We stayed at the hotel with a large family from October 18-28! I liked the hotel, clean, beautiful, well maintained! The territory is excellent, large, lots of greenery! The beach is wide and sandy, but entering the sea requires an aquashouse! The food is good, the alcohol is standard, the beer is delicious! The pools were icy, why is the pool not heated in the hotel building? The animation was for the first couple of days, then we had fun ourselves! Was it possible to make non-intrusive music on the beach and pools?There is no place to go outside the hotel, we reached Migros (800 m to the left, we did not buy anything) Do not take an exit hammam from the hotel guide, it is designed for men, we arrived and left, leaving our husbands there! It is better to take a taxi to the Old Town and spend time there, rather than an excursion! We liked the hotel and the rest! Would you come back here again? Yes!

The hotel is not a 5, but probably a solid four.
The territory itself is large, green, there are slides and a large swimming pool, there are many sun beds near the pool.
The entrance to the sea is peculiar, like coarse sand in places, but mostly small stones. There are a lot of sun beds on the sea, everything is conveniently located - shower, bar.
The rooms are decent, although they changed the room, as they were given on the ground floor and there are noisy ants on the balcony)
Food - you won't be hungry, but everything is monotonous, there are few fruits, algida ice cream. The restaurant is located in the main building and near the pool, and at lunch by the pool a variety of dishes is better and lasts longer.
There is nowhere to go around, there are shops for buying souvenirs, flip-flops and everything else.
It takes 15-20 minutes to get to manavgat.

A great hotel for your money
The food is delicious, we ate vegetables and fish every day, a lot of fruits, various side dishes, desserts - this is generally a masterpiece
The room is simple, but clean and cozy, with many different lighting options. If you don't like the number at first, you can ask to change it, they do it without question
Cleaning every day, the room and the hotel are clean and pleasant, the mini bar with mineral water and juices is updated every day
Alcoholic drinks are standard Turkish, but the wine turned out to be tastier than in another 5* hotel last year. There are also a lot of cocktails to choose from, plus bartenders sometimes prepare their own special, you can just ask for something delicious and they will make a surprise))
The animation is good, some evening shows are straight wow, I especially liked the Columbia Latina show. During the day, there is also a different movement in the form of aqua aerobics and volleyball
All the staff is super polite, although few people speak Russian and English, I recommend learning German!
The beach is clean, large, there are always enough sunbeds, the sea is hot in September - October, the pebbles are beautiful
Among the disadvantages, the location is remote from cities (but that's how we chose, so there are no complaints here). Another important disadvantage is that there are a lot of German smokers who absolutely don't care that you don't want to smell it, they smoke in front of babies, pregnant women smoke too.... When we checked in late, we were fed first
The food is plentiful and varied, and you can't stay hungry early in the morning or late at night.

Alcohol is local, but cocktails are a strain, there is a poor choice and not very good in appearance and taste.
Animation - we were in October, there was little animation.
In general, all vacationers call it a "pension" - the majority of vacationers are pensioners and Germans)
It would be boring with children.
The campers won't like it very much either.
The staff is friendly.
Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms.
There is free Wi-Fi in lobi, but it is slow.
Towels are free according to the hotel card.
Free sauna (sauna, whatever it is) and hammam
Soap-face is completely absent. Only the dispenser has something in between soap and shampoo, which apparently should pass for everything.

We had a rest with the children in August 2024, we liked everything, it was clean, cozy, the kitchen was good, the sea was gorgeous and the pool was excellent. A family hotel, that's for sure. If you are a lark and go to bed early, then let the windows not overlook the concert venue, music in the evening until 00.00, but the view from this side is excellent to the sea. I recommend.

For the first time I liked it, the sea there is gorgeous, clean, small pebbles, I did not experience unpleasant sensations when entering the sea!
The food is varied, but it used to be burnt (it depended on the cook), they have 5 goodies, there are few fruits, but maybe it's not the season!

The hotel is nice, cozy and beautiful rooms. ATTENTION FOOD! During our stay from 15.10-23.10, more than 20 people fell ill with rotavirus or were poisoned! The dishes are washed very badly! Forks, knives, plates are just fear! You walk around nervously wiping everything with napkins, but alas it doesn't help, people fall down with the same symptoms every day! I've been rinsing for 2 days so much that I don't remember this ever happening in my life..

