June 2024. We had a family vacation with a child. Standard room in a bungalow. Everything was fine.
Well-maintained green area, all bungalows will have a good view of the garden. The extra bed was already in the room for free. The minibar is replenished free of charge daily with various drinks (sodas, beer, mineral water). The cleaning seems to be standard, without complaints. In general, all the staff is very friendly and try to help in everything.
There is a lot of food. Everything is normal in terms of quality, there were no poisoning and so on. You can eat almost at any time and in different zones (there is a zone of Turkish tortillas, several fast food zones, a pastry shop separately). Almost every day in the restaurant, some of the dishes are of a certain cuisine (Mexican, Chinese, etc.). The grill area and the pizza area are always open. Meat, fish always. There were shrimp and crayfish once. There is a large selection of main dishes in general. Fruit desserts are standard. There were not many queues, regardless of the time when they had dinner. We didn't go to a la carte restaurants, although there are some. At night, they are fed according to the menu in the Mexican rest. In the afternoon, ice cream, waffles, tortillas, pastries like khachapuri, shawarma, nuggets, etc. (this is in addition to the main restaurant).
Drinks are also no question. I drank only whiskey from alcohol, they poured imported J&B, Long John, Bells. I saw that Efes beer. Champagne seems to be local Turkish (Pirla or something like that name).
Animation seems to be standard. We are not amateurs, we did not participate much. In the evening, a mini disco and then an adult show (usually a performance by some kind of dance group or circus performers). Once a week (Thursday) themed disco in the green area near the beach. It was great, it's a pity that only once a week. The scenery from the TV series Paper House, a DJ with modern music (there were also Russian-language compositions), go-go dancing, an area with tables.
The beach is small pebbles. The entrance is so-so. Pebbles and stone slabs in places. The stone areas are not sharp, I think it is impossible to get injured there, but the legs are not particularly comfortable. We mostly swam from the pier into the sea. Pools, slides-everything is fine. Please note that the territory is quite large and if you want to live right next to the beach, then take a room in the main building. It takes 5-7 minutes on average to walk slowly from the bungalow (depending on which bungalow you get).
On the territory (in front of the beach) there is a bridge over the river, which is full of turtles and fish. There is a basket of breadcrumbs in front of the bridge and you can feed them. Turtles sometimes crawl around the hotel.
The hotel is mostly European. Most of the Poles, Germans, and Dutch. There were quite a few Russian-speaking guests and the whole hotel is focused on other countries. Please note if this is important to you. There was no negative attitude towards Russians from other guests. There are quite a lot of Kazakhs from the staff (both in the staff, and there is a reception and a service for guests), so you can explain yourself in Russian.
In general, I recommend the hotel.

A great hotel for a family holiday. We were at the very beginning of the season, before our eyes it was filling up. Despite the fact that our seven-year-old daughter was practically the only child for the first couple of days, she was fully entertained. Delicious varied food (lamb and squid kebabs are just top!), normal wine (especially white and pink, well chilled), good cocktails (we got hooked on campari with orange juice). I would especially like to note the friendliness of the staff, who speak different languages, including Russian, despite the small number of Russian-speaking guests. A well-maintained territory, a hookah corner and slot machines (for an additional fee), ice cream and waffles were included in the payment. At any moment there was something to eat and cook, as well as something to do. The sea is clean, the beach is pleasant, almost sandy, although we could not swim in the sea because of the strong waves. Pools and slides on the level. We will come back more than once.

I really liked the hotel. A large green area. The food is always fresh and varied. There are large shopping malls across the street from the hotel. We had a rest in October 2021. The disadvantage is a bad entry into the sea . There are plates, you need slippers. But there are stairs from the pier, convenient, no problem. We lived in 2 floors.the building, the room is large, comfortable, cleaned every day, the bar was also replenished regularly. We were satisfied with the rest.

We have been staying at this hotel for the second time. The first one was at 21, and the second at 23. We returned to it because we really liked the cuisine and animation. And the hotel itself. At the age of 23, he changed a little. The food has become simpler, there is no animation! But it didn't spoil the rest, the hotel is still decent. Cons for me: boring and stupid animation. That's really just stupid. Sometimes it's a little too much. An animator comes up and starts animating you with a silly animation. The beach plate. Unfortunately, the tour operator does not talk about this. The entrance is inconvenient - pebbles, stones, a slab, sand with huge stones. There is a pier, it is possible from the pier. And another significant disadvantage of the spa. The hammam is always cold. They asked me to do it, but they only turn on paid programs, and the rest of the time only the circle heats up. Sign up for a sauna. One sauna ..... One hammam. If there is a program, then you fly by. At the same time, there are many massage rooms. I didn't like the massage and it was expensive for such quality. The manager of this whole business is generally terrible. A Georgian or Armenian woman is an evil, rude boor. 100 percent prepayment for the service, we could not reschedule the massage sutra the next day. Because she's uncomfortable. That's why he takes an advance payment. Train her to work in the service sector or fire her. Everyone is spitting.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel, very comfortable with a child (4 years old), there was always something to do, and the playground, and the miniclub, and the minidisko, the territory is very well maintained, a lot of greenery, decent animation, the sea, the only thing, came only from the pontoon, from the shore it's not convenient, the food is varied:seafood, meat, chicken, and fruits are a great choice! The room is clean. I would like to come back again!!!

