It's time to write my review about my stay at this hotel. I definitely did not think about this, and the word "dreams" from the name of the hotel can be safely removed.
We arrived at the hotel at 21:00, the Russian-speaking receptionist kindly offered to have dinner at the reception. At first I was surprised by the complete absence of meat. It turned out that by this time it was already ending. And our adventures with my daughter were just beginning. After dinner, we were placed in the ISOLATION SECTOR, GIVEN A ROOM with the inscription "do not enter, isolation", moreover, CLEANING was carried out in it, PROBABLY THREE MONTHS AGO, if it was carried out at all. Naturally, I turned to the reception, I was politely sent until the morning. Since we didn't have the strength, we agreed
to spend the night there. In the morning they gave us another room, as it seemed to us, not bad, confused only by the view from the window. But since my daughter and I weren't going to spend time there, except to spend the night, it didn't bother us much, but in vain. We laid out our things, settled down to rest, but at night, more precisely, early in the morning at five o'clock, we realized that the room turned out to be "with a surprise": garbage containers were located under us and EVERY MORNING THESE RUMBLING CONTAINERS WERE CLEANED UNDER THE HOT YELL OF THE TURKS, it was impossible to fall asleep, of course, after that. From the rest of the details: the rooms are not cleaned, only towels are changed from linen, there is no shower gel, no shampoo, no toothpaste with tweezers. About bathrobes and slippers - I don't say anything at all. It's good that you took it with you. So if you are going to this "Dream" -stock up on soap and snout. The food is monotonous, no frills. I didn't manage to get enough sleep during my vacation. I was comforted by only a couple of facts: in the Russian south everything is still more expensive and the sea is not so warm. By the way, about the sea: from time to time there are large waves that wash up garbage, and the entrance of stone slabs, about which more than one person injured his legs in front of me. Of course, we did not expect at all that it would be like in Titanic Mardan Palace, but the hotel does not justify even 4 stars, the service was unpleasantly surprised. The last time we were in Turkey since 2019, in the fourth, but it is, of course, much higher in comparison with this "fifth": both in service, and in nutrition, and in the attitude of staff to vacationers. Not a foot here anymore.

We rested at this hotel in September 2023. I really liked the hotel. Rooms, territory, food, service are all excellent. It's hard to write a good review. When everything is good, then in one word everything is fine. We will be happy to return to this hotel again!!!

The hotel is five, but tired))This is observed in everything from the plumbing in the rooms to the shower on the beach.very poor sound insulation in the rooms , the food is normal , there was always something to eat, but keep in mind that half an hour before the end of breakfast and dinner you will not get anything normal. The beach is nice and clean. The deck chairs were always free. The hotel is predominantly German (calm)) overall, I liked it .

A beautiful hotel with a large green area. The rooms are stylish and quite fresh. There is a large swimming pool, a lot of sun beds, but we were in early May, the hotel was not fully loaded. In the season, you will have to fight for sun beds. The situation is the same on the beach. There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry, but do not expect variety. The waiters are slow. Alcohol is quite acceptable.

The hotel is more or less. Food for 8/10. Beautiful paintings. The rooms are not bad, but we were given the smallest and with a small balcony. There are elevators. Two buildings. There is a little bit of the old one.It can be messy. There is a restaurant on the street and inside. Lots of bars. There is a SPA. There is an indoor pool, and there is a huge outdoor pool. Mini water park. In the rooms, wi-fi normally catches on the beach, too, in places not bad. There is almost no fishing by the pool, everything is fine with wi-fi at the reception. I do not recommend a hotel, well, a hotel does not pull up to 5 stars. Only stretched 4!