We were pleasantly surprised.
We were in the middle of May 2024, the hotel is a solid four, the staff is friendly, the beach is clean enough, the rooms are cleaned daily and decently.

Rested in October 2023. The hotel is small, but very cozy. The territory is well-groomed, green, clean, lots of palm trees, lots of places to relax. The rooms are spacious and bright (lived in the main building on the 4th floor), cleaned well (even without 1 euro), linen was changed 1 time in 3 days, towels on demand. A large outdoor pool, separate with slides and a small one for children. The water is quite cool compared to the sea. The food was very good, the choice is huge. It is unrealistic to view all the dishes. At any time there is an opportunity to have something to eat at different locations. A large selection of meat, vegetables, cheese and side dishes. There are a lot of sweets, everything looks very nice, but the taste is about the same - it gets boring for 2-3 days))) From fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, plums, oranges, apples. Alcohol and drinks are heavily diluted, but you can drink.
The beach is its own, there were enough sun beds for everyone both at sea and by the pool. There is sand on the beach, small pebbles at the entrance to the water. Depth almost immediately. The sea is clean and warm, you can watch fish with a mask (most of them are at the pier of the neighboring hotel). Mostly Germans are resting, there are not very many Russians. They come to rest with large families with children.
The only negative is the adult animation. The organization is very lame. Stupid contests and shameful karaoke. Sometimes visiting artists are the most decent thing! There were not enough discos. The overall impression is good, for a quiet family holiday is the very thing.

We rested in August 2024, drove to the hotel for 1 hour and 50 minutes. We arrived at the hotel almost at 21:00. The tour operator did not meet. The administrator checked in quickly.The gift was a standard room, we were given a family two-room room as a gift. The room is good, but with spiders and the balcony did not open, at the request they opened it, since there was no place to hang things to dry. There were no bathroom accessories in the room (shampoo, toothpaste, brushes, gel). The phones in the room did not work, they called the master, who instead of making a phone, connected a paid safe to us! The area is clean, but during the day, the pool is a mess of garbage from cigarette butts to diapers!!! The water in the pool is clean and warm. We chose the hotel because of the slides, but the slides never worked!!!!!!! Stairs to the pool with sharp corners!!!They asked the reason why the slides were not working, so no one really answered. The staff practically does not speak Russian!!!!The food is great!!!!! I have never seen children's animation, adult entertainment is boring- lotto!!!!!!!!!The sea is clear, the bottom is rocky, aquasocks are needed!!! I was surprised by the laundry to wash one thing, for example a T-shirt-it costs 7 euros!!!! If you decide to visit the hotel, you are ready to wash it manually at a five-star hotel!!!!!!!!!!! Nice hotel, in a quiet location, vacationing with my husband and child for 3 years. I liked everything, the buffet three times a day, a lot of additional snacks. There is a playground and a children's pool, an adult pool, an indoor pool and water slides. The sea is just around the corner, the beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is pebbles, the sea is cleaner from this, the rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms are simple, but this is enough on vacation, discos are held in the evening.

There is no choice of soups, one kind and that is tasteless. There was no variety in the menu either. All the time the same set of vegetables and chicken in different versions-stewed with vegetables and sauce. There was no other meat. My husband ate pasta and potatoes. He didn't like the meat cooked by the hotel chefs at all, probably because of the use of rancid oil. If it had been possible to bring the work of the restaurant to a higher level, which is assumed for a 5-star hotel, the impression of a stay at this hotel would have been different.

On my third visit to the reception, at about 21-00, a friend at the counter said that he understood everything, was sorry, but today there would be no repairs. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars!
We rested for 10 days. The attitude towards Russians is so-so, especially if the Germans come at the same time. The administrators quickly take their luggage and escort them to the room, and they just tell us that your building is there.
The linen and towels were changed once and then at the very beginning. The rooms are cleaned only for visibility, dust and debris on the floor have not been cleaned. The only thing every day was taking out the trash from the basket and folding beautifully dirty towels.
The food is varied, but there is nothing to choose. They ate mainly chicken, French fries and mashed potatoes. They drank only water and tea from drinks, all juices and sodas were diluted and nasty.
Of the advantages, I note the proximity to the sea, and relatively close to the airport.
I will definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends, next time we will choose another hotel. My friends stayed at a 4-star hotel and were much cheaper than us, but their hotel was better in everything.
Excursions from the hotel are very expensive, it is twice cheaper outside the hotel.