Good afternoon! I want to share my opinion about the hotel. We were there last September.
I will say right away the room that was offered does not meet the requirement when buying a tour, the long wait for check-in, the reception staff simply ignored us!
The rooms were poorly cleaned, the mini-bar was not replenished on time, I had to ask and remind. There are long queues for food all the time, which is unacceptable, in the midst of Covid! Massive crowds of people, no distance, Cut portions right brazenly! They do not put, but smack a spoonful of mashed potatoes on a plate, for example, and say enough is enough!
We'll figure it out for ourselves whether it's enough or not.
And selectively, those who don't like it a little, those who like it, they will normally put food on! The attitude towards people is selective!
We haven't been waiting for a vacation for a whole year to come on vacation and shake our nerves for our money, but here it is! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻It sucks!

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel, we were in it for the second time.Of the disadvantages, only the rather old main building, which cannot be said about the bungalows, relative to the main building, they were built recently.You can not list the advantages, but I will name the main ones:-the amount of food (lots of fruits, desserts, types of meat,fresh seafood, the last time I was pleased with the amount of fish.During a 7-day stay at the hotel there were 3 dinners with fresh tuna.), friendly staff (however, only the reception staff speaks Russian, but this is a European hotel, you should not expect anything else), the territory left special impressions, the number of flowers, varieties of palm trees we did not see in the other 5, the amount of entertainment(from childhood to adulthood, you won't get bored), The alcohol was also good (sometimes there were even branded non-Turkish brands of alcohol.In general, the overall impressions were the most positive, I recommend this hotel for a vacation.)))

There is practically no Russian-speaking staff, have you ever been taught English by Turks? They tried to kill me, but their English is worse than mine. In general, everything is fine with nutrition, a lot of seafood, is it good to look for, good alcohol, juices from the box,. But I'm used to good service, but it's not here, everything seems to be there, but you have to go through the quest to find something. Animation Evening zero is simple, the first two days there was nothing at all, then the staff burned that vacationers were running to a nearby hotel for a show, put a guard against running and staged a show "to carry an egg between your legs". For a quiet relaxing class, "have a good night kids" watched and slept. It will be boring for young people.

We had a rest in early October 19, 4 adults and 2 children 5 and 2 years old! The hotel has fully met expectations! Large well-maintained territory, friendly staff, many speak Russian. The food is varied, for every taste, the king prawns pleased every day. A lot of fruits, ice cream from the obel until the evening, and not an hour as in many places. Juices are of good quality, poured from boxes, not water. We didn't try all the alcohol, mostly beer, we also tried wine, champagne and rum, the quality is not bad. Minibar: water, beer, cola, sprite, fanta and mineral water. The animation (evening) pleased me, especially for the end of the season, the daytime is a bit monotonous, but the agitators tried their best. Probably one of the only disadvantages: food and drinks are available around the clock in the main building, and if you are accommodated in the villa, then you will have to walk for 5-10 minutes. This happened to us, we were separated in the farthest villa and laziness took its toll, sometimes I wanted tea with sweets before going to bed, but I was too lazy to go. I think if you find fault, you can find more cons, but for me they were uncritical. Also, if you want to visit an ala card restaurant, then scold in advance, we wanted to visit Italian, we wanted to make an appointment 3 days before departure, but there were no more places. We were offered Turkish, but we refused.
Convenient logistics to Manavgat and Side. You can walk around the ancient city and go shopping.
As a result: a decent five, if there is a normal price, then I will be happy to come here to rest again.

I liked the hotel very much, the whole family was there, 5 people, 2 adults, 3 children. The hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are well cleaned, drinks, water, beer, cola, fanta, etc. are constantly replenished in the rooms. THE FOOD is VARIED, the CHOICE OF DISHES is HUGE, ICE CREAM in several places, from morning to evening, from 10 to 24h there is a pastry shop, animation is so-so, a very diverse team, only one the girl spoke Russian. Our children did not go to the nursery. There was a children's disco, show programs... Everything is as usual. There are plenty of sun beds everywhere, both by the pools and by the sea. Drinks of good quality, juices not from jupi, but from bags, wine, champagne, beer, all of decent quality. Minus - entering the sea. There is a pier.

