I really liked the hotel, the convenient location - a couple of minutes and you are on the main Sultanahmet square, and from the balcony of the room on both sides there is a fascinating view of the bay and the Blue Mosque, you can feed the seagulls even from your balcony, even from the terrace. Excellent breakfasts, but the rooms are small, it may already be cramped for two, but this is normal for small hotels)))
Thank you to the staff - they were very helpful at the reception, helped with luggage, gave advice on where to go, organized a transfer and set the mood for the day with their positive attitude!
The hotel is not bad, a peculiar entourage, but it barely makes it to 4*, we lived on the 3rd floor with Windows to the parking lot, the Bosphorus on the left, the Blue Mosque on the right. The room is tiny (for 4*), the lighting is dim, the bed is comfortable, there are no pillows. The room was cold, the split system was heated, but it lived its own life, sometimes it turned on the cold air itself or simply did not turn on. The heat disappears quickly. The bathroom is clueless, the shower room is styled like a hammam with benches and a water tank, it all gets in the way of just taking a shower, the door opens inward, but to close it you need to either flatten yourself like a flounder, or go into the shower. I'm not very big, and I can imagine the discomfort obese people will experience. The faucet on the sink was leaking and there was water on the countertop, the joints of the marble trim were heavily coated with sealant. At night, there is a specific gathering of small ants on the toilet floor. The rooms were cleaned daily and quite clean. I didn't like that the cleaners in other rooms propped up the doors to the balcony with pillows from the bed during cleaning, after I saw, I looked at the pillows in my room with disgust. The breakfasts are acceptable, the territory is well maintained and pretty.
Excellent location, professional staff, I liked the breakfasts, although in Rio de Janeiro the range of breakfasts in hotels is wider than in this hotel. The room is comfortable, the shower room is stylized as a hammam. There are several Russian channels on TV. I would recommend the hotel to have electric shoe dryers, we were caught in a downpour and it would be great to come to the hotel to dry our shoes. Let's just say the advantage of the service would be for such weather cases. In general, I recommend it!
