Nice staff, very friendly.
The location is very convenient, within walking distance to all attractions.
The rooms are clean, but very simple and shabby in places, views from the window to the courtyard well. It doesn't matter to me, since I mostly walked and studied the city. WiFi is also available in the rooms. The breakfasts are also quite simple, but it was OK for me too, I didn't eat at the hotel)
Do not change money at the hotel, the course is very unprofitable.

The hotel is for 2* maximum. Small rooms with old furniture and plumbing. Cleaning is on request, but even then it is not necessary that it will be done, and if it is done properly. The carpet in the room has never been vacuumed in a week.
Poor breakfasts. Most of the staff does not speak Russian.
Plus a convenient location in a beautiful quiet place of the old town. All medieval sights are nearby.

The advantages are the courtesy of the staff and the location. Of the disadvantages, the politeness of the staff does not solve the issues. The safe did not work the whole vacation, and in 2 rooms. Coffee for breakfast is only instant. There was a leak in the room during the Downpour.
The hotel is clearly not 4 stars. 2 maximum