We had a rest at the end of May 2022, at first the pros: a gorgeous sea on the first coastline, an excellent pool and a large beautiful territory, good free Wi-Fi, ice cream from 15.00 to 16.00 and for dinner from 19.00 to 21.00, and now the cons: the food is not varied, it gets boring after 5 days, little meat and fish for 5 * There is also a very weak animation, which is more for foreigners, in general it is very boring. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately offered a room with large square meters for 10 euros per day, but we refused and were given a room with a view of the cemetery. Yes, it is the cemetery that is not mentioned anywhere on the website, there is a small market outside the hotel where everything is sold in euros, but the assortment is there and the prices are low. The alcohol was good, not diluted, but they add little alcohol and a lot of ice to the cocktails, it's better to take it separately. The rooms are cleaned well and clean. There are a lot of advertisers on the territory of the pool and by the sea who impose taking leather to shops for a lot of money, gold and silver, and many boiler room advertisers offer excursions and various attractions.The hotel is good, but does not meet the 5*

The territory is bald, uncomfortable, music is not played anywhere either during the day or in the evening, only screaming children who are periodically taken away by ambulance with rotovirus after swimming in the pool. The staff of the type absolutely does not understand and does not speak Russian. There is no animation either in the afternoon or in the evening. There is no place to go out either. I have been to Turkey for the 6th time and in hotels of different categories, but it was not worse even in the weak 3rd.

I write from the common room (foyer), I work. Don't listen to those who write about the good Internet. So far, this is the worst Internet. which I saw in Turkey. He doesn't catch me from the room, perhaps because I lived further from the lobby, but in the first building. the speed of the usual 1.2 MB sec here (if you're lucky) but if you want no more than 10mb, then pay 3 euros per day. Internet speed is very important to me (personally to me), but NOT more than 10mb per second!!!!!!!
and it's free in the region of 1.5MB. There is no higher speed! Okay, I bought it for 3 euros a day. so I have 2mb here periodically. It worked normally for 4 days, it was 8-9 mb. That 's all . 0.7mb sec , despite the fact that I have paid for it. If Internet speed is important to anyone, unfortunately this is not the hotel where you need to go. It's a pity that everything is fine here, except for the Internet. I liked everything, the food, the staff, and the cleaning. Everyone is smiling, nice beach. THE INTERNET IS TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!! It's a pity that it didn't work well, even when I was paying for it! 3 EUROS!!!!! Per DAY (by the way, 3 euros per day for only 1 device)

We were with the child last year, we decided to go this year. What has changed and not for the better:
- "tired rooms";
- poorly functioning air conditioner and refrigerator;
- meager grilled menu - no beef, no lamb, just chicken;
- local strong alcohol is diluted, it is not possible to drink;
- as always, one children's water slide does not work + poor supervision of the safety of skiing by lifeguards;
- the price tag has soared one and a half times compared to last year.
Total - now the hotel does not even pull for 4 *, about 5 stars - there can not even be a conversation. It's not worth your money right now.

Excellent food, cleanliness in the room. Disgusting animators and the time of the event. We went with the children, in the evening it starts at 21, the children are already going to bed. In the playground it is sad and even the swing did not work and creak. It was not possible to play table tennis, the balls are old, the table is homemade, the net is broken. Three of the 6 water slides did not work.

We rested at this hotel with our family in June 2023. 1.Let's start with checking into the hotel: If you arrived at 4 a.m., then you will be checked in at 14.00, you have to sit and wait to be checked in earlier, you have to swear with the staff. 2. Rooms: the room faced the courtyard, terrible noises on the street around the clock, all balconies are inhabited by nests of swallows, which pollute the balconies and it is not possible to relax on the balcony.Towels, bed linen and hygiene products are not added, the room has not been cleaned - until this was reported to the reception. The bathroom stinks of sewage in the morning. Animation is only for children , there is nothing interesting for adults . To be honest, the hotel is for 5, maximum 4. I also want to share my impression of the hotel. We have been with friends since September 26, 2022. We took standard rooms. The rooms are small, but cozy enough. We cleaned every day, changed towels and bed linen. It was clean enough. It is only unclear why there were three bath towels and only two face towels in the room of three adults. They asked for one more thing, the maid on the "fingers" was interested in how many of us, gave the third one...but the next day it disappeared again. Yes, the towels are really yellowish and beaten by life. But! Clean every day.It was very nice that the beach towels could be changed and they were really washed every time. The hotel staff is friendly enough. The guide Rustam did not disappoint either, he explained everything. There was a situation (unrelated to the hotel) when his help was needed and he did not refuse to provide it. I will say separately about nutrition. Before buying the tour, I looked through the reviews, there was a lot of negativity about the food. The food was varied, lots of vegetables and fruits. Who wants French fries, and who wants fish....for every taste!!!Sweets, pastries, ice cream. But the sea is inconvenient for children. The depth begins abruptly quite close to the shore. The beach is clean, there are a lot of small pots for garbage. There are enough sun beds, I really liked that the awnings are stretched. By the pool, I must say, I did not rest, because the sea was beautiful. I was satisfied with the rest, no negativity. Bottom line: a good hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

