I knew where I was going, I got a room, clean bed linen, hot water around the clock, the room is very warm, even the window was opened at night, air conditioning is hanging, I think there will be no problems in summer, breakfast of 2 fried eggs, bread with butter and tea, there is enough breakfast, TV with Russian channels, the staff is good, no problems. A shop is 3-5 minutes away, a couple of cafes are 5-7 minutes away by walking distance. No matter how 5 stars, or even 3, but everything went fine, I did not find any disadvantages for myself, Wi-Fi is weak only if it is important to someone, but the SIM card caught perfectly, Wi-Fi was not needed. The rooms are angry, Spartan, but clean and there was enough of everything I expected.
This is the best hotel in Shalkar, not the best, but for this city it is top, shops are far away and cafes are not close, but the area is still under construction, everything may change for the better.

We stayed at this hotel for five years in a row, but in 2021, when we arrived, we were faced with the rudeness of the staff. The female receptionist behaved clearly not adequately, offered a room with a non-working TV. When asked if a room with a working TV, she said she did not like it, go to another hotel. And she reacted to almost any question the same way, as if we were asking to spend the night at her house. They didn't talk for a long time, left, found another hotel, which they never regretted.
