The owners of this house are hospitable and polite. The house is large, there is enough space for everyone on 3 floors. Balconies, terraces, swimming pool and grounds.
But the house itself, unfortunately, needs minor repairs. On the ground floor, the toilet has a musty smell, dampness, mold in the corners. It is from there that small Abkhazian scorpions constantly crawl out into this dampness, to the same place (as a result, our nanny was stung by this creature) Tip: they are not fatal, but sooo painful and unpleasant, the bite site will swell, take an antihistamine immediately!!
On the second floor, the door to the terrace can be seen that it has been broken for a long time, the owners are not repairing. There is also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
On the third floor there is a terrible Bed, old and rickety to the point of impossibility (although at first glance you would not think so) you will just feel your back ache in the morning. There are metal rods in the mattress. The headboard of the bed is nailed down, I took it up in the morning and the headboard collapsed 😅
Well, the most important thing is the overlap between the floors - a wild echo, you can hear everything! On the second floor, you can hear everything that is being said on the 3rd floor. If you are grooming on the 3rd or 2nd floors, then on the 2nd and 1st you can hear every step, very loudly, creaking.
There were no problems with towels. But when renting a villa, you think you don't have to worry about bathroom supplies - there was nothing on the 2nd floor to wash your hands with. On the 1st floor there is a pathetic piece of old soap. And only on the 3rd floor there was liquid soap. It seems like a small thing, but at the moment it is very annoying that you are in the bathroom now, watching and there is no soap at hand, etc.
You will also be given one set of keys for all. In such a huge house, you will live alone. So I had to hide the only keys near the house in a flower bed so that everyone did not depend on one to get into the house.
