The hotel is fully compliant with its five stars. Food and drinks almost around the clock, very good cuisine, a huge selection. The beach is a bit inconvenient in the sense of setting, there are pebbles in the coastal zone, it is better to swim in corals. There are enough sun beds, everything is always clean. There is a bar in the beach area, drinks are available as in other bars of local production. Room service every day, with change of linen and towels. At least that's how it was with us. Thoughtful organization of entertainment on site, discos, bazaars on weekends and active recreation. I highly recommend it as a family vacation.

The hotel is great for those who like a relaxing holiday. There is a lot of greenery, a variety of food, a good sandy and pebble beach without large stones. The bed was changed almost every day. One minus is the evening shows (It's a bit boring in the evening). I remembered another disadvantage - the queue at the bars. You can stand for any drink for 15-20 minutes. Bartenders are very slow.

Hello! We stayed at the hotel in August 2024, with our granddaughters of 2.5 and 4.5 years old. Room: a bunk bed for children and, as usual, a large bed, the room is large and cozy. The safe is paid. The mini bar replenishes every day: beer, cola, sprite, juices for children, water. There are also slippers, no bathrobes, shampoo in the shower in a dispenser on the wall, small toilet soap, no hair conditioner, no body lotion. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, bed linen has not been changed once in 9 days. The food is excellent, the meat: turkey, chicken, veal, lamb in various forms, there is a lot of food on the grill. It is impossible to be hungry! There are a lot of fruits. Take ice cream from 12 to 16 at least every 5 minutes. It is more difficult to feed younger children up to 3 years old, except for breakfast, it is easy to feed children for breakfast! The sea is great! The beach is big, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles. Water parks for children and adults are open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16, great slides! The animation was a little weak, the girls were playing minidisko just to get rid of it faster. In general, the hotel is good, a large area, great for a family holiday! Our room overlooked the sea and the field, beautiful, quiet in the morning the cockerel sang. To go to the sea on a bridge over a small river (but it does not flow into the sea) there is a turtle with a turtle and fish in it, everyone eats bread with pleasure! Of course, people throw pigs and bottles and slates into the river, but we all want cleanliness. The beach is generally clean, but there are piggy's guests! We are currently resting at the hotel.
We chose a vacation with a child - quietly and calmly.
On food: there is a lot of food, but it is table-style, they rarely gave smoked red fish-it is delicious. Fried mussels are also available, there is a lot of cheese selection, a lot of desserts.
For drinks - chemical zucchos from the device, tea bags with additives (there is no pure black) :(
Free white wine-more or less, red wine -shmurdyak, alcoholic cocktails are made
Cleaning: it's not much worse!
The floor is not washed or swept from the word at all! The child walked in the room in socks - they are all black - provided that we just checked in - dirty! The bed is changed only upon request! Mirrors in the bathroom are not washed! Bed linen with holes:) we expected that there would be slippers, bathrobes, a primitive set of paste / brush, shampoo - none of this is there:(
There is a stall at the bottom of the hotel where you can buy it - most likely it is designed for this.
They give ice cream at the beach bar, fast food-you won't be hungry. Grandma also bakes gozleme tortillas- well, she cooks without gloves, she eats with her left hand in front of me, but I don't advise her to do it with her right
The pool is the largest with a depth of 1.40 it is not dangerous for children with parents
There are animations for children and adults
On the 5th day of the vacation, the whole family caught rotovirus... fortunately, we took out insurance for everyone.
They called the insurance company, gave us a car and took us to a pediatrician's appointment - they took blood from a finger and gave us an injection .. they prescribed treatment. We are being treated. It is a pity that the vacation went to one place!!!
There have already been reviews on not fresh food for this hotel.. so I do not know where we picked it up from -provided that we did not leave the hotel …
I do not recommend this vacation, if you do not want to suffer with the whole family on the toilet ..

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and large rooms. our view from the balcony was gorgeous: the sea, the mountains.... Every day we watched the sunset and marveled at the beauty. But....It seems that this hotel does not know what cleanliness is. The floor was never washed in the room, the corridors, the beautiful tiles had the same stains for 8 days, the stairs were never swept. The amount of sand on the stairs only increased every day. The same situation on the beach. Sometimes boys went and cleaned up the trash, but somehow selectively. And the coastal strip has not been cleared of debris during our vacation. The food is ordinary, the bartenders are pleasant and attentive.

Not a bad hotel for your money. We were twice (in September and April) checked into beautiful and clean rooms. They even gave me a two-room apartment. The minibar was replenished every day (sprite, fanta, cola, water, juice and beer). Cleaning is daily (we never found fault with them, everything is great). You won't stay hungry for food, but you won't be either. The meat is cooked very tasty, of course there are problems with fish.
There is no animation, or rather there is almost none. In September or April, they wanted to go to a nearby hotel for a disco.

