Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about this hotel, specifically about the "restaurant". On a daily basis, every morning, we were asked if we would have lunch or dinner, we said which was more suitable for us. On Sunday, February 18, when we had to leave, I extended the room with lunch until 17:00 for an additional fee of 180 dirhams. Upon arrival at the "restaurant", 2 dishes that I could eat, out of only a small selection, were empty. To which I turned to the manager of this restaurant, to which he told me, but it was over, and there would be no more. After that, I contacted the reception to get the money back, the answer is: I have already billed the system, a refund is not possible. Bottom line: I wasted my money!!!! I am very disappointed with this hotel! And I will never recommend it to anyone! I paid money to eat before leaving for the airport, but I was left without money, and hungry!

Добрый день! Хотела бы оставить отзыв об этом отеле, конкретно о "ресторане". На ежедневной основе каждое утро, нас спрашивали будем ли мы обедать, либо ужинать, мы говорили, что нам больше подходит. В воскресенье 18 февраля, когда нам нужно было уезжать, я за дополнительную плату 180 дирхам продлила номер с обедом до 17:00. По приходу в "ресторан", 2 блюда которые я могла бы поесть, из всего небольшого выбора, было пусто. На что я обратилась к управляющему данного ресторана, на что он мне сказал, а все закончилось, и больше не будет. После этого я обратилась на ресепшен, чтобы вернули деньги, ответ : я уже выставила счет системе, возврат денег не возможен. Итог : я отдала деньги на ветер!!!! Очень разочарована данным отелем! И никогда, никому, его не посоветую! Заплатила деньги чтобы покушать перед выездом в аэропорт, а осталась без денег, и голодная!

The rooms in the hotel are large, but quite ancient, because of the heat there is practically no cold water
Breakfasts, dinners, the same food every day (a rather poor choice), the children are always hungry.They don't give water in the hotel, they all fill their bottles when they eat, it's a pleasure to walk 500-700 meters to the store in the heat.

The hotel is good, the service is decent, and it is surrounded by stylized oriental houses. It's a great place for a beach holiday (for those who don't expect a five-star hotel, that's the best thing).
An aquarium, a maritime museum, two beaches, a promenade with fountains and an amphitheater are within walking distance.

We were in hotels from 12/20/2024 to 12/29/2024, the hotel is well-deserved, the sea is a 3-minute walk to the beach, the staff is polite, not intrusive, the rooms are large, there are no problems with water, cleaning every day , if you need luxury, then of course not here, the furniture is old , the food is good, you will not stay hungry, you can take water in the restaurant if you have been If it were in 4* and 5*, where they take you to the sea once and one bus from the hotel, only standing seats are not allowed, then this hotel is a paradise, everything is within walking distance. Emotions are running high from staying at this hotel. Everything looks very decent. Of the advantages: air conditioning in the room and comfortable mattresses for those who like rigidity) is everything. The building is very old, based on this dilapidated furniture, broken plumbing - nothing is being repaired. We had a triple room, yes, it is spacious, but this did not improve the impression - we were put in a dirty room. but! They don't understand that he is dirty))) There are leaks everywhere in the bathroom and a huge puddle flows after the shower. No one responds to requests to clean the room. The maximum that was done in a week was changed towels and swept!!! The surfaces are not wiped, the bed is not changed, they do not have vacuum cleaners at all, there is dust and dirt in the corners and along the walls. It's scary to look into the closet. There is nothing on the territory except a squalid pool with a fence!!!!- it's terrifying, we didn't use it, it's dirty too. There is no clothes dryer. There are no recreation areas - in the evening it was very lacking and the children have nowhere to go for a walk. The food is the same every day, the choice is not great, but everything is fresh, by the end of the week I was really tired. According to the description, there seems to be 2 lines, but there is no beach of its own and it is a long way to go, considering that you are walking in the heat. To get to the beach, you have to run across the street. There are no sidewalks! The staff is not responsive, they do not respond to requests. Dirt is everywhere!!!

There are two good beaches near the hotel. Access to one beach is free, and access to Al Khan Beach is free with a hotel voucher.
Free beach towels every day. Free safe at the Reception. Fast Internet connection via Wi-Fi. For lunch every time there was meat, fish, chicken, side dishes, soup, salads. There's not much choice, but you won't stay hungry. There is a table tennis table. Room cleaning every day. The bed linen is clean and white. The furniture and plumbing are old.

