I went to Cappadocia, such an assessment is only due to the guide who led the tour for the other two groups. We went with Viola's guide. There were two guides on the bus, Viola had two groups and all preference was given to them. On the first day, Viola came up and asked to transfer tourists who were in a group with another guide so that "her" groups would sit together. At the same time, other tourists must endure the inconvenience and rudeness of Viola. The next day, when "her" tourists were late and could not get on the bus next to her, she began to be rude to the others so that they would give way to "her" group. The tour from viola took a maximum of 5-10 minutes, while the guide of the other group told in detail fully and for a long time. I advise you not to take guided tours with Viola, such people should not work with people, you need to at least undergo advanced training.

On October 26-27 , 2023 , I was on a tour of Cappadocia with this company and the guide Serdarom .
Honestly , the choice was random and spontaneous . I travel a lot and willingly.I often take bus tours in Europe and America. Many excursions have already been ruined by poor organization or unprofessionalism of the guide .
Now to the point. The tour of Cappadocia with the Sultan Travel company and the guide Serdar took place on a solid 5+++
Everything is clear, high-quality , the bus is comfortable, the driver is a professional.
Serdar did not load us with unnecessary information, the presentation was easy, humorous and interesting.Now there is a desire to sit by myself, read about the history of these places, learn more and this is also the merit of Serdar!
We spent the night in an interesting hotel, only our group was there.The food was delicious and satisfying.
On the morning of the second day, I also made my first balloon flight, it was unforgettable and wonderful!
I was completing my vacation in Turkey with this excursion and it was just a fantastic ending, there are a lot of emotions, a solid positive and a desire to return!!!

I would like to say thank you for the excellent organization of the tour. Super-guide Serdar not only showed and told, but also created a cheerful atmosphere, and also took care, which was very nice, it felt like you were not with a guide on an excursion but visiting a friend)) there were no very tedious shopping trips, there were cool interesting locations, they didn't leave hungry, I really liked the show lunch on the first day) the hotel for one night is good, in general the organization is at the highest level, well, Cappadocia itself is simply amazing, be sure to visit there! These two days will remain in my heart for the rest of my life!)
