Excellent two-storey hotel near the train station (15 minutes walk) and within walking distance from the old town (15 minutes walk to Ichan Kala fortress). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a craft hotel, decorated in a national style inside. Clean linen, comfortable wide beds, spacious rooms, modern plumbing, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, very clean, comfortable, pleasant both in the room and in the common area. Good European breakfasts with the addition of national dishes, fresh fruits. The hotel is located on a quiet street, it is not noisy at night.
Great hotel! The breakfasts are great! The interior is rich, clean! There are no problems with hot water! It is located 5-7 minutes walk from Ichan-kala. The train station is also just around the corner! We definitely recommend it!
I liked. Good (especially at Khiva prices!, they are higher here) price-quality ratio. Close (within walking distance, and this saves on taxi) from the train station (7 minutes) and from the Old Town (8-9 minutes). Clean, quiet, bright and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. There is air conditioning and a TV in the room (Internet).
The guest house is 900 m from the railway station. Beautiful interiors, nice room. Polite staff, coffee and tea around the clock. 2660 rubles per night without breakfast. It was in early May 2024.
An aggressive host. Rude to women without understanding the situation. It is a very unpleasant impression, we will not come 100% anymore. It is a pity that we did not pay attention to the reviews of other guests in advance.
It's a beautiful place. I recommend. It's quiet and cozy. The owner is attentive and not annoying. The rooms are clean. At home. The rooms are cozy. Not far from the old town. The cost is affordable.
Nice guest house, 12 minutes walk from the train station, 12 minutes walk to the old town. And the price is adequate. I liked the bed in the room, the bathtub and the shower. There is a boiler in the room, so there is no problem with hot water. And it was warm in winter. Of the cons, if only a slightly meager breakfast. As it is, everything is fine
We lived for two days, very satisfied with the reception. A large room for 4 adults, it was not crowded. Not chic, but everything is clean, new, comfortable. 7 minutes walk from the old town and 15 minutes from the railway station
Nice clean hotel.
Friendly host, helped with advice.
Towels are in the room, blankets are all there. There are tables in the lobby to drink tea, you can eat.
For the entire period from 05.10 to 9.10, there was never a cleaning in the room. Change of consumables on request. Overall quality at a price. One of the advantages is walking distance to the train station, close to the old town. Clear.
Responsive, pleasant, adequate host. We lived in a 5-bed room. Clean, matches the photo. To the historical center on foot.

We had a rest in October 2023. The best impressions remained, it is easy to find and live pleasantly, not far from the old town.
I definitely recommend it. Quiet, cozy, pleasant breakfasts, spacious halls where you can sit in an armchair and relax in a chic atmosphere. Like the sultan's palace!
Nice house, hearty breakfasts. Not an expensive homemade dinner, which you can get even for free if you stay for a long time. The owner is a sympathetic person, you can learn everything from him and get help in organizing a vacation - transfer, where and what to eat, what to see and with which guide. In the cold, the water in the radiators of the house is heated by a gas stove, the sound of the flame of which creates a calm and cozy atmosphere.
The hotel is located in the city center. From the railway station on foot 7-8 minutes.Very cozy.
We recommend it to everyone. When you're here, you'll clean yourself up.
Well...it depends on who needs what)
A house turned into a hotel with the usual Uzbek lack of normal conditions. A shower flowing from all sides, the absence of toilet paper and soap accessories (a whole piece of soap and a bag of shampoo for the entire stay), one egg and pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast, if you are allergic to eggs -no options. No vegetables, no coffee, no compote...nothing!
There is air conditioning, clearly above the bed, so either you are in the room...or an air conditioner...
If it's fun for someone to live in an Uzbek house with a family photo on the wall, then that's it)
Very cozy and comfortable
The host is very attentive and polite
I recommend it to everyone !!!

Nice clean (shoes must be removed at the entrance) guest house, polite staff. I put a 4 minus for the lack of pressure in the shower, a swinging toilet and meager breakfasts.
We would like to express our gratitude to the owner of the guest house. We arrived on a late flight to a neighboring city, he picked us up by car, took us to a restaurant. The rooms in the house are excellent, with all amenities, everything is clean and new. The location is excellent, it is a 5-minute walk to the old town.
I recommend it!

It's good for one night, I wouldn't stay any longer. The rooms are audible from the neighbors. But the atmosphere is really homey. I was confused by a dead cockroach in the room.
A good hotel, but there is a nuance in the form of an aggressive host who, before leaving, can start throwing insults and swearing because of the spoon left in the sink and the towels and blankets used in the room. Be careful.
The breakfasts are delicious, the beds are comfortable, the location is good.