The room overlooked the cemetery, it was just terrible, I was with a 7-year-old girl and they moved into such a room, it was just disgusting. There have been 10 days (bed linen has not been changed once) cleaning is not very good. The food is tedious, there is no fruit from the word at all (only apples) it is disgusting. As a result, she poisoned herself and spent the last three days in the room and then went to the ambulance on insurance. There is little animation, almost none. Entering the sea is terrible, if you do not buy special slippers, then it is not possible to enter and the sea was dirty, the algae was not cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel.

At the reception, such a guide from Anex tour is called Vildan, breeds on excursions, you can't call it anything else, breeds, tells what will be on the tour one thing, but in the end it's completely different. You pay for the tour ( deceptive ) as a result, the expectation does not coincide with reality, who is interested in the details write, I will tell you. The slides for children are excellent, beautiful, and good. It's already cool in the evenings, and the sea is certainly not very warm as in mid-September. The territory is large, green, we reach the beach on the territory of the hotel. We promise at the tables at the bar and look at the sea from a hill, it is stunningly beautiful. In the dining room on round tables, they put a sign reserved for Germans to come to these tables, we had a big company, if we liked the table for dinner and it was free, we just cleaned this sign ourselves and had dinner. (It's just the initiative of the hotel staff to leave room for the Germans), but when we sat down at these tables, no one said a word to us. Most of all, the guide from the Anex tour upset me, spoiled the impression with his lies, if he had told us as it is, we would have chosen what we liked, the sediment remained unpleasant. If you want everything to be neat, licked and insanely clean, you are not here) if you are looking for a beautiful sea, green territory and sun, then everything is not bad with this. We settled in at 12, instead of 14, which is also nice. A very good hammam, sauna for free, massage is also well done for a fee naturally. I hope my review will help someone. We had a rest in July 2022.We went to the hotel after reading reviews about it. We didn't count on much) They left with regret and a desire to return more than once.
The hotel is large and modern. The renovation is fresh, the interior is in bright colors. Clean, bright, fresh, beautiful. They cleaned every day, and the linen was changed too. Towels were left taking into account the presence of a child, it's nice. The food is delicious, varied, and in huge quantities. For 9 days there were rolls, crayfish, shrimp, lamb. Grilled fish and beef/chicken every lunch and dinner. There are many delicious stewed meat and vegetable dishes. A huge amount of fruits. Desserts are awesome, especially in the lobby during the day and at dinner. Ice cream in the afternoon at the pool bar and at dinner at the restaurant. The cocktails are delicious, the beer is good, we haven't tried the rest. And the most important thing is that you don't have to stand in huge queues for all this.
The sea is cool, there are always enough sun beds. It takes three minutes to walk to the sea from the main building.There are more people by the pool, but we didn't go there. There is a water park with slides.
There is animation, but it's not relevant to us-I can't estimate it. There was a foam pool party, magic tricks and miss hotel, kids club and dancing every day.
In general, only positive emotions from staying at the hotel in all respects.

Great hotel! We had a family vacation for 2 weeks, only the best impressions. The beach is sandy, access to the sea is convenient. Large swimming pools, one of which is indoor. A large selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did not go for a night snack, because there is more than enough food for the whole day. At lunch, there are 7-12 types of ice cream. The animation is super! Gala dinner once a week. The nearest excursion from the hotel is Manavgat Waterfall.

A good hotel for a family holiday, the first line, its own sandy beach with lots of places under a canopy, a good entrance to the sea, but the sea is sharply deep, green territory, they feed the whole day in different places, without frills, there is practically no animation, the hotel is an old 5-ka, with all the consequences)), 3 there is a swimming pool, one of them for kids, one with slides, children 9 and 12 years old were delighted to relax there, outside the hotel it is deaf, a souvenir and that's it, but 13 km from antique Side, you can go even without a tour. In general, a good vacation will be there if you go beyond the sea and the sun, and not for super comfort and entertainment.

