Very good hostel, so much hospitality

Nice hostel, clean, beautiful! Geolocation is fine, there are attractions nearby from where you can start your route.
There are a couple of disadvantages: we rented a room with a window in which there were not enough curtains to close it completely. The room is located opposite the dining area, where there are lovely armchairs that create such a noise! At seven in the morning, when people come for breakfast, you also have to get up. I recommend that you do something about it.

Positive: The hostel is located in an area with developed infrastructure, cozy, friendly staff, private rooms, original zoning of common areas, clean bathroom. Cons: the rooms are mostly without windows (with a window more expensive by 1000 tenge) and the walls are stained with white (whitewash with lime, not water-based?).

A comfortable, quiet place.
Comfortable kitchen, plenty of space to relax together. Comfortable shower cabins. Modern design. Clean, lots of air.Very friendly administrators. It is especially pleasant to be in a room with a window. 5-7 minutes walk to the State Museum.Stops are within walking distance. There is a large supermarket nearby. There is a 24-hour pharmacy opposite. In general, there is everything for a pleasant rest and life.
We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

I don't like hostels by themselves, but due to lack of choice I had to stay here. As a result, the hostel exceeded all expectations! Very clean, pleasant staff, toilets and showers are equipped with everything you need. There is no feeling that you are in a hostel) comfort is on top! At first we stayed in a room without windows, but due to the inability to ventilate the room, we moved to a room with a window. There is a very small difference in price) if you are in Astana, this is the best accommodation option. And close to many attractions, the mosque is a five- to seven-minute walk away.

Great location, concept, design. I lived for 2 years in this hostel without complaints about cleanliness, discipline and payment.
- From the negative points: rare cleaning, like other guests, I had to beg for cleaning, listen to them that they have a bunch of rooms to clean, I'm not up to it now. Asel's maid told me in plain text that I should not dare to ask for cleaning on her shift or she would arrange for me (???!!!facepalm) I refused to cancel the cleaning and she brought and laid the unwashed linen for me after another guest with male pubic hair crushed by bedbugs with the dirty side down, so I did not immediately notice due to myopia. Something bit me from this underwear last night. There were bedbugs on the duvet cover. I had to go to the doctor by ambulance, the bites were treated and the leg was bandaged. The doctor said that there were traces of blood in the photo, a bug that had drunk blood. At my request, the reception replaced the linen with clean ones, she also took the bedbug-infested mattress, blanket and pillow to other rooms without treatment, and from there I got a clean mattress and blanket. An hour later, new guests came to that room on that mattress. In the morning
, I provided a certificate and receipts for medicines, everything was immediately refunded to me. However, they did not apologize at the same time, the managers of Zaiton and Ardak were rude to me, said that they would not accept me into the hostel anymore and tried to turn the situation around as if I was to blame myself. They were rude. They put pressure on me psychologically. I left the hostel. However, in a conversation with other guests, it turned out that I was not the only one who suffered so much, I was sent photos with bites by other guests who were here, on the same days they also had dirty laundry and a fever and rash appeared. This year, they began to rent rooms hourly, call girls come.
For several nights it was impossible to sleep because of the moaning in the next room. It is clear why bedbugs have been introduced. The owner of the hostel came and swore why the income fell, but the administration just makes money hourly, expels regular guests, and also has nothing to breathe.

A clean, fresh and pleasant hostel.
There is a nice common area where you can work, relax on the couch, and chat.
The rooms are small but comfortable, the beds are comfortable.
The biggest disadvantage of all this is the work of the administration. Moreover, there is an Amin hotel nearby, which is apparently kept by the same owners, so there are exactly the same problems with the administration. I asked for a certificate for three days and said: oh, they forgot, oh, she's in accounting.

I liked the hotel. I didn't want to leave Astana because of him, among other things:') when I go again, I will definitely live here. There is a smoking area, opposite several grocery stores, a pharmacy (it seemed to be), the convenient location of the hotel within walking distance of several attractions.
About the hotel itself, the comfortable simple interior, this attracts it. There is a place to work/relax. It was amazing to me that the kitchen has a convenient layout, there is generally everything you need, but it would be cool if you added a colander. and another small minus, Wi-Fi catches poorly, but maybe my phone didn't catch it:(

The best hostel/mini-hotel! Freshly renovated, warm, everything works. The kitchen has everything you need. A nice bonus is the flow-through water filters. The bed linen and beds are new and clean. Even in the smallest room there is a convenient "closet" where all things are conveniently placed, but the sockets are not in the most ergonomic place. There is a lamp, like a night light, with a pleasant warm light. bathrooms and showers are comfortable.

1. There were problems with communication with the girl at the reception at the time of searching for the hostel itself, because the wrong address is indicated on the booking, too, in Yandex maps
2. There is absolutely not enough air conditioning in a double room
3. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, I managed to sleep until the moment of settling in the room next to me

The hostel is not bad, we arrived late, but there was a dirty sheet with someone else's hair on the bed, as if it had not been changed after previous guests. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it is stuffy to be inside, I had to open the window, but because of the wind it howled strongly all night. We won't be coming back.
