The location is good, close to the sights. The rooms are comfortable. There are small ones, there are for 4 people (I and the children were settled in such a double bed, two bunk beds, a balcony), there are family rooms (the room is divided into two rooms). The territory of the hotel itself is small, yet it is 3* Regular cleaning, clean both in the hotel and in the rooms. There is a swimming pool, a small poultry house, a hammam (paid). Wi-fi is also paid, but we knew about it in advance, we brought our own Internet.
There is enough food for three, but no more. The dishes are almost all peppery, it was difficult for a 5-year-old child to choose something to eat. For fruits in October: apples, pears, plums, pomegranates. The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The beach is small, located on the rubble of the wall, entering the water by a bridge. We often went to the public area without sunbeds. There is sand there, and children need to run, build castles and still won't be allowed to lie down. The bottom of the sea is sandy, there is no depth for a long time, it is safe for children. Overall, it's not bad, the price-quality ratio is optimal.

We visited in October 2024. Everything is great: location, staff, food, read other laudatory reviews, everything is reliable. There are some points that it is better to know about in advance. The rooms are different, there are very small rooms, there are no windows, only the front door, rooms in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant, menagerie, facing the road / street, etc. First, see what suits you, the administration is meeting your wishes. The beach is 8-10 minutes away, sun beds, umbrellas are free, but there is no shower, toilet, changing rooms. (there are also none in the neighboring ones). They took a car through a rental company friendly to the hotel, tried to breed it brazenly and rudely. Be careful.

Close to the sea and to all the hangouts. The guys at the reception are cool, they will tell you everything. The food is normal. Cocktails are paid. WiFi is £2 per connection per device. Beach towels are free, but the change is 1£. But we have enabled roaming. Entering the sea on your own beach sucks. But we looked at the reviews, we were already ready for this, so we went with our rug wherever we could. We lived in a house. If you imagine that this is a personal villa, then in general kefteme. But the house is next to the road, you can hear cars passing. We are not party people, so I liked that the music was not playing loudly and our house was not in the most crowded place. It looks like an attic. The conder was working. A hair dryer every other time. The shower was also working properly. We went to the old town several times on foot for 10-15 minutes, and not from the other end of Side on dolmush. In short, normix, if you do not expect a super all inclusive for 160K for two and do not count only on a hotel vacation. I think the price/quality is appropriate.

A good hotel is modest and all inclusive. Nice staff. Excellent restaurant: the food is always fresh and delicious, fish, meat, chicken are served. Special respect to the cook. For me personally, this is an all-inclusive hotel, everything is pleasant, everything is nearby. The historical center of the city is within walking distance, the sea is nearby, shops are accessible. Thank you for a good rest. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a rest from June 12 to 24, 2024. The territory of the hotel is green,. The furniture in the rooms is average. Cleaning is daily, but shampoo with shower gel was given only 2 times. The choice of food is not great, but every day there are different dishes. The predominance of spicy food, but everything is delicious, the meat is melting. There were fishing days. The fruits are mainly watermelon and cherries, but ripe and delicious. The staff is polite. The Russian-speaking staff at the reception is always ready to help and prompt. There were themed evenings with an entertainment program. All additional services for an additional fee, safe, Wi-Fi. Once they gave out a plaid towel for free. The location is convenient 5 minutes to the sea, 7 to the beach and the ancient city. The beach is small and uncomfortable. I was most upset by the umbrellas and that there was no water and toilet. Although there were no toilets on the beaches of other hotels. For $ 10, they took us from the hotel to another beach, everything was there, both toilet and shower, and the price included a foot bar.

A wonderful place, we flew to celebrate a birthday in May this year. I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean. The service at the reception is separate 5. The food is quite satisfied. Despite the light rains in the morning, the sun was already shining by 10.11 a.m. The beach is at most 10 minutes away by walking with a stop at the nearest store. I recommend. We plan to visit this particular hotel again.

I was going to write a good review! Everything was fine, the hotel, the food, the beach, everything was gorgeous for 3 stars, the room was super! But, on the last day, I left the room at 12 o'clock, I was still at the hotel until 15 o'clock, until the bus picked me up. I put expensive headphones on to charge and forgot them in the room. I found it only at home in Moscow, I wrote to a friend who stayed at the hotel, as well as to a Turkish friend. To which they were told that I should take better care of my things myself and for sure I have them. Very dishonest staff, I bet 1! She said that the managers went to look at the room and there was nothing there. The cleaner had obviously taken them for herself earlier. I wrote to the hotel chat, no one answered me. Of course I won't go there anymore!!

