It's a very average level compared to hotels in Russia for that money.
You can live.
But not for long.
You need to know the good numbers. They are very different. The hotel is located in two houses opposite in the private sector, where 4 floors are built above a basement 5 meters wide. It resembles houses above garages. For this price, in Sochi you will have normal modern conditions with a swimming pool and silence outside the window instead of a train.
There are many hotels nearby, but what is there is a big mystery (perhaps worse).
