In general, I liked everything. We lived for three days. They took it without food. The room has an electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and other utensils. There is everything you need for cooking. The room is very cozy. There were family apartments-two rooms of 12 meters each and a kitchen of 10 meters. View from the balcony to the pool. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. A blanket is also present, you can use it if it is cool. Of the minor disadvantages, these are cleaning, lighting in the room and washed towels. The territory is green and large. Several pools. One of which is heated! The hotel is mostly German. In general, a normal hotel for your money. It can be recommended to those who take the hotel for a short time. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea. There is very fine sand on the beach and in the presence of wind, sand sticks to clothes like dust. The entrance to the water is good. It is flat and sandy.

An excellent hotel in its price category. 5 pools of different water levels and slides. Good staff service, except for a change of linen. In 9 days, they were painfully changed in half once, like towels, 1 time they were only changed and then after a reminder. The cuisine is like in all of Turkey, the variety of sweets and fruits for three stars is excellent. A scheduled bus takes you to the sea. The beach in this very place is wide, gently sloping, the hotel's beach area is not very large, but there were somehow enough places, it is possible that in the very season there will be questions about this.

A wonderful hotel!
We had a rest in April-May 2022.
Hospitable, hardworking, kind, helpful staff. Large well-groomed territory, lots of greenery and flowers, cleanliness everywhere; rooms are cleaned daily, everything in the room is in working order; there were enough places in the restaurant and on the beach for everyone; the food is delicious and varied, everything is fresh, in large quantities, drinks without restrictions; 5 swimming pools, separate- for kids, a wonderful aqua complex for children older; in the evenings there was an entertainment program for children, for which many thanks to Muhammad Ali. VERY GOOD-NATURED STAFF, VERY ATTENTIVE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!!!

Rooms for 4, there is a kitchenette, you can drink tea and coffee.The staff does not understand Russian at all, except for the electrician, who came to change the light bulb.I went to the end of April, the beginning of May, three swimming pools were working.The food is almost the same every day, there is a choice, you will not stay hungry.Almost all of the guests are Germans and the hotel is oriented towards them.You can walk to antixide or take a minibus 3 stops, change there and go to Novomall and back the same route.The room was not cleaned every day and towels.Once, a hotel towel was missing from the sunbed and suntan cream was lying in the bushes while I was having breakfast.Communication at the reception is only with a translator.WiFi is 10 euros for 7 days and it does not catch everywhere yet.I would not go to this hotel again.And around the pool, the children cut their legs with glass.

The hotel is not new, but it is quite pleasant. That is, do not expect any good repairs and furniture, but the water flows well even with sand, the water pressure is good. The apartment room is large and comfortable. The food is simple, but delicious.
Before our eyes, the hotel was replenished with visitors, in principle, it reacted very quickly to the increase in people. The queues were literally 1.5 days long.
The bus to the beach was also quickly rebuilt. By the way, the beach is 3.4 km away. You can walk, but we decided not to repeat it more than 1 time with the children, it's still too hot in July. The beach is called Sunset Beach.
The most unpleasant thing is the attitude towards Russians. At the entrance, it was noted that our flag was hanging upside down. They said at the reception, they replied thank you. They were obviously aware of it. Is this such a hidden message? The flag has not been changed. It may seem like bullshit to someone, but the Turks themselves treat their state symbols very respectfully and protect them.

They cook delicious, there are a lot of drinks:juices, beer, wine, whiskey, other spirits, plain water in a disposable package, wonderful Turkish freshly brewed tea, coffee from a coffee machine, hot milk and all this until 10 pm. There is a 2nd bar with expensive cocktails and drinks for a fee. It can be ordered separately for an additional fee. pay for pizza, meat.... There we got to know each other and had fun, there was enough room for everyone, even if we had to stand. This is not a disadvantage for the hotel, it is very far from its own spacious beach (2 km). 10 minutes walk away there is another good beach where it is good to spend evenings, with warm sea, sunsets, cafes. We were given a two-room room for 3, quiet, wonderful with 4 beds. The son who loves a big bed was given just a huge one for the whole room!!! It is very rare when guests are treated this way, and even without any additional charges. We rested from 11.08 to 21.08, I am a mother with two children of 9 years and 3 years old, I really liked it, with children the most, the hotel is not big, slides and pools on the territory. The rooms are cozy, cleaned every day. The food is very tasty and varied.The staff is polite. I just returned from Turkey and decided to write a review about this hotel.
It was the first time in Turkey.
I stayed at the hotel from August 30 to September 06.

