Never before has a visit to your complex been so negative. At the reception, the admin said that they had been "washing us for free" for 9 months, this is about canceling season tickets. Instead of a magnetic strap, you need to leave a valuable thing as a pledge. Other small things are not cleaned tables and a sticky floor in the recreation room. In general, the staff of the complex is not very friendly and not at all customer-oriented. I still have impressions👎
