It is very beautiful, pleasant, nature, paths, restaurant, room. All you need to eat is gazebos with sofas, a place to walk, shower accessories. Only there is too much furniture in the room, you don't need so much. And there is a problem with communication, they do not work through WhatsApp, they do not respond immediately through the booking site. Foreigners are not comfortable. Another nuance is that birds are screaming in the morning. This may not be suitable for someone. I haven't been to the pool, I won't say anything. In general, I liked it. The restaurant is good. The atmosphere is pleasant.Next time I'll stop right there.

The small ones are warm, the big one is also not cold and very big! I really liked it! There are also 2 saunas to warm up. In general, everything you need. You can also order food on site. In 2Gis, everyone writes that it is tasteless, but they were personally convinced-the shish kebab is fresh, delicious, the salad is fresh, a good portion, everything is without complaints. Only the wasps were infuriating, the workers did not pay attention to them, we were scared. All the visitors were running away from them, it's unpleasant to be bitten by wasps....

It's a beautiful place. There are many heated pools. There are pools for small ones and one large swimming pool. Shower cabins. Toilets. Changing booths. Cafe. Sun beds with mountain views. The only thing that is not clear is where to store personal items. I had to carry a backpack with me.

We stayed for the weekend from June 9th to 12th in a suite. The advantages are clean air and a spacious room, a comfortable bed.
But the owners should pay attention to the service.
The first thing that surprised me was that the deluxe room does not have air conditioning and a refrigerator.
Later, they noticed the condition of the towels - one of them clearly required recycling, the duvet cover was torn. On the second day of the stay, red water ran out of the tap.
Cleaning on request, this means that until you tell them to clean up, no one will clean up.
When booking, we read that there are horseback rides, in fact they did not turn out.
In general, the reality is far from the description on the website and the booking.

There were the last days of September when the heat subsided and the warm water in the pool was most welcome. Friendly staff. A large room with disposable hygiene products. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, which is a pity. There is a large nursery of wild birds on the territory, there are dogs and horses. At 17:00, a bird show takes place, the performance is conducted in both Russian and English, depending on the composition of the audience, the food is quite tasty, the price tag is the same as in the city.

Good location. A relatively large area. The heating of both pools has been announced. In fact, on 08/12/2022, exclusively children's was heated for some time. After lunch, an adult warmed up and did not need it in principle. Although in my opinion: it is possible to heat both pools thoroughly. Cola 1 liter is too expensive for such an institution. Shish kebab by the way is sooooo ... not tasty. I don't recommend it.

Well, that kind of thing. The rooms are large, but not at all fresh - something is dirty, something is falling off. The territory is closed at night, the reception is not working, there is no security. No one warns about this in advance. If you need to get out, there's a whole surprise quest.
There are no coolers with water, there is no water in the room, there is no kettle, there are no shops nearby. If you want to drink, wait until the restaurant opens.
No one is watching the rowdy guests, there are no rules of silence - there is someone who wants to listen to music for the entire hotel until 7 a.m., he will do it calmly. The food in the restaurant is so-so

A good place for a family vacation. The prices for admission to the pool are moderate, average in the city. The kitchen is normal, the waiters bring the order in about 15 minutes. There are 2 pools, children's and adult, the water is very warm, heated. Also in the evening, if it is cool, there are 4 baths, although when we were working only 2. From the sauna you can dive into the cold pool. In general, I recommend it.
