A great location is the beach, close to the city center, but the apartments are "tired", furniture, appliances, air conditioners have not been updated since zero, cleaning also leaves much to be desired
We were in June 2019, I liked the place, around the mountains, the air with the smell of flowers, the territory is well maintained, five minutes to the beach. The apartments themselves are spacious, they cleaned themselves, but everything is there for this. The shops are a bit far away, 20-30 minutes on foot, but there is a bus stop nearby, you can get there for 2.5 lira per person, we just walked to the center and back in the evening.
