We had a vacation in August 2021, we just returned. I was very worried when we flew, as the latest reviews about the hotel did not please at all. I hasten to inform you that the hotel is quite good - our room was excellent, the territory is simply beyond words - the beauty is indescribable, the staff is constantly engaged in it, the cleanliness is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, the pool and the water park are a miracle, the cuisine is also super, surprised with a large assortment, without any special frills, but the usual Turkish exclusive, the children didn't go hungry either, there is food for every taste.
Among the disadvantages are weak alcohol and boring animation. The animators are great, there is a team, everyone tries all day, different programs, games, but it's boring in the evenings, although there is a disco type up to 24, but usually no one stays there until that time. There are few Russians in the hotel, perhaps that's why the animation is not tailored for us, cheerful people.
The area is sparse outside the hotel, you can only go to the bazaar (very close, within walking distance), but there are taxis nearby, you can rent a car if desired, a stop next to the hotel as well.
In general, I recommend the hotel, especially if the price is good. And we probably won't go back there, we're just starting to conquer Turkish resorts, we want something else.

We visited the hotel from 05/25/19-06/04/19. In general, we were satisfied, the hotel consists of 2 buildings, the main one has a restaurant, a lobby, a huge outdoor terrace with wicker furniture and a water view of the sea. The second building is smaller and closer to the sea and the pool. They really asked to move into building 2, on the 2nd floor, since they had 2 baby strollers with them, and there was no desire to ride the elevators back and forth. Our request was granted, without additional charges. About the hotel itself, everything is very modern, clean, the cleaning is good, the mini bar is replenished every day, juice water, min water. Tea kettle in the room. Air conditioning safe for an additional fee. There are 0 claims on nutrition, everything is very tasty and varied, turkey meat, chicken beef. Grill morning and evening every day. A lot of baking. Animation for 3, in the evening the same disco for children, for adults everything is very sad, but it was not important to us. The territory is beautiful, there are many family sun beds. I did not like the beach pebbles and stones mixed with sand. Minus that the territory was not poisoned from midges and mosquitoes, the result is that the child was bitten for 2 days. In the morning and evening, the paths were watered, which made them very slippery, children fell very often. Otherwise, everything is great, the hotel is for a relaxing family holiday.

But it 's terribly annoying , you're lying on the beach , they come up to you and try to tell you about the clothing store on site , or they impose Excursions . There is something to compare it with , in many hotels it is forbidden to approach tourists , offer and sell , if necessary , you can come up and buy yourself .Perhaps this is the norm for Turkey. (we were in Turkey for the first time)
No one is on duty at the beach , no one is on duty at the pools , only after the fatal accident on the beach and at the pool with Slides , employees appeared . There is no animation at all , the animators are like puppets , they almost don 't move 🤦🏻♀️ they sell a lottery during the day - in the evening there is a drawing - that 's the whole animation . But there were a few in the evening with not bad animation in my opinion.

We were at this hotel from 09/15/18 to 09/28/2018. The hotel is super! We liked it! Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, and if you leave a tip, the minibar is packed every day.
Food: Everything was very tasty, the food was varied. Every day there was meat and grilled fish, there were a lot of vegetables, sausages, cheeses! In general, neither you nor your children will definitely stay hungry.
Animation: We liked it, and the children were well entertained and we adults. The programs seemed to be simple, but it was a lot of fun. There were darts, and shooting with air guns, and aqua aerobics, and a disco on the beach and foam parties.
We found one minus, these are unregulated air conditioners!!!! I.e. they are programmed for a temperature of plus 16 and cannot be added in any way. If you turn it off, it gets very stuffy. But the biggest joke in this is that the air conditioners are turned off at night!!!!! And it's certainly not very pleasant. Sometimes it was very hot and stuffy and it was impossible to sleep. But I know that for many this is not a problem, but for me, a disconnected air conditioner is a very big problem (((((. And elevators were often stuck and there were power outages.
We got used to turning off the air conditioners by the second week. There don't seem to be any more disadvantages.
The sea is nearby, there is a pantone, you can jump from it, for older children and for adults it is good entertainment. And for smaller children there is a water park on site. The slides are all good.
In general, the hotel as a whole left a very good impression!
