We had a rest in August 2024. The room has a sea view. Bombically. It's 30 seconds to the sea. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Everything is included in the price. There is a cafe-canteen in the next building. Very tasty. Pizza, boat - fire. But: when booking, you must immediately state all the details. I ordered a room with breakfast, but the hostess misunderstood me and booked without breakfast. I had to buy breakfast separately. But it didn't spoil the experience. I liked everything. New Athos is a 20-minute walk along the road.

The hotel is new, with beautiful, stylish rooms and an incredible view from the window 😻
It is located on the first line, right on the beach, you wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the surf
A quiet, peaceful place, with the clearest sea and the absence of a large number of people).
Everything you need is nearby.

We definitely did not make a mistake with the choice of the hotel.
Time freezes here) there are amazing sunrises and sunsets that you can admire forever, we will definitely come back here again.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time and were satisfied with everything. A clean and fresh hotel by the sea! It is very convenient that there is a cafe with delicious food and wine nearby! The location is good near the center of New Athos by taxi 250 rubles or 20 minutes on foot where all the sights are! A taxi will be ordered at the reception if necessary. There is an opportunity to meet sunsets and sunrises! A big plus is the hotel on the seashore of the first line! We recommend it!!!
