A strange building - who is it for?
In a part of Sunny Beach, in the Chaika quarter, there is its own VIVA- Clinic, in the city of Nessebar there is also its own hospital.
At whatever time of the year I find myself here, for ten years now, I have never seen this institution work as intended.
It's dusty and deserted inside.
I attach photos from both the facade and the back.