We stayed at this hotel from September 6 to 13, chose this hotel on the recommendation and really made no mistake: the staff is very polite and always ready to help, the food is very tasty and varied, the rooms are cleaned every day. Vacationers are mostly Germans, Czechs, Poles. The sea is not far from 10 minutes on foot. For a solid 4 minutes .I recommend it) and I will be happy to go back there again.

A small hotel within walking distance from the old town, not new, so you should not find fault with the furniture... the rooms are clean, towels are changed every day, water, soap, shampoo are added constantly, the air conditioner is working properly.
The choice of food is small, as in the top five, but everyone will find it to their taste...everyone had enough of everything. The hotel staff is friendly, the guys in the hammam are well done!
The minus is the beach, entering the sea the stones
are small at first, 1.5 meters ... and then a sandy sloping entrance, there were no big waves, we went into the sea barefoot..but the descent into the sea was repaired during our stay and it became better, the sun beds and umbrellas were dead and old. There is a transfer from the hotel to another beach, but for a fee ($10 per day), an all-inclusive system operates on the paid beach (Snacks, drinks, toilet, shower, changing cabins, Internet).It is necessary to make an appointment at the reception in advance.
The second disadvantage is paid WiFi, they did not use it, connected the services of their mobile operators and were in touch all the time.
We rested in the top three for the first time, we expected it to be bad...but everything is quite decent!
There is no animation, but we didn't need it, there were some concerts and shows in the evenings several times a week, we didn't attend them...we walked more, because there is something to see in this area: The Old Town, a beautiful embankment, it is crowded and lively in the evenings.
All the disadvantages were compensated by the excellent weather, the sea, the sun and a good mood.

The hotel is wonderful! Great location. Accommodation in a bungalow, clean, cozy, daily cleaning. There is always shade on the balcony- terrace, a lot of greenery, unusual flowering trees and bushes. Good, varied cuisine. the beach is a 6-minute walk away.

We rested for a week in mid-August, I can say that I did not regret a bit choosing this cute, homely and cozy hotel. The first time we were in 3*, Anex, by the way, this hotel is listed as 4*, and I can say for sure -not in vain. In the "old" times, in Europe, there were 4, which are at the level, or even inferior... A lot of detailed reviews have been written, which is why I chose this place, thanks to everyone who writes them, it really helps with the choice. I can only add that I liked the entry into the sea, probably in this regard, it was sparsely populated, quiet in this place, all the people in the water were dispersed away from each other. The bridge is not slippery, you stepped and you are already on knee-deep hard sand in a crystal clear and warm sea)) Indeed, there are many Europeans there, they say.they like to relax in Side, but there are not a few Russians (we are just quiet, we are not particularly audible), but most importantly there is no negativity, everyone is treated equally well, everyone is resting. Thank you very much to everyone who works there, to all the wonderful staff of the hotel! This is a place where I would like to return!))

A wonderful cozy hotel in the beautiful town of Side. The rooms are nice, cozy, with a balcony, clean, cleaned almost every day, all with air conditioning. The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, it is pleasant to be, from the balcony of the 2nd floor, as it was with us, you can reach the leaves;) There is a swimming pool and a chill area near it for those who care about it. The staff is friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian, they will always help, prompt, polite and cheerful;) The hotel can book excursions and rent a car. The restaurant is good, the food for 3 stars is normal. The dishes are not that diverse, but everyone will find to their taste, and there are always a lot of fruits and sweets. The hotel has its own beach within walking distance, which is not unimportant, on the main embankment. There is also a separate beach, to which a shuttle service goes for a cheap price.

I stayed at this hotel in July. 8 nights. The hotel is not big, but neat. We checked into a room with a view of the trash in the evening, but in the morning we changed it when I asked. The room stock is average. If you want silence, you can ask to settle further away, in the depths, there is a bungalow, a table tennis table, parrots, you can rest on a swing. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and flowers. WiFi is paid, but it's not scary. There are books in the lobby, some even in Russian. The staff is polite. They always go to a meeting, tell you how to get there and go where you need to go.
Of course, there were a lot of people by the pool, but you can find a place on the sun beds and swim for a change. Tip: you can swim during lunch, much fewer people and half an hour before it ends, you can quite manage to have a good meal. There were not enough sunbeds at sea only once, apparently it was the day of check-in. But the caretaker of the neighboring beach let him sunbathe for an hour, he was very polite.
The food is good, everything is delicious. Of course, it's a little monotonous by the end of the rest, but the choice is great. Meat, fish, cuts, olives, cheeses, sweets and much more. The drinks are simple, there is always drinking water, you can take it to the beach. However, the juices seemed chemical to me. But I didn't drink them either. The coffee is great. Alcohol is also quite at a good level.
The room has both WiFi and a TV with a couple of Russian channels. The furniture is a little old, but in general everything is decent. The room was cleaned perfectly!
The hotel itself stands slightly on a vacant lot, but it's good, calm, there is no unnecessary noise. It's close to the sea. And to the bus station too. If you reach the intersection, the sea will be down, and you can go up to the old town. I recommend starting to view the ruins from there. There are beautiful vans riding there, but this distance can be easily walked. The place is very beautiful. Of course, it is better to walk in the evening, when it is not so hot. A large selection of restaurants and shops. However, it is better to buy souvenirs away from the center, prices are lower. Transparent floors on the street, through which you can see the mosaics and columns of the old city. It's a very interesting move.
There is no animation in the hotel, but there are themed evenings.
In general, everything is quite decent. Great hotel! I wish him further development!

