A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities. Highly trained staff.

Sultan Plaza is one of the top hotels in Kyzylorda. Foreign guests and businessmen are staying. The breakfasts are very tasty on the 6th floor. The rooms are spacious. It's perfect for meeting important guests.

A European hotel in the middle of an Asian reality, the level of service corresponds to the price, there are no complaints. Cosmetic repairs are needed in the rooms, but so far it is tolerable. The mattress is a bit stiff, but the linen is good. The breakfast is decent enough, except for coffee.