The hotel territory is very large, it can be considered as a plus, wide, a lot of free space everywhere, despite the presence of a huge number of vacationers. There are buildings with rooms, a main restaurant on the ground floor, a bar near the reception, a bar in the center of the pool, a secondary restaurant with a pool bar, a small restaurant with a beach bar, water slides. This is from the main one. Well, a spa center with a hammam, a rocking chair, an indoor pool, an amphitheater for performances, shops as bonuses.
For food. Everything is super, varied (although all the food tastes similar, maybe the seasonings are the same), a large selection of snacks, two soups, greens, vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, cherries. From fruits watermelon, melon, plums, apples, pears, lime, tangerines, bananas, grapes. There is a separate topic for sweets, there are a lot of things, halva, dried apricots, baklava of different types. Desserts are a huge plus.
One of the disadvantages is that the tables are always dirty, sticky, in crumbs, in streams from something. Although the staff pretends that they are trying to clean, but it does not work. Both before and after cleaning it is dirty, this applies to canteens, bar counters, tables in the reception hall, and generally everywhere, you will never find a clean table on the territory of the hotel, it is not very pleasant. Everything is OK for meat dishes, the reviews say that some eggs and chicken are not quite right. Yes, there are all kinds of eggs for breakfast: boiled, fried, omelet, omelet with tomatoes, omelet with sausage. Everything is fine for lunch, there are different meat stews of chicken, turkey, beef, fish + always fish steaks and chicken steaks. For dinner, a feast: shish kebab, kebab, fried meat from a shawarma head is added to all this, sometimes baked lamb, turkey, and other goodies are given, for this they open a separate distribution point in the center of the hall.
But the food still gets boring in a week, then it's not interesting.
Room cleaning is limited to changing towels, if you are in the mood to replenish the free mini bar, make up the bed a little. All. Dust, dirt, sticky and dirty countertops, streaks on the windows, hair, sand on the floor will be with you until you clean it yourself, even contacting the reception will not help. They'll just say that they'll come and clean it up tomorrow, well, they'll clean it up as usual. Apparently the mentality is that this is kind of normal cleaning.

There are no slippers, bathrobes or bathroom sets in the standard room. The room was kind of "cleaned" BUT!!! Garbage from previous guests continues to lie in the corners of the room. As for the food.... At the end of the season, it's just a complete lack of choice. But the victory is one dish of stewed fish, one of turkey. Some kind of porridge made from chicken. AND SO ON... That is , 1 type of dishes . Meat (pork, veal, mutton, etc... Just not) there is grilled fish and chicken. Veal of 1 kind and fried chicken were served at dinner. That's all. All the same pasta, French fries and so on that was at lunch.. in general, you can write a lot. There is no Internet in the rooms. It is not clear how to work. Internet is only available in the lobby. But I really don't recommend coming here.

The water park is open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16, it was enough for children and adults. The beach is good, the sun beds are not broken, there was always a place to stay (there were 9 of us), the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, comfortable, 3 meters from the shore is already deep, the road to the sea is 5-7 minutes (did not tire). The beach bar is open from 10 to 18, from 12 you can eat in it so as not to go to the main restaurant. Nutrition: a lot of different vegetables in different forms, not a lot of fish (one type of fried, several types of pickled), chicken and beef meat, there were a lot of fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, pears, plums, oranges, etc.), sweets, generally you won't be hungry, but monotonous. The rooms are fresh, cleaned every day (everything seems to be clean, folded towels, made beds, garbage is taken out, the mini-bar is filled (fanta, Pepsi, sprite, mineral water, beer are all 2 pcs and free). Wifi in the territory and in the room did not work quickly, but it was enough. There is animation, the guys are trying to entertain children and adults, in the evening there is a mini disco and a disco. At least one bar is always open at night. I am here now. The weather is good, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
The food is the same from day to day, there are no frills, there is fish, chicken, and sometimes beef dishes on a regular basis.
Cleaning - since October 8 (today is October 12), they have been "cleaned" only once, and then after we contacted the staff twice on this issue. The so-called cleaning included replacing garbage bags, replacing towels and mopping the floor, after which the garbage remained exactly where it was.
The music is a deafening roar that continues well past midnight, so you can forget about a peaceful sleep. If you are with a child (our case), expect that there will be problems with his sleep.
The sea is almost always clean, very warm at this time.
The beach is dirty, there is a lot of garbage. I would say that it's all the fault of the vacationers, but the staff is not too trying to fix it, so be prepared that the child, playing in the sand, will pick up a used straw, then a cigarette butt, then someone's Band-Aid, etc.
Was she satisfied with the rest? No.
I would have come again - definitely not.

