A great hotel for the whole family. Very convenient large beach, lots of places, clean, good pier.

We had a rest from 02.08 to 08/13/2024, two adults and a child of 5 years old, in a standard + comfort room with a sea view.
The territory of the hotel is large, a variety of pools (for children and adults), a lot of greenery, as well as a taftaf (bus) runs through the territory, which can take you to the beach / restaurant / near your room of residence.
The room is spacious, mini bar - drinks (cola, fanta), water. Subsequent replenishment of the mini bar for an additional payment.
There is a variety of cooking in the restaurant (they did not have time to try everything), there is a choice for children- French fries, nuggets, soups, porridges, even chips. The child will not stay hungry.
The animators are super, starting in the morning / afternoon and evening, involving both adults and children in entertainment.
The children's playroom is good, you can find entertainment for a child of different ages.
A big plus of the hotel is that both the room has air conditioning, and in the children's playroom and of course in the restaurant, there are air conditioners everywhere (outside the temperature reached +41 degrees during the day)
Well, the trick of the whole holiday is the sea!)) Clean! It's warm! Walk along the pier and plunge into the sea, and you can see corals, fish (different). We bought a swimming mask in advance, but you can buy or rent it at the hotel.
I would like to say separately to the caretakers of the pools, these are young people who look after the order and safety of both adults and children. They will not let a child (for example, 120 height) enter a 150-depth pool without armbands! Only with them, even if he is with a parent and "my child can swim. " There were moments when I really relaxed by the pools, not thinking that something had happened to my child.

There is a bus running around the hotel, you can easily get to any point under the roof hiding from the scorching sun. Drinks in bars were made quickly, it was not necessary to wait long. Almost all the staff at the hotel speaks Russian, and those who do not speak understand. 80% of the guests are Russian-speaking, mainly from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Everything is green, everything is trimmed, the beach is cleaned, there are 2 entrances to the sea, a stationary pier and a floating one. The reef is probably one of the best on the coast, the hotel has a diving center, but expensive, I would recommend the center from the neighboring hotel. The rooms are not new, of course, but clean, tidy, bed linen is changed when necessary. In general, the number is also without complaints, norms. Everyone loves tips, 1-2 bucks is the norm and you will be licked by all the staff all day long.
In general, to summarize, if the budget allows, I recommend 100%.

Animators are generally super, so active and fervent, I always want to be active with them, especially local ones.
The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean, they always monitor the cleanliness of the tiles, they were washed and polished several times with us, there are air conditioners everywhere and everything you need in the bathrooms on the territory and in the rooms.
The pools are also very clean, there is no smell of bleach.
There are also a lot of excursions, transfers to and from the place, always accompanied and waiting.

There are many pools, but all are cool. Of the cons: a huge fat minus disco until 12 at night right under the windows of the rooms. This minus covered all the advantages. We were moved further away, but it didn't get any better. It is impossible to sleep, and just my head is splitting from such a volume. Okay, we tolerated 12, but pancake breakfast until 10-00! If you don't have time, you don't eat anywhere until lunch. At 9:40, sleepy people trudge to breakfast, jostle, hurry, wait for tables and stand in line. And the staff hurries up: it closes in 5 minutes.... I raised an overslept child with great difficulty. At 8 o'clock in the morning , we were woken up for 2 days in a row by phone calls to the room . I didn't answer, I said we were sleeping. It was not possible to find out who called and why. In general, the hotel is not for recreation. The animation does not work according to a schedule, but as the Animation wanted. He does not want to dance according to the schedule, so there will be no dancing))) the hotel has a spa, they lure you there very actively. But the spa is so-so: the massage is average, the hammam is cold and they try to get rid of it as soon as possible all the time. They literally stand above the soul. You can change your clothes in the toilet... They don't give you tea, but it's faster, faster, you paid and go, don't delay. The sea is well for an amateur. The entrance to the depth from the pontoon. In shallow water, there is also a waist-deep approach. The sun beds on the beach are crowded. You can exit the hotel onto a small shopping street. The street with tents is about 400 meters away. There is nowhere else to go for a walk. I wouldn't come here anymore.

A great Russian-oriented hotel. The territory is clean, well-groomed, beautiful. A beautiful beach with a pontoon in the sea, the swimming area is fenced for safety. The food is very diverse, all the dishes are fresh and delicious (fish, shrimp, crabs and octopus, lamb, beef, even quail, etc.), all kinds of desserts, fruits, it is impossible to list everything. Friendly Russian-speaking staff. There is one drawback - a little tired room stock for living, but we only spent the night there :)). The best impressions. We rested in 2023, in August, previously I studied the hotel for a long time and tediously, according to reviews, video reviews and even geotags in insta.
I sifted through a lot of options and settled on this hotel.
We have never regretted the choice. The food, the service, is excellent. Alcohol, let's say, Egyptian)
The sea is calm and you can swim in the morning, and this is important, because many places, at best, lower the red flag at lunch. The reef is beautiful and rich.
The only drawback is the evening shows, it's just a cringe and gloom.
I paid extra for the sultan class and this gives additional buns, for example, our clothes were taken to the laundry every day and returned perfectly clean and ironed. Plus, a private transfer from the hotel.
The room was nice, not to complain, and the view is right on the Red Sea and the island of Tirana.
Keep in mind that if you live in a room by the sea, then it's decent to go to the main restaurant uphill, but buses often run around the hotel, which solve this problem.
Since we were vacationing without children, the pool with 16+ access is a separate love.

We were from April 3 to 13, a super nice hotel, the food is in general, the sea is abundant, the rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious 2-room, the territory is huge, green, the staff is very polite, good-natured, the animation is on top.
