A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities. Highly trained staff.
Sultan Plaza is one of the top hotels in Kyzylorda. Foreign guests and businessmen are staying. The breakfasts are very tasty on the 6th floor. The rooms are spacious. It's perfect for meeting important guests.
A European hotel in the middle of an Asian reality, the level of service corresponds to the price, there are no complaints. Cosmetic repairs are needed in the rooms, but so far it is tolerable. The mattress is a bit stiff, but the linen is good. The breakfast is decent enough, except for coffee.
Unfortunately, this is the only decent hotel in our city where it is really not a shame to settle nonresidents. I can't say that they have absolutely everything at the highest level, but at least this hotel is the best in the city.
It is expensive and rich.
The room is great. The price is not low.
Breakfast is "no", plus renovation on the floor.
Payment upon check-in, even in the middle of the night
The rooms are spacious, warm, and relatively clean. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories, including toothpaste and a brush. The breakfasts are not bad. The neighbor's audibility is small.
The best hotel in Kyzylorda. The kitchen is good. The staff is polite. In the spa area there is a swimming pool and a hammam. The sauna, unfortunately, did not work.
The staff is sluggish, an excellent hotel by the standards of the city, but it's expensive, even 5 stars. The kitchen is normal, the interior has a classic design in the rooms, but already requires cosmetic repairs.
It's not a bad option, but you need to look for a room with good air conditioning - we walked around the vacant rooms for thirty minutes in search of a more distinct coolness.