We have been in Sultan since September 21, 2021. I liked it! Beautiful, clean, delicious! The sea is warm. But... no alcohol at all))) and there was a problem with the light in the room, several switches did not work, so the circular backlight above the beds was on all the time! I had to pull out a key card to de-energize the room. At the same time, they could not charge their phones at night the next day. We contacted the reception several times..., after three times ... zero emotions and zero actions, so we scored and rested further. And one more time... the boys at the reception forgot that we had paid for the safe for the whole vacation)))) and when we decided to leave the territory))) We couldn't because our safe was blocked! They called, asked... a boy came three hours later, found out everything... but the trip was disrupted! If you don't find fault too much, then it's not bad... but definitely not ULTRA... we won't go anymore

We had a rest in early June 2022.
Positive:
1) Good receptionists. But they are more willing to solve problems if you speak English.
2) Free wifi. It catches well on the beach, by the pool and in the rooms. In the restaurant, on the territory and at the stage it does not reach

6) a large number of sun beds, you can always find a place. Good shade over the sun beds
7) the sea is very close
8) entertainment for children in the evening - paintings made of colored sand. My daughter of 5 years was busy almost every evening
9) Animation. We were lucky and in the week of our stay there we got to the Cappadocia party: a DJ party with balloon decorations and a buffet. There was a foam party in the pool, also fun. I also remember the Mongolian acrobatic show. The lead animator is a funny guy. But he mostly speaks English and German. If you know the language, it will be interesting.
10) a large safe in the room, where a laptop will fit. It's just really cool.
Minuses:
1) Room equipment. There are absolutely no shelves for cosmetics in the bathroom, especially in the shower. There are few outlets in the room. To charge the phone, you have to turn off the bedside lamp.
2) the quality of textiles. The bed linen is a waffle sheet to cover up. It is extremely unpleasant, as if you are sleeping under a kitchen towel. Bath towels and pool towels are already specifically battered by life. In a 5-star hotel, I would like soft and fluffy towels. There are also no bathrobes.
3) food. I got tired of it on day 5. It is better to take the national Turkish: kebabs, tortillas, cheeses, olives, rice are cooked divinely, oriental sweets made from honey and nuts, and lukum. The rest is so-so. Small volume coffee. There are a lot of broken dishes in the dining room, they don't wash very well when there are a lot of people.
4) the sea. It is categorically not suitable for children. Restless. Because of the topography of the bottom, there are always waves. I went in, a couple of seconds and you were dragged 10 meters away from the beach. But the sea is clean, the beach is pleasant.
5) sellers of tours by the pool and on the beach. They were terribly annoying. They are too intrusive.
6) children's disco - monotonous music and the same dances every day.
7) the lack of a cocktail menu in the bar. I have to ask the bartenders everything
8) Location. It is far from civilization.
In principle, you don't have to leave the hotel if your goal is to relax, swim and sunbathe. As a hotel, it is not suitable for outdoor activities with trips and excursions.

The food is so-so, chicken in different versions. Sometimes fish, sometimes veal. All the dishes are monotonous, after a few days you are already thinking where to go for a snack - but there is nowhere) next to the hotel there is a mini market of 10 tents. They sell everything the same, I bought leather shoes every year in Turkey - it looks like I'll have to wear out the old ones. The staff hardly knows Russian. There is no animation as such, no Russian language, no colorful shows, only a water park (5 curved slides) from children's entertainment. Drinks are like everywhere else, chemical cocktails and beer. The room was cleaned so-so, although they tried to leave money. Germans, Poles, British and a few Moldovans - there is no negativity towards Russians. There are few people, the sun beds are always free. The cemetery next to the hotel is not annoying. The water is warm and clean, the entrance to the water is pebbles. I had a rest in early September 2022. It feels like there was a high start at the beginning of the season and then they scored on everything.