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place 5 minutes from the sea.The beach is not big, but it is clean and cozy, and most importantly quiet, there is no crowd like in big hotels))The territory of the hotel is cozy and green! Rooms of different types, I lived in a family room on the second floor , cleaning every day, the cleaning staff is friendly! Nutrition : varied, meat,turkey, chicken, fish,a lot of vegetables from fruits plum,watermelon, pear, apples, oranges, a variety of sweets.During my vacation, the Chef hosted a fish party twice for me, it was nice because I eat fish)) Huge grilled Tuna was served, Sushi and a variety of dishes...And also the chef has prepared a huge Ice cream cake - it's a Masterpiece! He is a professional in his field! Thank you so much for his Talent! The food is excellent, I even forgot that I am in 3* The staff at the reception is responsive, friendly, speak English and Russian! We rested at the hotel from 07/27.23 to 08/5.23 the first impression was deceptive, the food was excellent: meat, fish, seafood and fruits, the rooms are clean, close to the sea and there is a place to go for a walk. Replacement of beach towels is paid, Wi-Fi is also paid, the staff is friendly. However, the sea in this place is muddy because of the sandy beach and shallow, which is convenient when vacationing with children. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool.

But then we realized that this is the most trump place in this part of the Side. Since it is not flooded during unrest, there is little dirt and few people nearby. Crabs on the path in the evening. We were in early August of the 24th year. The ticket was taken end-to-end, this three won against some fours. We chose based on reviews and were not mistaken.
The hotel did not seem very good on the first day from the road, I did not like the breakfast food, the room is small for 3 adults + a 2-year-old child. It seemed a long way to the sea, the descent on the beach was inconvenient. Then we slept after a long road and walked along the embankment and all the impressions seemed to be washed away)
This hotel is really worth its three stars, the staff is trying (maybe not all of them).
One of the advantages for me:
+ good food for lunch and dinner, meat is very tasty, a lot of vegetables of different types, delicious desserts, there is a variety of fruits (watermelons, peaches, plums, grapes, pears), there was even tuna on the grill, and this does not always happen at 4*.
+ Alcohol is not diluted with water, the strength is felt, but there are questions about the taste. Soft drinks are also normal. Coffee in a coffee machine made of powder (they saw how it was poured) tastes fine, tea is delicious in teapots, yuppies were not drunk.
+ cleaning every day, linen change every 2 days (for me it's almost nonsense in a 3* hotel) was very pleasantly surprised. In general, the cleaning is also good, towels are changed, the floors were as clean as possible, taking into account the sandy beaches.
+ the air conditioner works very well, since they are not industrial for the whole building, but individual, as they put at home, the room cools quickly.
+ of course, the green territory of the hotel, here you will find trees with avocados and grapes, which are delicious and can be eaten, in general, the greenery has enveloped it well. There is even a large aviary with parrots on the territory, the child did not come off)
In general, this hotel will cover the basic needs of tourists with a vengeance, the atmosphere is relaxed, there is no stiffness, it is very cozy.
It should be noted that the small room was kindly replaced the next day without any additional charges at all, they just told us to move there more freely. And there really was a lot more room.
Of the cons:
- breakfasts seem a little meager compared to lunches, boiled eggs, bread, fried eggs, sometimes pancakes that you have to fight for 😁 butter in small packs was sour and bitter every morning, well, I do not know how it is stored, the taste is sour for me, but everyone eats it, maybe it is)
- there is a playground on the territory, but it looks terrible, it is located in some backyards, as if next to a garbage dump.
- there is a shortage of tables on the street by the pool, it would be possible to put them denser, and so I had to borrow and not get up to someone else immediately occupy 😬
- the fattest minus for me is the sunbeds on the beach. You almost have to fight for them. At the end of the rest, we went to occupy them before breakfast, otherwise then there are places with broken umbrellas, under the scorching sun, on the aisle, at some drain where flies fly.
The entrance to the sea along the path, my child and I calmly entered for two years, I do not see this as a tragedy, since the sea is shallow, the flooring on the path was changed during our stay, since the old one fell into disrepair.
That's probably all, I personally did not find any critical disadvantages, we knew where we were going and did not wait for luxury conditions.
I would definitely return to this hotel for some pleasant price, it is ideally located in my opinion, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the ancient city, a quiet walk to the center of the town where there is a marina with yachts and clubs, too, 20-25 minutes walk with beautiful views.
It was the first time in Side and honestly I fell in love with the location and the number of ancient buildings, let's definitely come back