Location:
The hotel is located in the center of Side, a 3-minute walk to the main street, and there are already minibuses to Manavgat, Ancient Side. The cost is from 3.5 to 5 liras.
All possible supermarkets can be reached on foot.
In general, the location is excellent.
Rooms:
The rooms are clean, the air conditioner is working properly (albeit a little noisy), the water pressure is excellent at any time of the day.
Cleaning is not often, you need to leave a tip, then everything will be OK (I left 5 lira).
If you are with children, then try to move further away from restaurants and pools, and that the windows do not face the hotel.
Not very sound insulation, I lived on the 1st floor and the Windows overlooked the pool.. even with the balcony block closed, I could hear everything that was happening from the outside.
Territory:
The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, several swimming pools, children's slides, etc.
It may be a little cramped, of course.

You just have to remember that there are no good things in the tourist area of Turkey, and in branded stores, prices are 20% higher than in Russia.

Cigarettes can be bought in Turkey, the prices are reasonable, but it is better to take your original ones.

Do not bother with withdrawing cash in terms of commission, practically all banks take it, I rented 350 liras in some bank near the hotel, the commission is 15 liras, which in general is not worth running around in order to find a "special" ATM.
I rested with a black card (a very well-known bank), and tried to pay with a lira card, it is accepted everywhere.
When paying with a card in the tourist area (small shops and shallows), be sure to take a check and see HOW MUCH you actually paid!!!!!!!!!!! (this does not apply to large supermarkets such as Migros and Waikiki).
Sometimes, of course, it's better to pay in dollars, it's a little more profitable, but I didn't bother, it's easier for me to have one currency..)))

We stayed at this hotel from 17.09 to 24.09
Well, what can you say for your money, the hotel is wonderful. They drain the water from the pool every evening, clean it every day, it's all true, the food is not the top of culinary art, but it is quite edible, except for meatballs and any meat products.. they are all made from mutton and the taste and aroma of these dishes is frankly nauseating. We only ate fish and chicken, plus the side dish was mostly rice. Which is what we advise you to do. (Unless you are, of course, lamb lovers)
Because vacationers are people of different nationalities, then I will tell you about my observations.. Turkish families are vacationing at the hotel, and the attitude of some of the staff towards them is encouraging.. for example, you are standing in a grill bar in a queue, 5 Turkish children run up and they will be served out of turn, then while these five are being served, three more will approach and so on. The same thing at the bar, the same thing in the restaurant, the Turks are suitable and they have the best food, drinks and the fastest possible service. Okay, so be it. But at the distribution in the restaurant, by the way, we had everything included, the same employee worked and I do not know what we did not please him with.. he put half a spoon on us every time, of course, we had to ask several times to add it.. (so that you don't think, we don't sound like ourselves, but I think half a spoonful of rice and two pieces of chicken or two nuggets will not be enough for an adult)
The last straw was our first and last breakfast (we were on excursions, then slept until lunch).. along with omelets and other gastronomic orgasms, they also baked pancakes.. I got in line, there were three people in front of me, a girl was cooking pancakes, our beloved handsome man, as always, was at the distribution.. everyone in front was served, and it was my turn.. the girl started to say a new batch of pancakes, but then the distributor came up, said something to her and began to put pancakes from behind the stove, at first I did not attach any importance to this, but when I looked into the plate, I realized that they were throwing marriage into the container behind the stove (burnt, torn, generally not turned out pancakes).. The fact that we were shocked is an understatement.. I don't know if we are so "lucky" and I hope that your vacation will be great, but be prepared for Russophobic sentiments from some of the staff of this hotel (after this breakfast, I started watching the rest of the people, this attitude is only towards Russians), which is very insulting and it is not clear what this is related to!
With this covid, everyone has just started flying, we (Russians) are your reindeer bread! And such an attitude.. It's just nonsense!
By the way, there are huge territories with abandoned hotels around, apparently they could not survive in the current situation.

