I recently visited the Sulu Sai mountain restaurant near Almaty and I want to share my impressions. This place is really impressive! Located in a picturesque location, the restaurant offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and nature. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, which allows you to fully enjoy the moment.
The menu in the restaurant is varied and includes both traditional Kazakh cuisine and international options. Everything I tried was cooked at the highest level and very tasty. I especially want to mention the meat dishes – they were perfectly fried and juicy. Beshbarmak was very impressed! The staff at the restaurant is very attentive and polite, always ready to help with the choice and answer questions.
The interior of the restaurant also deserves a special mention. It is designed in a style that harmoniously combines modern elements and traditional Kazakh motifs, which creates a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, visiting the Sulu Sai restaurant was an unforgettable experience for me. It is an ideal place to enjoy delicious food and magnificent views with friends or family. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique restaurant with excellent cuisine and service.

A great place to relax, very clean, warm, comfortable beds, snow-white linen. The staff is super, they will help you, they are very friendly. A kettle and tea accessories, as well as shower sets are available. There was bottled water in the room upon check-in. The food is delicious, the portions are quite large. The territory is well-groomed and clean, there is a gorgeous sauna. When ordering, we received a kettle of tea and a carafe of water, which is very useful when you like to warm up. There is also a swimming pool, you can take a dip after the bath procedures. There's a store across the street where you can buy drinks, chips and the like. The ski slopes of Oi-Karagai are a five-minute walk away. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is one of the best among the recreation centers. We will definitely come back again.

The reception is open only until 10-11 a.m. We checked in at 12 at night. There was no answer to the phone. They didn't know how to turn on the stove. Although we knew that we would come, as we took a 100% prepayment. They could have prepared the room in advance. It was very cold.

Big disappointment! The service is terrible, the breakfasts are poor, the banquet New Year's table is not delicious. They do not respond to comments. A goose with some kind of sand . I don't recommend it. There is no registration for the new year.

The service is excellent. The guys are trying their best. The zone is constantly being improved. It's a pleasure to live and relax there. It's totally worth the money. Everything for a family vacation and a large and small company.
