We stayed in April 2025 to spend the night in a standard room with two separate beds. The room is large and clean. The breakfast was very pleasant, varied and delicious. The staff is friendly, the location is good. We have not made any additional requests, so there is nothing to say about the service. The only real disadvantage was that the bedside sockets in the room did not actually work - they were loose. They were booked from the Island with a full prepayment using a Russian card

I've been on a business trip to Kyzylorda 8 times in one year, and every time I stay at this hotel, I really like Sultan Plaza, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. At the same time, the hotel has its own restaurant, which always serves delicious food. The waiters are nice guys, they serve at the highest level!