We took a tour to this hotel based on good reviews, but in fact it was a complete disappointment. We were at this hotel from July 24th to August 2nd. There is only one Russian-speaking staff at the reception, the room was given at 14 o'clock, everything is clean, but without towels, they brought it only the next day, it's good that they took it with them. In the dining room, the floors are always dirty, there are not enough tables, huge queues, food is scarce, there is no choice, one or two types of sweets and they give no more than 2 pies to their hands, you tell them that we are 5 people, give 5 pcs. they pretend that they do not understand and do not give the same with the rest of the food, so the children had to we went to get food for everyone separately, but we put full plates on the vacationing Turks, in general we were shocked! The beach is far from the hotel, but the bus is packed with vacationers. The sea is excellent, clean, there is a bar on the beach from the hotel where they give free water, and from 12 o'clock juices, burgers. Among the advantages, I liked the hotel's territory, water slides, 2 children's pools, 3 adults. Our room was 2 rooms , everything worked, cleaning every day. The animators did well, they tried to entertain! The bartenders are great too!In general, the hotel is not 4 stars, but 3 stars!!!

Who's going to come here, guys, it's not worth it. There are good fours for the same money. It's definitely not 4+, it's 3, dirty, with sick-looking cats and the staff are 50% racist, especially the guys at the food distribution. The food is often the same, daily, for lunch and dinner. There are 5 types of cakes, 3 of them have the same taste-in sugar syrup or honey, just different shapes. The most delicious are watermelon, tangerines, herbs and cheese. We lived on Thu Fri Sat Sun and on MON we saw fish for the first time. There are no Turkish days here, there is no animation, the animator sits at the bar and refuses parents a mini disco, at first he lied that he could not, babbled about the crown, to indignation, as it is impossible, because he conducts bingo lottery and karaoke for adults, apparently gave up. The children jumped up and were happy. In 4 days, it turned out to be disco 1 time. Today he called the children at 20:00 and while we were walking for 3 minutes, he left, said, but should have come right away, turned on the music, well, OK, if you don't want to entertain, turn on children's songs. Very lazy and arrogant. There are about 25 children in the hotel. Only our 7 people are 2-11 years old. No mini club during the day. The playground is damp and dirty, the surface is earth.
One pool is warm, the rest is ice, 26 * heat does not help to heat up, they all swim in one place. Water is provided at the bar. The room is cleaned daily, towels are not changed until you leave them on the floor. The Internet is offered for a fee, but you can use it for free in the bar and in the lobby, while relaxing from the network at the same time. There is no Internet on the beach, as well as no burgers, the bar is terrible, the coolers are black, the water in them is dangerous, I think the tables and chairs are scattered.
We came to the sauna, and there is a schedule from 12-15:00. And this is only a hammam, and the sauna is booked in advance! It's unrealistic to warm up after a basik. A bus takes you to the beach, exactly 7 minutes, either freely or with a herring, as you are lucky. There is nowhere for children to play, there is no ball to drive, there is no territory at all, only buildings, basques and paths with bushes. Who writes- do you want a cheap service? What is cheap, a hundred thousand is already cheap? The hotel does not have the right to 4, this is a fact, many tourists were deceived by this 4 card.
The sea, the sand, the sun is super. But this is not the merit of the hotel.
I'll add: cats shit in all the pots that are in the dining room. And there's such a stench by the pool in the lobby, it's impossible to lie down. We sat down to dinner, the cat climbed into the pot and of course we had to run! Wine and dirt. The dishes are greasy, all chipped. They watch how not to give too much, they gave 2 water to a family of 5, each child had to personally ask, they constantly grumble on their own, pretend that they do not understand. It's the same with food, they give 3 nuggets! Three! Despite the fact that you are with 2 children. At first I was shocked, then I started saying put it down again. Gin and tonic in the bar - gin is vodka - inf on the bottle, 40% ala.
There is no place for children, there is nowhere to play, while they were furious that our children were noisy, running, etc. Although they didn't do the animation themselves. Photos on the gym pool network - there is no such thing there. Hidden. Hidden? The glass tile on the bottom flies off in the warm basik near the lobby, the child cut his leg badly. The hammam just wasn't turned on in the end, the sauna entry was a lie, but it wasn't turned on either, but you come and, like, oh, we'll turn it on now. The steam room is generally closed- the crown is not allowed. Although there were no restrictions when buying a tour!
The conclusion is the same- the place is bad, dirty, the staff is wild, you can be happy if you hang out on the beach in the morning, coming for lunch and back.
We did not drink, they write correctly, those who drink in the morning do not notice dirt and a poor assortment of food will do.
By the way, on the day of the journalists' arrival, there was a complete rearrangement in the restaurant, all the doors and tables were washed, a cake appeared, stewed chicken, mashed potatoes, fish, delicious pizza, stewed cabbage, everything for diets, exactly one day out of 17 we ate delicious.