I have been vacationing since July 26, the hotel is large, has 3 buildings, the best rooms are 3517,3516 sea views. Cleaning every day, clean, tidy, the cafe is open, the bar is replenished daily. If you want to swim in the sea, you want to go to the pool, there were enough sun beds. The territory is green, beautiful, it is clear that they are taking care of. In the evening, after eight, the pool is chlorinated and filtered, early in the morning it is cleaned of sand with a water vacuum cleaner. The animation is really so-so, boring. There were more or less performances for a couple of days, for a family holiday that's the thing. We wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, we got relaxation)) The sea is gorgeous, the entrance is deep almost immediately. Although all these actions are prohibited and a sign about it is posted on the beach in 4 languages
6. Someone built a villa for himself right on the beach (I assume that the owner of this hotel), so the child who lived in this villa rode an electric scooter and a bicycle right through the restaurant. The servants were running after him, no one made a remark by itself.
7. Lifeguards on the beach were engaged in shifting tiles from the villa to the sea, and not their direct duties, while a flag was posted stating that the lifeguard was in place
8. The territory seemed large, but in fact in the evening you can walk around the entire territory in 15 minutes.
9. Next to the hotel (~800-1000m) there is Migros, where you can buy yourself the same thing that they sell in the hotel, but 3-4 times cheaper. You can also change the currency to lira at the normal exchange rate, the only thing is not in large volumes.

We bought a tour on the baiting website. Anex Agency, Azur tour operator. The rest was supposed to start on May 22 and end on May 29. There was a flight delay, and we only arrived at the hotel on May 23 for dinner. We gave it a day, just threw away what we paid for. About the room cons: they did not give a duvet cover, there are no hangers. About children's accessories in the form of at least a step, but they don't know about this. And I came with a small child. We went down to the reception, reported that the reaction was zero. I had to decide through the tour operator. Hangers were never given and nothing for the child. View from the balcony: the sea and the cemetery. Cleaning for 5 plus, although on the last day they took away a foot towel and did not give it. The waiters are all good. Canteen: the food is peculiar, the same from day to day. Cons: once the pasta felt like it was rotten and soaked in chlorine. Fried potatoes are spoiled, pickled cucumbers are stale. From what they didn't eat for breakfast, they prepare a salad for lunch. There are a lot of cheeses, cheese is very tasty. Delicious tomatoes, buns and pancakes. That's all. It was stewed meat, but in fact it was meatballs made from soy. The drinks are all diluted, like regular fanta, alcohol, water.. Sour champagne. The beach is sand and pebbles are closer to the sea. The pools are normal. Personally, I won't go there anymore.

We were vacationing with friends and children of 3 and 8 years old. The hotel is great for both adults and children! The territory is small, but convenient in terms of location and movement. Special thanks to the manager at the reception Gokmen Gungor: responsive and professional in his field! I went to a meeting and provided gorgeous huge rooms with sea views in one building.
So, everything is in order:
1. The rooms are freshly renovated/ the bed linen and towels are of good quality. Some guests complain about being dirty and dirty. We have not encountered this problem.
2. The food is varied (lots of salads/snacks/meat:chicken /turkey/beef / lamb, fish; fruit: watermelon, plums, apples; ice cream is very tasty, not watery) and round the clock. The main restaurant is open for 24 hours.
3. Staff: helpful and always ready to help with any questions. Special thanks!
4. The territory is simply gorgeous, there are a lot of locations for beautiful photos, which pleases the eyes of the guests. And it's worth noting that everything is perfectly clean!
5. Animation is the only weak link. It's a little weak, but we were satisfied with everything, because we evaluated it in general.
6. Beach / pool: warm sea, good access from small pebbles with sand, there is a line of stones (a little unpleasant), a lot of sun beds (you will always find a place, you came to the beach at 11), the water in the pool does not give off chlorine (!), but everything is clean. The pool was cleaned daily at night.
There are slides and a kids club, but we didn't visit them, so no comments.
You don't have to pay extra for anything!
7. I do not recommend shops on the 1st floor next to the main restaurant: prices are exactly 2.5 times higher than prices at the exit of the hotel and very dishonest people. We bought 2 pairs of sneakers, one of which was brought back because it did not fit in the suitcase. Instead of the $ 30 that was bought in the first days (at the market next to the hotel, the same sneakers are $ 10), I gave $ 27 with the words: we do not accept refunds(!). At the same time, Turkey has a consumer protection law 4077: return of goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. But the store works without receipts and price tags, refuses to accept payment by card as well (they refer to those terminal failures!). I do not recommend visiting scammers who will then make fools of you for your own money!