There is no cold water in the room! It's just a nightmare to come from the sea at +35 and not be able to rinse with cool water, practically hot water flows from the cold water tap due to the water heating system, it's on top of the pipes and they all get very warm, you can only wash normally in the evening. In terms of food and drinks, the choice is very small, but everything is edible. The reception is normal, responds quickly to requests. Our room had no balcony, but it was away from the road, the room was quiet

We were with my husband in October 2023. The hotel is certainly creepy. We fell for this hotel only because the price is low and the beach is nearby. That's all the advantages. The room itself is quite large, but everything is ancient. Cockroaches were running around in some rooms. Thank God they weren't in our room. The hotel is old, the food is modest, the pool is creepy (small and dirty). The hotel itself, as I understand it, belongs to the Idus and all the staff are Hindus. My husband and I concluded that it is better not to go anywhere than such a hotel. Especially in the UAE, the heat is terrible. The best time to travel to the UAE is January, February, March. In another period, you can die from the heat.

For the sixth time, we bought a tour to this hotel. We knew where we were going and what to expect. But we haven't seen such a nightmare yet! The room was given under the dining room. 121. Accordingly, from morning to late at night, moving chairs, noise, etc. Furniture is generally a separate topic - a chiffonier with a broken handle and a single sash in two parts. The dust between the refrigerator and the cabinet where it stands has not been wiped off for years, without exaggeration. There is a shower cabin, but there are no shutters. There is only one outlet. Previously, only some passing transit passengers were accommodated in these rooms. But not regular customers, who are given cash in the passport upon check-in.
Transfer to Dubai (Deira City Center)cancelled.
If the sea is not very calm, you will not be allowed to swim on any of the beaches. Beach towels - you can't take them - never not. The food is modest, monotonous, but no complaints. The staff did well! They always bring it if something is over.
The furniture in the dining room has been in need of dry cleaning and stains for a long time. In principle, the hotel needs a good general cleaning service. All the walls in the bathroom are black, the curtains in the showers (good rooms) need to be changed or given to the dry cleaner.
On the third day of staying in a closet in a part of the hotel, electricity went out for half a day. By 20.30, electricity was restored, there was no Internet for almost a day until the next day.
P.S. three days later, with the help of another reception employee, we were moved to our usual building in room 515.
We went only because of the attitude and turned a blind eye to many disadvantages. But thanks to the receptionist Gita, we are unlikely to return to this hotel.

But we came to see the country, so we didn't pay attention to all this. The Internet is free, but Whatsapp and Telegram calls do not go through. Transfer to Dubai is 10 dollars, you need to make an appointment in advance, there may not be places. Rather modest living conditions, monotonous breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The rooms are in need of renovation. Drinking water is not provided upon check-in and subsequently. Sometimes towels are changed. The floors are cleaned every day. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a pool, but there is also hair and other dirt floating in it.
!!!!!There is no transfer to shopping malls!!!!!!

A great hotel, we had a rest in February and my birthday fell during the rest. When we returned from the beach, a hotel employee came and presented a branded cake, it was very pleasant and unexpected)
The rooms are old, but large and comfortable. We cleaned every day, we already asked ourselves not to clean so often. Very comfortable mattresses, towels and shower gels were brought even more than we needed.
The breakfasts are hearty, the choice for some will seem small, but it was delicious and more than enough for us. Moreover, water, tea, coffee, juice are also included.
Pleasant territory, lovely balconies where you can sit in the evening.
Convenient location, there is a grocery store in two minutes, a large supermarket in 15 minutes, a lot of cafes in 10 minutes, where we had dinner in the evening)
It is convenient to get everywhere, we went to the Sharjah Aquarium, went to Dubai on a free transfer from the hotel, every day we went to the center of Sharjah itself for a walk or around the lagoon, everything is close.
There are several beaches nearby, and a wild one where you can swim in the waves, and a good landscaped Al Khan beach (towards the Aquarium), and another good beach, if you go to the right, behind the Lou Lou hotel, there are fewer people, the sand is perfect, no garbage was noticed)
And special thanks to Marina, from whom you can buy excursions right at the hotel. We went to the desert, we really liked it, good organization and a very experienced girl who can prompt and answer all questions.