The hotel is bad, the service is 3!
Everything works poorly, everywhere is dirty, queues at bars, forks and drinks in the restaurant need to be searched, the table is very meager (chicken and pasta all the time). The reception staff is not responsive (helps with difficulty, conflicting, relatively normal rooms are $ 100). The elevators get stuck several times a day. The lights are periodically turned off in the rooms, the cleaning is poor, the hotel is clogged. The pool is small. The indoor pool does not work at all. The gym is funny, a bike and dumbbells. Alcohol in bars is the cheapest (no Europe even for money) smells like waste(.
I do not recommend it! The manager is an unpleasant, unkempt man in a dirty shirt, the hotel is about the same.

The service at the hotel is very lame. When checking into the room, the bed linen was not changed, the towels were partly dirty, partly clean. The refrigerator was not replenished with drinks until they complained, but this did not save either. We had to replenish ourselves and change towels ourselves, too. The bed was changed after the complaint. When asked what is going on, we were told that the cleaning of rooms is not done by hotel employees, but by clearing companies, and they don't care.
About restaurants. The main restaurant, there are practically no complaints. The food is delicious, varied. But the restaurant is on the map, it is difficult to describe, since we were refused in connection with the Turkish night holiday. Although the restaurant was not open that day. They saved on us. This is about a Turkish restaurant, and other restaurants did not work at all this year, as we were told, it is not profitable. My wife and I had a wedding anniversary, the holiday was spoiled. Guest Relation said that the hotel would be a compliment to the room. She just didn't say in what year.

The sea is great, that's it!
The service is at an insanely low level! For 10 days of rest, they cleaned twice, after I asked at the reception.
The lobby bar has a bartender Asman, who refuses to make ice coffee, but other bartenders prepare it. I had to swear again and go to the reception to get my ice coffee. There is no animation. I do not recommend visiting this hotel.
Two Russian girls with dissatisfied faces who do not know how to talk to guests work at the reception.

A 5-star hotel does not pull. In terms of beauty, yes. The hotel itself is beautiful. It is very beautiful here and on the territory, it is green, there are good slides, its own beach, a pleasant interior, the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, polite staff. Every day there were discos for adults and animation for children. There is a concert and entertainment program every other day. The cocktails are not bad, the wine is so-so, I have not tried stronger alcohol. There are many pools, but the water is very cold without heating, only a couple of brave men swam in the pool. We were there in October. Of the a la carte restaurants, only the Turkish cuisine restaurant was open this year, which we visited, of course, by appointment. There is nothing to do in the village where the hotel is located, there is nowhere to walk, or where to go to see what.
And now the cons:
1. Food is the most important disadvantage, because of which I will not come here again. There was a lot of it, but there was nothing to eat. All the dishes are almost the same, mostly vegetable and Turkish food. Everything is tasteless. There was always not enough fruit, you had to go at the beginning of the meal to find grapes, plums, after 20 minutes they were always running out. There were also watermelons, melons, and apples. Of the meat, only chicken in different types, the cheapest meat ((( Every day disgusting grilled mackerel, which is impossible to eat. I talked to a woman who was vacationing at this hotel in 2019, she says then the food was better, they gave red fish and mussels and things were better with meat. The only plus in food is a lot of fresh vegetables, herbs, pastries and sweets for tea. The coffee is disgusting.
2. Internet only in the lobby. Pay for premium access.
3. Shapmun will remain. There was something like all in one - soap + shampoo + shower gel. There is no body lotion . Disposable slippers are not provided, only together with bathrobes for a fee. Laundry services are very expensive - 4-5 euros for washing and ironing one T-shirt. We bought a new T-shirt for my husband at a nearby market for $3.
Do I recommend this hotel? I'm not going there anymore. And you look for yourself and read carefully the reviews with cons))

I'm currently resting at the hotel.There are few vacationers 50%.One third of them are Russian-speaking.Russians are given red bracelets, Europeans are blue.))))
There are a lot of different and delicious Ice cream pits halva honey in honeycombs cheeses of 15 types yoghurts chicken lamb watermelons oranges apples vegetables in abundance.The slides are open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. In the afternoon, aerobics and handball In the evening, first a children's disco, then for adults. The territory is large and green. The sea is 300 meters away along the alley.The beach is cleaned, the sea is cleaned in the morning, I saw it myself at 6-00.There are a lot of free sun loungers.The heated indoor pool is not working.The gym is normal.Finnish hammam and salt steam rooms are free of charge.Spa -30-100$.There's nowhere to go, it's a long way to the road, and then you have to go.I'm thinking of renting a car for a day.There are a lot of restaurants and bars, I think about 10 pcs.It's pretty civilized inside.Of course, there are little things like plastic chairs and glasses on the beach, but this is a beach bar.The juices are of course diluted !Wine, beer, local vodka, cocktails made of tequila, belisa, etc. are present.There are no programs in Russian on TV.The Internet on my 3rd floor works in my room for free.The speed is not great.There are 3 shops at the bottom of the hotel
