I will not lower the stars for the location, yes, it is far from the sea, but kagbe is clear from the map that this is not the first line. But the street of bars is not far away. In principle, everything is fine at the hotel. The room was in excellent repair. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is also quite good. The only thing I didn't really figure out was room cleaning. Several times it happened that the cleaning was knocking, and you were still resting. Well, you tell them that later. You're leaving. You put up a sign to be removed. But they may not remove it anymore. I then asked at the reception, they told me that there was a cleaning every three days. In general, I will not say that they cleaned little or poorly. It's just some kind of incomprehensible system that they will come , then they won't come.
Air conditioners are free of charge. The refrigerator is paid. We rented a car - in principle, there were no problems with parking. A good option for your money. Shops /cafes, in principle, are also all within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel from September 2nd to 10th.
The staff is polite, the room is clean with air conditioning, cleaning was done every day.
There is a swimming pool, sun beds.
The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous: muesli, egg in different variations: omelet, scrambled eggs or boiled egg, sausages, local cheese, ham, olives, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers.
The fruits were mainly apples, plums, pears, and peaches.
In principle, everything was fine with us, we bought what we lacked at the supermarket.
For an additional fee.for a fee, you could order drinks for yourself during the day.
For an additional fee, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle.
The beach is a 20-minute walk away.
Nissi Beach was reached in 30 minutes.
Shops, restaurants, taverns are a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
Despite the fact that there is a street of bars next to the hotel, the room was quiet.
A great hotel to spend the night and have breakfast.
We were satisfied with everything.

Nice hotel, there is a condo, wi-fi, swimming pool.
Breakfast only (simple : sausages, eggs, cucumbers, cheese).
The pool (it is allowed to swim until 18:30).
Rooms are cleaned often, we hung a sign so that they would not clean, but we knocked anyway).
It's not close to the sea, 20 minutes, we shortened the way through other hotels)).
There is a paid billiards table, there is its own Parking.
A kettle per week is 10€, a refrigerator too.
The staff is good, they help with everything, even a car was booked through the reception!
I also asked for knives in the room, a needle , thread , they gave me everything !
The lights are off in the parking lot in the evening, so it's difficult to play billiards there at this time, we found a switch - the light works, but they turn it off, save what?!)

Nice hotel. Fresh and clean rooms, good sound insulation, 2 shops nearby.
Of the cons: a cramped and dark bathroom, breakfast was delicious every other time (subjectively), air conditioning control on the wall at the entrance.
Located at the very top of the city, it is convenient for traveling by car and those who like to hang out (300 meters from the main bar and club street, in the morning it can be difficult uphill)). Only for the beach, I did not recommend 20-30 minutes on foot or by bus.

A great hotel in the city center, the rooms are clean and bright. They cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every two/three days. Breakfast buffet. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, you can sunbathe. The staff understands Russian and English. We forgot the adapter, so we rented it at the reception for 2 euros. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea

A good hotel, fresh and quite pleasant renovation. It is located in a fairly quiet area, which makes it possible to sleep at night without the wild rumble of clubs. However, if you go to hang out, it will be inconvenient - you will have to walk for 15-20 minutes. The same 20 minutes walk to the sea, but this is a small minus, since it is covered by the price.

A wonderful new bright clean hotel! It's 15 minutes to the sea, it doesn't bother at all, with a view of the sea on one side and the road on the other side - but both views are beautiful! Cozy balconies, clean beds and showers. Delicious breakfasts! I am very happy with my stay at this hotel! It's a 5-minute walk to the street of bars, but thanks to the maze-like streets in the hotel you can't hear anything, not a single sound, the silence is complete! I would give this hotel all 5 stars!

Mini-hotel, new, clean. The rooms are nice, the bed is soft, there is a swimming pool, but make no mistake, it is very shallow. It's a long way from the beach, 15-20 minutes slowly. But you can't hear the noise from the bars at night. Breakfast is included, quite tolerable.

A very nice clean hotel. To the street with clubs and hangouts 5 minutes at a leisurely pace, to the sea 20 minutes on foot. To Nissi Beach by taxi - 8 euros exactly. Cleaning is daily, everything is fine with the plumber. If only to leave things and sleep at all is great!