I won't comment on the food and the smell in the hotel, there is no dispute about tastes. But be prepared for the fact that clothes will smell of this place even after several washes.
We survived for two days and moved to another hotel. It's hard not to love your job and the people who pay for it.

The hotel is very pleasant, the staff is friendly. We checked in on arrival, the hotel is on the second line, the sea is across the street. There is a shop nearby, the Sharjah Aquarium, and a supermarket a little further away.

The hotel is modest, the room was in the last building (513) , great audibility in the rooms, it's good that the room was the last and the neighbors were only on one side, the rooms are old but large, they clean every day, towels were changed every other day. The food for the 2-star hotel is good, for dinner there was both meat and fish in batter , drinks ( juice ) were sometimes served diluted with water ( which is not very pleasant) . The staff is trying to speak Russian. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel , there are with children , there are a lot of elderly couples . The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The bus takes you once a day to Dubai to the City of Deira shopping center, and picks you up from there too. Also, if you walk nearby, you can take a ferry to Dubai. Rest at the hotel for those who do not sit in the room, they only come to spend the night. Overall , I liked it 👍

We stayed at the hotel from 23.02 to 03.03. We liked it, we read the reviews in advance - everything corresponds. The furniture is really not new, but everything is clean and tidy. All requests were immediately responded to. Breakfast is usual, as in most hotels of such stardom - every day something from eggs, porridge, cereals, salads, cheese, coffee and tea bags, you can get drinking water in the dining room. The beach is 10 minutes away. I do not agree with the opinion about "running across the road with a monstrous flow of cars", we always calmly crossed, not such a highway there) TV was not turned on.

The food is not delicious, the location: on the one hand an abandoned construction site and a wasteland, on the other a highway, on the other two residential buildings and a hotel. There is no walking area, and in some places there are no sidewalks either. It's really good that the beach is nearby, only you have to cross the road, and it used to be difficult, but there is a crossing 300 meters away. Near the Sharjah Aquarium, there are supermarkets, cafes. The furniture in the rooms is peeling, the wardrobe was opened with difficulty, the bath was leaking, there was always a puddle on the floor, but they cleaned well and the bed was normal, the staff was not bad, they treated well, only one person from the staff I met spoke Russian.

They cleaned every day, changed towels every day, the service is good everywhere, everything you ask for will be immediately helped, brought, done. The location is convenient, close to beaches in any direction, supermarkets, from the hotel to Dubai there is a free bus every day there and back. We went to the beach across the street-wild. For breakfast: eggs, omelette, vegetables, cheese cheese, cottage cheese, jam, toast. Always packaged juice, instant coffee and tea. For lunch:vegetables, beef stew, fried chicken, fish in batter. From side dishes:basmati rice, potatoes, pasta. I think that the food is excellent for a 3* hotel. There is always fruit for lunch:watermelons, melons, apples. We left beach towels on the sun beds at lunch, returned at 15-16 no one touched them. The hotel itself is calm and quiet, the reception is small, no one speaks Russian, there is a tour desk on the right side, Maria is very nice and sweet, they bought excursions from her, cheaper than from the host travel agencies by 30-40%, if she asks for help, then the hotel will help. There is an internal small swimming pool with a children's section. The restaurant is small, clean, the food is not varied, but delicious and fresh, you will not stay hungry, we had full board, breakfast is always oatmeal, omelet/fried eggs, corn flakes, fresh vegetables, Feta, olives, rice/pasta, pancakes, sausages/nuggets, honey, jam, "juice", water, instant coffee, milk, black and green tea. Drinks are available at lunch and dinner. At lunch and dinner there is always soup, three types of vegetable salads, potatoes, rice, pasta, chicken, veal, fish, fruit, 2 types of dessert. There is no dryer and high chairs on the balcony. They cleaned badly, like they threw out garbage, towels and toiletries were changed on request. The hotel provides a free round-trip transfer to Dubai Deira City Center. There is a supermarket nearby if from the hotel to the right , Pakistanis change dollars at the checkout 100 $ = 360 dirhams, dollars are not older than 2000.