We had a great rest at this hotel in August-September. The territory is small, but very clean and green - orange and lemon trees grow, there are many flowering shrubs. The staff is very friendly. The food is tasty enough, the choice is not too big, but you definitely won't stay hungry. It is 5 minutes to the sea and a short walk along the shore to the hotel beach. The beach is small, but there were always places at 9 a.m. If you go further along the coastline, then in another 10 minutes you will reach the ancient Side. I think that the price/ quality ratio of the hotel is very good, if you do not initially expect miracles and a five-star scale from three stars. Special thanks to Lia, the manager of the SPA complex and the wonderful massage therapists who work there. The massage is quite budget-friendly compared to Russian prices, the guys work conscientiously, and Leah treats the guests like family and is always ready to help in any situation.

We stayed at this hotel from 23.05 to 01.06 2022.And we really regretted that there were so few days.I liked absolutely everything, the room (which was cleaned daily and towels were changed), the service of the very friendly staff, and the food, it's beyond praise.The chef indulged in cooking grilled dishes (kebabs, shawarma, tuna), sushi and crayfish.Fruits (watermelons, pears, strawberries and oranges)for May and 3 stars ...There is something to compare, we talked to people on the beach, no one had such a variety, although people were vacationing in the 4th.There were no children, it was more like an 18+ hotel, which was very acceptable for us.I would like to say a huge thank you to the owner of the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay.

We have been staying at this hotel since September 03, 2021. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and were invited to breakfast. After breakfast, we settled in immediately, which pleasantly surprised us. They wrote a lot about nutrition, but I repeat - they feed very well. The room was given on the second floor, everything is clean and tidy. Yes, the air conditioner is not new, but it works well. It's even cool at night. On Saturday, a guest singer sang, and everyone was pleased. She sang in different languages. I especially liked the Turkish melodies and songs. Young guys from the staff lit a Turkish dance. All with soul and warmth. On Sunday, the chef, after dinner, staged a show with the removal of a large cake to Turkish music and a presentation. Everything is cool. The beach is 7 minutes away (opposite the Cuba beach hotel). I don't understand people writing bad reviews. Yes, the hotel is not five stars. But the hotel is trying and everything is positive.

05.09.2021 settled in Turkey at the Sunberg hotel. I am very sorry for the ruined vacation and the money spent. The room is ugly. The air conditioner is located in front of the bed and blows on the bed. At the same time, the air conditioner drips onto the table where the TV is. The TV and refrigerator are not working. An iron, I asked at the reception, they promised in 15 minutes. Then it turned out that he was not there. The light in the room is very weak. WiFi is paid and works poorly in the evening, but at the reception they told me that I just have a bad phone, that's the reason. Maybe the sea will somehow cheer you up. But I will not stay at this hotel anymore and I do not advise others. The hotel is minus 3 stars

A hotel for a quiet, relaxing, family vacation, nothing more.There are many attractions around, but this is a one-time look...Wi-Fi is paid, and this is a big minus (((and the quality of the Internet is no, we were left without communication repeatedly....The food is passable, there is a minimum of alcohol in the bar (((I didn't drink anything except beer and gin and tonic, the choice is at zero.The room was spacious and cozy, cleaned every day, but in the bathroom there was only a container with liquid soap and that was it...I will not stay at this hotel anymore, although the rest was generally good)

Two beaches, one is not very good, the second is good, but we got to the second by transfer from the hotel. Polite staff. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, a living area (parrots live). Palm trees and limes grow. The beach is 3 minutes away. Excellent location, good food and rooms; there is a choice of beaches, near the dolmusha bus stop, close to shops and picturesque streets, within walking distance of ancient ruins and for all this you will pay a fairly small amount. Even in November, we swam and sunbathed every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The food is good. Staff service is normal, and if you don't show off and don't put yourself as a representative of a special people (I mean Russians), then even normal. There are only two disadvantages for me personally: the air conditioner (it did not work three times in my room 103) and the nearby beach, namely the lack of stairs to enter the water.
