Sulpak is like everywhere else. Responsive consultants are helpful. They answer a million questions that arise patiently. I bought a freezer chest, so the guys packed it themselves exactly the way they did it, made handles out of scotch tape and even took it out themselves and helped load it into the car. Then they immediately began to help other customers.
