1 star, because we were issued a free taxi at the checkout, and at the airport upon departure it turned out that neither the passport number nor the code on the sticker from the receipt were refunded in the system. All that could help us was the advice to contact the seller. We contacted only upon returning home, the seller replied that there were problems with the Internet that day, so they did not register anything. Complete nonsense. That's how you count on a discount in the form of free taxes, and then a surprise - no discount, call and figure it out.