Russian russians are settled in the building across the street from sun city relax, as we understand it, mainly Russians are settled there, I don't know what exactly this is due to, maybe, considering that most of the vacationers in this hotel are Turks, Russians are trying to settle away from the main traffic, since there are no bars and animation on the territory of this building.Although for some it will be a plus, as it is always quiet and calm, and there is an opportunity to swim in an unfilled pool.
The room is simple, without frills, we came across a duplex, on the ground floor there are 2 sofas, a TV and a kitchenette with a kettle, a refrigerator and a minimum set of dishes. In 2 weeks, it was generally useful to me.On the second level there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The furniture is simple, but the bed is comfortable.In general, it is clear that the repair is new, but not made by the best specialists and not from the best materials, but considering that this is a three-pronged one does not have to find fault)

Also, be prepared for the fact that a vacation with the locals carries a "special flavor", since for us their manner of behavior is very noisy, and carries some discomfort, especially the habit of smoking right there at the table and it does not matter that not everyone is pleased and people actually eat, IT is VERY annoying.
The food in the dining room is average, the most boring is breakfast, it's always the same, I really got tired of it in 2 weeks
Dinner and lunch are more diverse.
There is animation in the hotel, which undoubtedly pleases, although at lunch there is always the same notorious darts and water polo, in the evening there were lotto, folk dances, children's discos, contests, it still brightens up the evening.
The staff is generally friendly, I note the manager Onura, always friendly, wondering if everything is okay, the guys are always smiling in the kitchen too)
To sum up: the hotel is a three, not a four. There are obvious disadvantages, for whom everyone decides how critical it is for themselves, for us it was critical that everything was dirty, but sitting at a really dirty table is a classic (

The territory of the hotel itself is well maintained, the rooms correspond to the status. He did not skimp on tips, they took them in silence without a smile, but nothing changed. Although the Germans and the British, according to my observation, did not give anything to the staff at all, But it was not so important That the weather was great, the sea was warm. Our flight was delayed, instead of 14.00, we left at 17.00, and of course we were already at the hotel at 22.30.. The hotel is on the outskirts, on a stinking street, because the garbage of this hotel and the neighboring one. They didn't feed me on arrival!!! ((having said that the dining room is already closed, we are. I had to go out at night to get a shawarma. They did not give dada tea at the bar, saying that after 22.00 everything is paid!(we returned to the reception, asked for water and a tea bag!! As a result, the manager. The room is more or less without frills, there is a kitchenette, cleaned every day, the beds are terrible, the springs dig into the whole body, the pillows are made of stone, in the morning as if the whole body was numb. the territory- it doesn't exist!((( there is a swimming pool in the courtyard, tables around, where the boozing public does not come out from behind them from morning to night. It stinks when you walk by, like in a pub. There is no choice at all, in the morning amlet, boiled eggs, cold porridge (it feels like yesterday's rice was just filled with rancid milk), chymosin sausage, delicious cheese, pancakes that Russians are given 2 pcs in their hands, and Turks as much as you want! The beach itself is gorgeous, the sea is fabulous, the water is clear, the entrance is gentle!))) the deck chairs are old, the umbrellas are all full of holes, we personally sat in the sea, we didn't need them, but still! In the evening we went to the city beach, the child liked the hotel beach more, that there were fewer people there! And there's also a bar with drinks, I tried it once, as if the device was washed, this liquid poured into my glass. They took it with them, because the water is the same, from a dirty cooler. Unsanitary conditions everywhere! Hair floats in the pool in the morning! Therefore, the fact that someone wrote that every day the water is drained from the pool is a lie!! We tried to go somewhere all the time, the Old Town, the embankment, the sea is fantastic, all this is in Side!! But not in this dirty dump! We are staying at this hotel now in August 2021. Well, what do I want to tell you, friends?! Firstly, the representative of the travel agency that sold us this tour would spit on arrival. Initially, when buying the tour, I voiced three requirements: 1) to be clean; 2) to have something to eat; 3) to have fun for the child.
They brought us to the hotel around 9 a.m. And they check in after 12!!! After spending 18 hours on the road, I had to hang out somewhere with a child for 3 hours, a nightmare! We had time for breakfast: we went into the dining room and I was stunned: there was dirt all around, greasy forks, dishes with chipped edges in places, dirty tables, everything is lying under them, ugh! We moved into room 407 on the ground floor and again the horror: the refrigerator door falls when opened, the sockets are all kept on their word of honor, the air conditioner works like a helicopter, the toilet is swinging, the faucet is leaking. I couldn't stand it anymore, I went to change the room, at first they didn't want to, but when they heard the phrase "I'll pay", they immediately found rooms, moved to the 2nd floor at 417. It's better there. There is only one slide for a child, there is also a tiny playground, which is also dirty and cats go to the toilet. The food is more or less normal, but monotonous. There is a shuttle service to the sea. 5-7 minutes. Twice a day, in the morning and after lunch. The hotel is mostly occupied by Turks, there are few Russians. And, of course, everything is for them: you stand in line, a Turk will come up brazenly and be served, the music is mostly in Turkish, they will include a couple of Russian songs. There are very few places where they swim by the pool, and then they eat there. You get a little confused, there's nowhere to sit down to eat. WiFi only at the reception and lobi (barely). In general, I did not like the word at ALL!!!