we stayed at the hotel in October 2020. I liked the rest in general. For a small surcharge, we received a beautiful room with a sea view. The food was good, there was animation and concerts every evening. The sea and the beach are excellent. Of the minuses, of course, it's alcohol. For 5 stars, of course, it is even indecent. Everything is thin, diluted. The wine, however, is not bad, although each evening could be different in quality. Non-alcoholic beer. We are not big drinkers, but it is unclear why they allow themselves to give hotel guests such a drink. In the 4* hotel, where we once rested, there was no such disgrace, the alcohol was excellent.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
We didn't find any advantages, only disadvantages:
1. The hotel itself. Very tired, a lot of things don't work, a lot of things fall apart. The elevators are in terrible condition, stink, dirt, broken buttons, you can't practically wait, it's not clear how they work, you would walk if it weren't for a baby stroller. The roof of the hotel is leaking, buckets were everywhere in the rain, beach towels were lying on the floor instead of rags, which were then given to vacationers. There are a lot of cats on the ground floor, where they shit, the stench is terrible.
2. Swimming pools. The water is very cold, dirty and muddy, they have not been cleaned once, sand and some kind of garbage are floating, they did not swim in the pools at all, it is disgusting. The water park, 3 curved slides, also did not dare. The indoor pool is closed, there is no water, leaves on the bottom, a ribbon is stretched in a circle, and the room itself is used for household needs, the picture is terrible.
4. The beach. It is big, there is sand and pebbles, but very dirty, there are swags everywhere, dog feces, various garbage. Nobody cleans the beach either. Public beaches, by the way, are cleaner, this is the dirtiest beach I've seen. Half of the deck chairs are broken, it is very difficult to find a normal one.
5. Room cleaning. She just wasn't there. We washed the floors, the toilet, the surfaces ourselves. The maid only changed the linen and towels, and then every other time. I left a lot of garbage after cleaning.
6. The condition of the linen and towels. The beach towels are all in holes, wiped (well, yes, they wiped the floors with them when the roof was leaking, not surprising) The towels in the rooms are yellow, stained, shabby. The bed linen, also sometimes with holes, instead of blankets, sheets, of terrible quality. There are no bathrobes. There is one crooked hanger in the closet. There are no hygiene items, no shampoos, no soap, no shower gel, there were no all 3 weeks. Upon check-in, they put a piece of soap and 2 cotton swabs.
7. Restaurant and food. They came to the opening, the tables were dirty and in crumbs, there were no appliances, salt / pepper, too, as well as napkins, everything had to be begged from the waiter. The dishes are all broken or dirty, it's not really possible to find a normal plate. The food is generally normal, but in the end it was already very disappointing.
8. Animation, there was practically no animation, is very boring. There is no entertainment for children. Very noisy parties, karaoke was shouted until 00.00, in the voice of a bear, it is impossible to sleep, especially if you are with a child. Not interesting, just noise. We read a lot of reviews about this hotel, so we didn't expect anything special. We arrived early in the morning, we were immediately checked in. The food, the rooms, the beach, the sea - everything is on top score. We were completely satisfied with the trip and the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, although it is no longer new. The staff is friendly. The territory is clean, green and well maintained. The sea is just beautiful. The approach is not as difficult as the pebbles say, it's okay. There are two Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception. There are channels in Russian on TV. The rooms are good. In the evenings, the show is very interesting to watch. We had a rest in October 2021 and were very satisfied with our small budget. I recommend.

We had a rest in the summer of 2019, we really liked this place, a large territory, but the main thing is an excellent entrance to the sea, sand with small pebbles and a gentle entrance.The food is good, as in all 5 Turkish cities, a small water park on the territory is suitable not only for children, but also for adults. The town itself is small, but right in front of the big Anatoly bazaar hotel, they bought a variety of ice cream, very tasty and much cheaper than in Russia.And it's better to buy things in Manavgat, we went there by dolmush, the trip Kyzylot- Manavgat- Side- Manavgat- Kyzylot cost about 500 rubles for 3 people, there will be an excellent self-guided tour in Side, and at least 40 dollars by taxi, but we prefer to move ourselves, so you get to know the country better.The underwater world in this place did not please us, we did not see turtles, although we read reviews that there might be, there were no fish at all, they took masks in vain.But such a wonderful sea, very warm water in July, we went swimming even at night, we would love to come back here!
