a serious company. I visited her office near the TV tower. Later, I was sent a commercial offer for a turnkey photovoltaic plant with 100 kW. After we agreed on the price, I asked for a draft agreement, in which I asked to enter all previous oral and written promises regarding the warranty period for the station as a whole and for its components (solar panels, inverters) separately. However, apparently this did not suit them and they simply disappeared. It seems to me that they are used to working on vague terms with their clients, which makes it easy to avoid responsibility if something goes wrong.
