We bought an oil heater a month ago. It was turned on no more than 10 times. It turned out that it was originally defective - the temperature controller did not have a limiter when turning to the right. Since it was turned more often in the direction of increasing the temperature (to the right) than in the direction of decreasing, this regulator simply unscrewed like a threaded nut, and something fell off inside the electrical part. Now the temperature is not regulated, and the heater does not alternate heating and shutdown.
The store said that this is not a warranty case, it turns out that I caused mechanical damage to the heater! It was necessary to bring it to the store before the regulator unscrewed, and inform that there is no limiter!
And how am I supposed to know that the limiter should be there? Nothing is even written about him in the instructions. The operating instructions - paragraph 7 says: "Turn the thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature, and counterclockwise to decrease the temperature. " So what rules did I break when using the device? What other parts inside the device should I determine the presence or absence of?
I will not recommend Sulpak to anyone!
I am very unhappy with this store. I made an expensive purchase. I was solemnly given a discount coupon. Which in the end cannot be used. It is not respectable and unpleasant. We will never buy anything from you.

Sulpak has practically no jostling at the checkout, which is also a big plus for me personally
I highly recommend this place for the purchase of digital equipment. I bought a laptop there, which was not even allowed to be checked, well, okay, New Year's Eve, the joy of a long-awaited purchase, I absolutely did not want to make a scandal.
The problems started already on the first day of use, 98-99 degrees. Of course, I contacted the service, but after lying there for a total of 68 days, there are no significant changes. Don't repeat my mistakes)
I want to share my opinion about the SULPAK store. I ordered a slow cooker from them on their website three months ago. They arrived at lunch, the next day at lunch. I cook in it every day, the dishes are excellent. The only small nuance is that sometimes you have to press the multi-cooker touch buttons 2-3 times to set the program or set the cooking time. But this is a small thing, the main thing is that everything else is great!

A month ago, I was going to buy a new hard drive for a desktop PC. I searched the forums and websites on the Internet in advance and found a good model. I went to several shops in the city, I didn't find her anywhere. Then I saw this model on SULPAK's website. Unfortunately, it was not available, but they said that they would bring it from the warehouse within 2 days. And they kept their word. As soon as the hard drive was delivered to the store, they immediately called back and informed about it.
I will write down 2 cases that happened to me when contacting Sulpak during the last week.
1. 08.06.16. a microwave and a vacuum cleaner were bought in a store on Kosmonavtov Street (Karaganda). At the checkout, having already paid, we learned (from customer conversations) that a "night" discount promotion is in effect on this day from 20 o'clock. At that moment, the time was 19:55. That is, I was not informed about the promotion itself, or that five minutes after the purchase I could take advantage of good discounts.
2. On 07/13/16, I ordered a Tp-link TL-WA701ND modem through the online store. After a while, the manager calls back, introducing himself as Kuralai, and informs me that there is no such position in my city (Karaganda) and that I can choose other options.
And now what I want to say. You don't have to make fools of your customers by thinking you're smarter than them. Before ordering this product, Karaganda was pre-selected on the website in the "Your city" tab. And after the manager's call - oh, a miracle! This position magically disappeared.
Of course, I can choose other options, but after that I will not do it in principle. And generally try not to shop in this store. Once they had attractive prices, but now even that is gone. Plus, there is a similar attitude towards customers.
