Super👍🔥 the place is cool, and the pool and sauna, everything was very pleasant 🔥😍🤩❤️We had a great rest, the time flew by very quickly and the staff was polite🤗
A good bathhouse
There are several types of baths
There is a VIP bath with a separate entrance
It's clean inside
The pools are warm, do not give off much chlorine
The price per hour is the same as everywhere else
There is one big disadvantage
You can't bring your own food, only buy from them
Food is more expensive than if you bring it with you
This influenced our choice in the future
Great sauna. Everything is sterile. It's always clean. It's very cozy. You can relax with your family and a small company. Recommend. The summer pool saves you from the heat
Reasonable prices , very clean , lots of different dishes on the menu. The only cool water in the pools is in the bathhouse with an abundant amount of chlorine - children's eyes are so red from irritation after 2 hours.
A good place to relax both alone and with family, everything is clean and tidy. A decent place to relax. An outdoor swimming pool is available in summer
A great sauna is clean and pleasant and there is a summer pool, very polite staff.
I was in Ust-Kamenogorsk for the first time and was surprised by such an institution.
Saunas are great!very clean and comfortable! The receptionists are very friendly. And the pool outside is generally healthy!!A HUGE PLUS IN THEIR CLEANLINESS!
A cool place, especially for children, and there is a slide in the children's pool, the workers are doing well to keep clean, the paths are endlessly wiped dry, no, evening prices could do, somehow bend, go for a swim in the evening for a couple of hours and pay like for the whole day.
We always go To the sauna! We really like it!Clean and cozy! The staff is polite and courteous, I Advise Everyone! The best sauna in Ust Kamenogorsk! The kitchen is good!the prices are not too high!A wonderful vacation for the whole family!
Interior for 5. Service for 3. Kitchen below the baseboard. Broken dishes. Torn sheets. The child's eyes were red from chlorine for two days. There is a terribly small steam room in the Japanese hall, it also smokes. The showers are all for two. We didn't have much rest.
Not bad. But the kitchen is not very good. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. Small ones. There is only one shower and toilet and one more in the building. The cost, I think, is overestimated 3000 tenge for an adult and 2500 for a child for a whole day, but usually no one spends the whole day. Therefore, I think the cost is not justified. In the neighboring pool for three hours 2000 and 1500 on weekdays.
I will not speak for the whole complex, I will only say about the Japanese hall. Everything is clean, cozy, and warm. All furniture and appliances are intact, not killed.
The administration is polite and smiling people.
There is no place to change clothes. The hammam turned out to be too hot. Small tiles flew off in places in the pool, which cut my leg. There is a lot of chlorine in the water, it is stale. The dishes are clean, well, the bath itself at first glance, too. It turned out that they had to pay extra for the children, 2000 each. There were 5 adults and children. Sauna for 6 people. There was an incomprehensible situation at the exit...Conclusion: to find out all the details on the shore, so that there would be no misunderstandings...
