Perhaps the best coffee in Kobrin and many points of Brest. The idea to make a coffee shop out of Khrushchev on the 1st floor, where you can go in to drink excellent coffee (many different types) and not only, eat dessert and read a book, almost in a home interior is a credit. We went here 40 km away to drink coffee when we were on vacation nearby. I highly recommend it!

We are from Minsk, we came to see the city. On Sunday, at 11 o'clock in the morning, we went to this institution, because we wanted to eat cheesecakes. There weren't many people, so I thought we'd have a quick breakfast and go to the museum. The cashier accepted the order, and we sat down at a table outside. After 5 minutes, a girl came out and said that our tea was ready and it could be picked up. Every 10 minutes, I went to the cashier and asked about the cheesecakes. At first they told me that it was still 10-15 minutes, after that time they said that we had a very large order in front of us, and therefore the waiting time increased. I already wanted to cancel the order, and told the girl that they were obliged to warn about the long wait for the dish in advance, to which she replied that I did not accept the order, not my problems. As a result, I followed the principle, and 50 minutes later they brought the cheesecakes, which I didn't want to eat anymore, because during that time we drank our drinks.
- Disadvantages:
1. Not customer-oriented employees. They are nice and sensitive, only with those they know, and the fact that guests from other cities can come to you, no one thinks about it.
2. I noticed that a lot of employees are required. This indicates a rapid turnover of staff.
3. Employees left their workplace and left the institution in work clothes, sat on the summer terrace, smoked. You're catering staff, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't wash your hands either.
4. Self-service is of course great when guests are given a special remote control that gives a signal indicating that the order is ready. We were sitting on the terrace, and coming up to the cash register every 10 minutes, it's like that.
5. Tea was served in the most uncomfortable mugs. The problem with many establishments is that they do not pick up the dishes correctly. They take into account trends and beauty, but they do not take into account whether it will be convenient for a guest to drink from such a mug, whether his fingers will fit into the handle, whether he will get a burn.
6. In addition to the cheesecakes, we ordered chocolate paste and honey. It is not clear how many grams we paid 4 rubles for, smeared on a plate so that there was nothing to collect.
7. Long wait for the order.
Positive:
1. City center, convenient location.
2. An atmospheric place, a lot of beautiful objects. A beautiful photo zone near the entrance with flowers.
3. A large selection of tea by weight.
We will be in Kobrin, we will not enter this institution anymore. It's a beautiful shell, but the institution is formed by the people who work there, not by pictures and plaids.

I don't know much about coffee, my strength is in desserts. And this is a strong place.
"Childhood", brownie, "potato" — delight!
Cozy, intimate, tactile dishes. Very good!
The staff is also good with memory. I asked to postpone the desserts, later I took them away. Everything was done clearly.

I came here early in the morning, the music is screaming at the whole hall. I went up to the barista girl and asked if I could make it a little quieter. She said affirmatively that yes, you can make it a little quieter.
I went and made it a little quieter. After 2 minutes, this girl bursts in almost shouting that you can't do anything, although a couple of minutes ago it said the opposite. As a result, I made the music one and a half times louder, which made it impossible to sit, arguing that another visitor in the hall wants to listen to music loudly. Although I approached this visitor before and asked if she would mind making the music a little quieter. And, of course, she said she didn't mind.
Terrible attitude towards customers.
I do not recommend this institution to visit.

Просто лучшее место, где продают напитки. Оформление просто шик! переделанная квартира под кофейню делает это место еще более атмосферным. Огромный выбор, от меню разбегаются глаза. Рекомендую всем, кто находится в Кобрине и его окраинах !

Заходила в эту кофейню пару раз пока была в городе. Кофе вкусный, крепкий (любительница американо), а бариста ещё согласился поэкспериментировать - добавить срока в кофе, что получилось тоже очень удачно👍
Сегодня попросила организовать доставку в связи с праздником мам, все сделано вовремя и так как я спросила. За это отдельное восхищение данной кофейней
Кстати, у них самый вкусный десерт Павлова🤤

Очень удобно, что кофейня работает с 7:30, были в Кобрине около 8 утра и было, куда зайти. Комфортно и уютно посидели.

Кофейня очень хорошая, видно, что клиентоориентированность поставлена на особый уровень! Скорее всего унылое лицо и неприветливость прописаны в должностной инструкции у бариста, с чем девушка за стойкой справляется выше всяких похвал. Жаль, не удалось попробовать кофе, потому что оказалось, что в этом заведении нельзя трогать кофейные стаканы, на что нам было указано непосредственно перед заказом… не разобравшись, как в таком случае из них пить, мы решили выбрать другое заведение и совершенно не пожалели! Обязательно не будем заходить еще!

Отличная локация, но как оказалось в этой кофейне нет туалета. Поэтому долго там засиживаться не советую. Ребят, вы оборудовали стильный зал, в котором хочется посидеть подольше, но ввиду отсутствия туалета это проблематично. Исправляйте ситуацию)

Классное место, всегда захожу когда приезжаю в Кобрин, единственный минус для некоторых это отсутствие WC, но думаю со временем этот вопрос решится)