We had a family vacation in July 2023 (me, my husband and children of 8 and 10 years old), I liked the hotel, the rooms are cozy, renovated, everyone is cleaned, the bar is replenished every day, even more than it should be, the children were given juice in large quantities and variety, the pools are clean, there is enough space for everyone in the large pool, by the pool there are several types of ice cream every day, restaurants are open around the clock (the only break is from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. - the rest of the time you can find food and fruits everywhere). I was very pleased with the variety of fruits, with no need to run or take a queue for them, dishes are replenished on a regular basis, pastries - just a huge amount (from buns of different fillings and modifications to pizzas and pies), food - also pleased with its variety (there were practically no repetitions during the three weeks of rest).
The restaurant is large, there is enough space for everyone, there is a separate section for children.
Why do they write that the beach is across the street? The beach is located on site, 50 steps from the pool (it was a nice bonus)

It is very noisy, the hotel is fully populated. The main contingent: Germans, British, Poles, Eastern countries. There are practically no Russians. You can escape from the noise on an ideal sea, but families with children need to take into account that the approach to the depth is sharp, there is no shallow water, so you will not be able to relax with young children - you need to be close. There are no insects. The climate is pleasant. The hotel itself is located in a remote village, but there are plenty of markets around, they accept MIR cards (they don't work everywhere), any cash. Two pharmacies nearby, where you can buy the necessary medicines, are three times cheaper than in Moscow. There is a mosque nearby, prayers are regularly heard, which adds a religious flavor to the place.

It turned out that by this time it was already ending. And our adventures with my daughter were just beginning. After dinner, we were placed in the ISOLATION SECTOR, GIVEN A ROOM with the inscription "do not enter, isolation", moreover, CLEANING was carried out in it, PROBABLY THREE MONTHS AGO, if it was carried out at all. Naturally, I turned to the reception, I was politely sent until the morning. Since we didn't have the strength, we agreed
to spend the night there. In the morning they gave us another room, as it seemed to us, not bad, confused only by the view from the window. But since my daughter and I weren't going to spend time there, except to spend the night, it didn't bother us much, but in vain. We laid out our things, settled down to rest, but at night, more precisely, early in the morning at five o'clock, we realized that the room turned out to be "with a surprise": garbage containers were located under us and EVERY MORNING THESE RUMBLING CONTAINERS WERE CLEANED UNDER THE HOT YELL OF THE TURKS, it was impossible to fall asleep, of course, after that. From the rest of the details: the rooms are not cleaned, only towels are changed from linen, there is no shower gel, no shampoo, no toothpaste with tweezers. About bathrobes and slippers - I don't say anything at all. It's good that you took it with you. So if you are going to this "Dream" -stock up on soap and snout. The food is monotonous, no frills. I didn't manage to get enough sleep during my vacation. I was comforted by only a couple of facts: in the Russian south everything is still more expensive and the sea is not so warm. By the way, about the sea: from time to time there are large waves that wash up garbage, and the entrance of stone slabs, about which more than one person injured his legs in front of me. Of course, we did not expect at all that it would be like in Titanic Mardan Palace, but the hotel does not justify even 4 stars, the service was unpleasantly surprised. The last time we were in Turkey since 2019, in the fourth, but it is, of course, much higher in comparison with this "fifth": both in service, and in nutrition, and in the attitude of staff to vacationers.
