We stayed at this hotel for many years, we even got used to it, we always liked it empty, it's understandable, to eat you need to walk to the nearest cafe for 20 minutes, to the Madhouse market only by taxi, in the shower they can't replace cheap shower hoses in all rooms for many years, once I had to report the manager for not changing the linen from the previous guests had bed linen, unwashed bathrooms, everything was dripping with diarrhea, but I repeat, they got used to it and tried to be loyal. On 09/27/22, my friend arrived at this hotel and booked a room in advance a week in advance, but since the evaders from Russia arrived, they announced there were no places for her and anyway for her reservation! According to the specifics of my work, I often fly to Bishkek, I always checked into this hotel, I never had any problems with rooms, I booked in advance, I was checked in, I last flew in September, I still booked a room for 6 days a week, I arrived tired after a night flight and transfers at airports, I go to the hotel and the administrator tells me there are no rooms, and they don't care what I booked, there are no rooms available and that's it, it's good that the taxi driver didn't leave showed another hotel, that's the attitude towards regular customers, now not a foot there. The trouble is that the administrators and the manager are constantly changing, and no one can understand who and when booked the room.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the reservation was found instantly. It is important to contact the hotel before arrival, double-check everything. The room was clean and tidy. There was a kettle, a microwave. The most important advantage of the room is its bed with a perfectly soft mattress and a velvet blanket. In general, there were no problems. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by taxi - the cost is about 140 som (125 rubles ). It is already 240 som (210 rubles) back.