We had a vacation with our spouse from July 3 to July 12, 2019. A wonderful stay in the club room (large, comfortable)! Very beautiful territory and landscaping! A varied diet, lots of fruits, vegetables, 4-5 types of meat, cheeses and a variety of dishes made from them, cooked in different ways; seafood with king prawns, an abundance of amazing snacks, pickles, jams, porridges and soups, there is a diet. Ice cream and pastry shop - all day. An abundance of sun beds on the beach and on the territory (swimming pools, lawn lawns, including under trees). Everything is convenient and thoughtful for relaxing - just like at home. It is better to enter the water from the pier, if the waves are even more convenient (they are calmer at depth) and rescuers can give you a vest if you ask. Next to the reception there is a decent boutique "Furs, fur coats" - seller Rustem Mirza - wonderful professional service and you can go with him at a convenient time to the factory store, where there is an excellent choice for every taste. Rustem is a reliable person, a good family man, always ready to help with advice, even if you don't buy anything. At the request of his spouse, he even brought the medicine prescribed by the doctor. We are very grateful to him!
Wishes - the hotel administration should set a different price for club rooms: there are more comfortable and less, describe their disadvantages and advantages (perhaps what we do not need, someone on the contrary will please)
Guests - it is better not to take club rooms.rooms 7000 ; 4000 (and the farthest one yet) - technical structures are buzzing (but, depending on which side the window with the balcony goes out). 1st floor- balcony on the grass. 3rd floor (we lived) - you may come across music and lanterns of the village, flooding the whole room with light (if you like to sleep with an open balcony, it will not work without thick curtains)
We are going to come here again with friends.

The reception is absolutely terrible. I have never seen employees who are so unloy and disinterested. Check-in took place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., somehow. I had to ask every 20 minutes at what stage the number was. They asked for a room NOT on the 1st floor. Of course, they gave it to 1. It's an epic to change the number. Every time they ask to come up after 2 hours and absolutely nothing moves. It's as if during the year of closure they forgot what customer orientation is. Sadness

I was with my husband in October 2017, I really liked EVERYTHING: the room was cleaned,the food was varied,beef, lamb,chickens,turkey, royal shrimp, trout,cheeses, sweets,pastries and much more. The territory is green, well-groomed, there are enough sun beds, the sea is warm, the staff is courteous. If the pandemic ends on 30.09.20. we will be in Sunise. I give it 5 stars.

Nice hotel. Beautiful territory. Normal rooms. We lived in a bungalow, and the farthest one... Of the minuses, it's a bit long to go to the sea, they took everything with them at once and because of the distance of the cleaner's location, they got to us only in the evening. On the plus side, it's quiet at night... There is no noise from nearby hotels and from your own disco. The food is amazing... For every taste... Fish always.. And dorado, sea bass, patus... Seafood... Beef, lamb, turkey, chicken...Sweets and fruits are plentiful.. In general, you will bring home a couple of extra pounds, that's for sure.. There is one serious drawback to this hotel... Beach.. The entrance to the sea is only from the pier and the beach itself is small pebbles.. And a very stunted animation... And so everything is fine!!!! The rest was a success!!!

A good hotel, corresponds to the stated 5*. We had a family vacation - two adults and two children of 8 and 10 years old from July 24 to August 5, 2019, we liked everything. The room was cleaned every day, WiFi everywhere for 5+ (room, territory, lobby, beach). The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is varied and delicious (meat, fish, salads, shrimp, squid, fruits, juices).

We were at this hotel from August 25th to September 7th. We had a wonderful rest, liked the attitude of the staff to the guests, everyone wanted to please you. You're always in action at this hotel, we loved it. I was pleased with the animation, the guys tried their best, it was fun. Special thanks for the restaurant, the food is very very tasty and extremely beautifully decorated, the serving of snacks and desserts is on top. Beautiful territory. The entrance to the sea is bad. It is not comfortable in slippers and without slippers, it is better from a pontoon. And about the sad thing, during breakfast, in half an hour, a beautiful pareo was stolen from the rod, it's a pity))))) Otherwise, we really liked the hotel, we will be happy to come again.

We are currently in a hotel, the food is a maximum of 3 stars, a very poor assortment, everything can be counted on your fingers. Cheap cheeses of 5-7 types, fruits, generally terrible: apples, bananas, kiwi and green cherry plum, though there are strawberries. Vegetables are also a minimum. Fish and seafood have been served 1 time for dinner so far. Breakfast, a separate conversation: eggs and jam, weak pastries, porridge for children is complete nonsense. Attention tourists!!! We are shocked, last year we were in sanis kumkoi, this is heaven and earth, the network is the same, and the hotels are completely different in level 3 * this is elite and 5* in Kumkoi
