Also, the prices are not cheap. There was no seller, a girl was sitting next to us at a nearby computer, she did not orient us on the assortment, they did not wait for the consultant and left. I don't understand why the girl was sitting at the computer back then.
04.11.2023 I purchased a set of Mindy bed linen from the Sultal Textile LLC store, TAS brand, manufactured in Turkey, article 60294177 . I want to say that when making a purchase, I did not examine it for quality. I declare that I was sold a low-quality product. Which has defects in defective bed linen, which has holes in the fabric all over the duvet cover. Such a product is considered to be of poor quality and defective. Using it remains impossible. As a rule, hidden defects are considered to be such a factory defect, the presence of which can be established only after use or examination. It is not possible to return proper quality bed linen. However, if the product has a factory defect, the buyer has the right to request a refund. Before using it, I washed it in the washing machine on a delicate wash, following all the recommendations for its use, after which all of the above was discovered. After that, returning it to Sultal Textile LLC, the management did not even listen to me, just saying one phrase, you brought me a product that was in use... The situation is very unpleasant, especially when I have not encountered such issues before. I am writing my review in order to convey that the buyer knows his rights. I think their batch of defective bed linen is large and there will be quite a few complaints. And I want to leave a piece of advice to the management of this store, be attentive to customers. After all, you yourself may find yourself in the same unpleasant situation when you get a low-quality product for your own money and you will also be sent far away
