towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned daily, shampoo, gel, paper are always put when cleaning. Daily drinking water in the room. The beach is wonderful. The sea is amazing. A lot of trips into the water. The lagoon is very beautiful. It's all clear. There are enough sun beds. If necessary, they will bring it. Two swimming pools, a water park. The food is delicious, there is a lot of everything. Always meat and fish and fruits, salads. For every taste. Good location of the hotel. Near shops, pharmacies. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.

And in general, we bought a tour to this hotel very profitably, because we bought it from the samitour.rf tour company, you will not find cheaper prices than they have. Look for them on Instagram. The reef at the hotel is of course weak and therefore excursions to the coral reserve of Sharm el Naga and Utopia island should definitely be taken. But it's better to buy them at the tour agency Themselves, their prices are very good and besides, they have small groups of tourists, new yachts and excursions in general are organized perfectly! We had a vacation with my wife in July-August 2022. In general, I liked everything. The food is still more Oriental than European, but they try, it's very obvious.
We got a room with a view of the sea and the bay, everything is a little tired inside, I think it will be fixed, we saw a lot of workers in other rooms.
There is access to the beach with the open sea, take your seats early. Towels were received every day, in general, they can not be handed over.
Bars with a rather poor selection, I did not like strong alcohol at all, the beer is normal, the local stella. The best bars are above the reception and next to the exit to the road in the mirette building. They pour it into small plastic cups, someone buys large ones, but bartenders react to it in different ways.
We went to the water park a couple of times, keep an eye on the schedule, it is not always open. I would say that children are fine there, adults have nothing to do.
There is an ATM near the taxi stand next to the resort, you can exchange dollars at the normal exchange rate, use it, we learned about it a couple of days before departure

I enjoyed spending time from 18.01 to 27.01 in this place! I write a little about my impressions. I was met by a pleasant, well-speaking Russian guide at the hotel, they immediately offered to go for lunch, and then they checked into the room! Clean, comfortable, two large, comfortable beds, and as stated, a kettle and coffee, tea, water, everything was there.. The room was cleaned every day! The food was very tasty, there were always fruits, several types! I ate delicious dates, melon, persimmon. A varied menu, there is plenty to choose from! In the evening every day, beautiful table setting, with different options. The heated pool, but personally I preferred the sea, for me the water temperature was quite comfortable! We were very lucky with the weather, + 26, +23, there was no wind at all for three days, then of course there was, but it did not interfere with sunbathing.. I was going to immerse myself in the summer, take a break from the hustle and bustle, and of course, get a tan! I recommend everything to my friends already! But if you need animations, discos, then it's to the nearby Palacio Hotel. By the way, this is considered a common area and bars, restaurants, and pools can be used. Before arriving at the hotel, we wrote two letters from different accounts saying that we arrive at the hotel late, three children and the youngest is 3 years old. They asked for two rooms next to each other or one family room. We were answered, we are waiting! When we were checked into the family room at 11.30 pm, I had a tantrum: the room was dirty, there was no water, there was no TOILET paper and other accessories, the phone did not work. No one cleaned or brought anything. At one o'clock in the morning, we were moved to two rooms next to each other, they were clean. The next day there was a meeting with the head of the hotel, we were offered a clean family room, which we moved into. Fruit was brought. The staff is really smiling and positive. We were friends with everyone, bartenders know how to make delicious cocktails, there are even glass glasses. Our company's bartender even occupied the table ) BUT I got used to plastic dishes for 5 days. There is no wine on the beach, only in the restaurant. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy champagne and wine) The animators are excellent and positive. There is a good water park in the nearby hotel. The Red Sea is the only thing I love about Egypt! Personally, I will not return to this hotel anymore.
