We booked a 2-room Suite in the main building, we didn't wait much, but we really liked the room. A bedroom, a separate living room, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest toilet. There is a sofa in the living room, there is a spare blanket in the closet, you can ask the maid to bring an extra sheet if necessary. There are two types of diet soup for lunch. From meat-hard pieces of chicken on the bone and simply boiled buckwheat without oil, pasta. For tea, there are curabye cookies on soda, which is impossible to eat and rarely one kind of cake. Fruits are last year's apples and oranges. The food is nominal, if they knew, they would not have taken a hotel with meals.

I had mixed impressions from my stay at this hotel.
Pros: large room, beautiful interior, friendly staff.
Cons: there are a lot of them. Firstly, it is far from the sea, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk through the railway tracks and yards. It's still a pleasure in the heat. The transfer to Chelyuskintsev beach is inconvenient - the minibus goes every two hours. He didn't leave at 10 a.m., so the next one is at 12. There are a lot of people. sometimes you have to drive standing up.
Secondly, nutrition. When we were driving, I read the reviews, I thought that we were not spoiled, the food would suit. But I do not know why, but it does not taste good. The choice is small, for 3-4 days I feel sick only from the smell of the dining room. We went to a cafe for dinner a couple of times. And when they were poisoned (I don't know if the food was to blame or the notorious rotavirus), they didn't go to eat at all. Instant coffee is terrible. If the hotel positions itself as 4 stars, then put at least one coffee machine. Although it is possible to note the cleanliness in the dining room, the workers clean everything quickly.
The rooms were cleaned on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes they just brought in the garbage and that's it. Linen and towels were changed every three days. Soap, shower gel - this is only when checking in. They really gave me toilet paper.
There is a balcony. There is no view from it: on the private sector and the pipe. Since there is a railway nearby, the noise from the trains.
When the lights were turned off, the generator started working at 4 a.m. It's good that we had electricity, but it rattles terribly. The Wi-Fi at the hotel catches well, there were no problems.

The hotel is located in novaya Gagra, all the interesting life is located in the old part of the city, so in the evenings you either have to walk for a long time or take a taxi. The sea is far away, to which a minibus takes you 5 times a day (travel time is 10 minutes) The minibus is packed with 3-4 times more people than it should be, so after going a couple of times in hellish conditions, they began to take a taxi or bus to the beach and back.

There was no limit to our chagrin at the stage of settling in, a sleeping place was not prepared for the third person (we spent an hour solving the problem of overnight accommodation for the third person with the administrator, she proved that everything was prepared, but it simply was not there, the administrator behaved in such a way that we came to visit her personally, and not to the hotel, for which has already been paid. And this is at 12 a.m. after a long journey.The mattresses were already completely crushed, the cleaning was one name (Tajiks appeared in the staff, you understand why the locals don't work there), the kitchen is disgusting: a meager assortment, the cheapest products are not the first freshness, imported pastries are an economical option, fruits and vegetables are fodder, they were, but I didn't want to eat them, in a tank with boiling water, a plaque from the water floated in a mug of tea. The diet is good, balanced, there was no heartburn and rotovirus.

They took 5,000 from us to the hospitals, although there is insurance.The hotel is full, one bus, everyone is sitting on top of each other, with small children it is very dangerous there, ⚠️ do not stay there with children it is dangerous for life⚠️Salads cannot be taken there, only everything that is processed in a thermal bath, it is better not to drink water there either. And it's best to look for another hotel if you don't want to end up in a hospital. There are no events, there is no garden, there is no territory. You go to the beach through the railway tracks, they don't have their own beach, only if by bus. Which carries 4 times every 2 hours. It's all a hoax!!!!

We had a rest in July 2024. The hotel is solid and good, but the staff wants to be better. We arrived at 24:00, knowing at the reception that people would arrive, we could leave a dry bag. The food is available at the hotel, buffet, everything is delicious, satisfying! The children ate with pleasure, but they are my favorite! Heated towel rails are warm, you can always dry clothes from the sea. There is a scheduled transfer to the sea, the beach, on the adjacent territory of the boarding house, is clean and provided with umbrellas and sun loungers, we really liked it!!!! All the staff is well-mannered and polite!!! We will definitely come back with the children!!!!!
I did not like the hotel, there was no staff at the reception, there were no slippers in the room, a torn dermantine hung on the chairs, the kettle had a broken handle, I was lucky that my hands were not scalded, there was one ironing room on the 3rd floor, one load of 400 rubles to wash clothes, there was an eternal queue in the dining room for monotonous food, cups and glasses were not enough, the hotel had a river of sewage stink right into the room, the air conditioner broke down and we breathed sewage for 4 days, leaving the hotel at 8:00 was not even allowed to have breakfast, although the bus came for us at 9:00.They don't clean the floor under the bed at all. Food cannot be taken out of the dining room with a fine of 5000, there is also a price list for broken dishes. In general, we no longer set foot in this hotel.

No frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. According to the schedule, a bus takes you to a private beach, unfortunately, the last flight is at 16.45, but I would like to sit on the shore until 8 p.m., breathe the sea air. The beach is normal, the sun beds are free. The location of the hotel is not bad - there is a bus stop, a shopping center, a market and a small embankment with a Ferris wheel. The hotel does not have a territory, which in my opinion is a disadvantage.

One of my favorite places to stop in Gagra. A relatively new and high-quality chain hotel. The service is top-notch, the buffet breakfasts are perfect. The hotel will appeal to people of all ages. In case of a power outage, there is its own substation, so there is no inconvenience. From the view rooms you can see the sea, the city and the sun all day long. The air conditioner is quiet.
It is located in a new part of the city, near shops, a market, an observation deck, a bus stop and minibuses and it is convenient to walk to the sea!