Good location, Side center. 2 km to the ancient Side. There are many shops nearby, there is a place to walk in the evening. I liked everything about the hotel: unobtrusive animation, excellent food, there is a children's menu, 5 pools, good slides. The hotel is very clean. A cozy room with 2 rooms and a kitchenette.
My husband and children also really liked it there.

The rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning, there is paid wi-fi, you can use free in the restaurant, but it's only enough for watsup, either you won't connect, or it's sooo slow. Cleaning: floor cleaning only. The bed linen was changed. Towels too. The food is delicious, there is a children's menu. Tables are not always clean. The crumbs on the sofas, even in the morning, do not follow this well. We didn't swim in the pools. We went only to the sea, this is the biggest disadvantage of the hotel. Since it is very far from its own beach (2 km), a bus arrives for vacationers, accommodating only 15 people. And there are 50 people who want to leave. As a result, you come first, and then people come running, push everyone out and get in front of you. Of course, the bus returns, but by the time it arrives, the same crowd is gathering again. Inside, everyone is bent over and on top of each other. Like during rush hour on public transport. The sun beds are only available until half past eight. As soon as the first shuttle arrived, everything is snapped up. In addition, vacationers from other hotels are also on the same beach. Therefore, if you don't get on the first bus, you wait for the second, the third, you end up without a sunbed, and most importantly, you lose time that you could spend on the beach. It's the same story back. The beach itself is gorgeous. Very clean, big. The city beach, which is closer to the hotel, is dirtier and has paid sun beds.
I cannot fully recommend the hotel because of the inhuman transfer to the beach. We need another bus to accommodate everyone. If you have no other choice, then get ready mentally, it's terrible. Otherwise, the hotel fully corresponds to its level. Therefore, I put 4 stars with a huge stretch.

Good afternoon! I visited this Hotel on 8.10.2019!!! Disappointed!!! The food was terrible, heartburn was tormented, there was only soy meat in the place, I ate one carrot, chicken, greens, fried eggplant. It was not possible to drink drinks, we had to buy what we could drink at the Hotel - beer and whiskey with Cola, more Cola, and like nothing drink! The fruits were watermelon, melon, tangerines every other time. The bed linen is all stained yellow, cleaning was done every day, but the bed linen did not change at all, during our stay of 9 days it was changed only once, where I had to go and ask them to change the linen, if there was an opportunity, then I would upload a photo here! Everything is beautiful on the site, but in fact .....!!!! Sovdepovskaya dining room! And most importantly, there are flies everywhere!! A solid THREE! I chose the Hotel based on reviews, but now upon arrival there, I understand that everything they write is not true! During the whole vacation, I have not met one who would tell me everything that is written below in the reviews! The sea is far away, they drive to their beach, but as they drive, people are like a herring in a jar. The staff itself is excellent, in order to smooth out the disadvantages, Hoteli always made concessions, smiling, kind. The guys are working hard.
