A cozy family-type hotel, with the most hospitable and decent owners. Very convenient location, everything is literally nearby. An excellent dining room is located across the house (address Zvanba17) Embankment in 2 blocks. The hotel has a homely atmosphere and attentiveness to its guests, we were with a small child and were never deprived of attention. The rooms are cozy and most importantly clean. Each room has a balcony with a nice view, which made us very happy. The room has a wardrobe, dressing table, armchair-bed, bedside tables.There is a tea station, with a couple of cups and glasses for drinks. There is a table and two wicker chairs on the balcony. There is a hairdryer and a pair of waffle bathrobes in the bathroom, which is very convenient after a shower. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor, as well as a cooler..Well, the most convenient thing is that there is a washing machine, especially for those who came for a longer time. The Internet (Wi-Fi) in the room and on the territory is constant and stable.Also, for those who travel by car, there is Parking for several cars in a protected area. Hello everyone! We stayed at this hotel in October, as a family. We have something to compare it with. What pleased me: the presence of a dressing table, which is not present everywhere, a large room, a balcony with a dryer and furniture (table, two chairs), an ironing board with an iron and a cooler on the floor (special thanks for it), water without interruptions, Wi-fi in the rooms and throughout the territory works well, there is outdoor seating area with outdoor furniture, very convenient. Now, as for the location of the hotel: everything is very close, the embankment is two steps away, the sea is a five-minute walk away, there is a dining room, a khinkalnaya, a burger joint, a pizzeria, a grocery store nearby. In a five-minute drive you can get to the sandy Mocha beach, a taxi to it is 200 rubles. We visited the theater, which is located on the embankment, and were delighted! And most importantly: many thanks to the owners of the hotel Esme and her brothers. When contacting, any requests were fulfilled immediately, the hosts try to make people feel comfortable staying at the hotel, they are very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely come again! The hotel itself is nice, warmly welcomed, the hotel has a pleasant smell. Within walking distance from the embankment. But the room is devastated: there are holes in the bathroom from the lamp, the water goes badly, the curtain weighs torn from its hinges, the hotel set of sanitary and hygienic products is not complete. The walls are stained with some kind of stains. It does not immediately catch the eye, but the initial impression is spoiled. I hope that by the beginning of next season everything will be fixed and the hotel will prosper.

The hotel and the room exceeded our expectations. Everything is completely consistent with the photo. Clean room, freshly renovated, high ceilings of about 3 meters, all necessary furniture and appliances: refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning. A comfortable bed. A wide spacious balcony with comfortable furniture. Blackout curtains so that the sun does not wake up in the early morning. Clean snow-white linen and the same new towels. A clean bathroom with a good finish. A large boiler was enough for three people to take a shower. In the bathroom there are shower gels, soap, even individual sets for brushing teeth: brushes and paste. Great.
Convenient location - the very center of Sukhum, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, and all the sights and parks around.
This is not the first time in Abkhazia. It was unexpected to see such a level here.

The most significant advantages: a steady stream of hot water, air conditioning and a heater kept us warm, and the bed linen was dry. Excellent hotel, just renovated. Parking on the territory of the hotel. Good location, 100 meters away there is a good dining room. Walking distance to the embankment.

Very unscrupulous guys who absolutely don't care about their guests. Only profit by any means is important.
We booked two rooms with them for two nights. We arrived and found the rooms in terrible condition. Dirty, unprepared for the arrival of guests from the word at all. We are with a small child. We were on the road for 7 hours, tired. It was decided that it was unacceptable to live with a child in such conditions. We tried to negotiate a refund, at least partially. The "owners" assured us that we could leave; the money would be returned to us. As soon as we left, they refused. The money was not returned. They apologized on duty, as the maid went on maternity leave) said that they would not return the money at all. If we want to; we can go back and check in, but if not, then that's our problem. Even having a two-year-old child had no effect on these people. The area is not bad. A mini-hotel is an ordinary private house. There is a parking place in front of the house, covered with rubble. Nothing else. As a result, I had to look for a hotel and pay again. The mood is ruined. Minus 16 thousand for 2 nights for 2 rooms. The attitude sucks. If you are ready to take risks, you can try to take a chance and stop by, suddenly you will be lucky and it will be clean here. But is it worth it? They ask for money in advance and do not return it, even if they themselves mess up and admit it. Alas, it is very sad. This is not a business, but fraud practically) it's a pity, but from a legal point of view in Abkhazia, no one will help you in such a situation either. So my advice is to stay away from this place. Fortunately, there are good hotels in Sukhum at an adequate price. And in much more interesting places.

We were on vacation with my husband and our beagle from October 19th to 25th.
We were very well received as family people. The rooms have everything you need, very clean, snow-white terry towels, bathrobes, linen. Everything is perfect! The room has a small balcony with a table and armchairs.
The owners are constantly on site, they will help solve any problem, they will tell you everything and help. It was especially pleasant when Timur met us at the train station!
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, not far from the administration of the President of Abkhazia. Near the botanical garden, the most beautiful embankment, shops, cafes, drama.theatre. But at the same time, it was very quiet at night and nothing prevented you from resting.
We will come back here more than once!

A very beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing. We arrived here on 18.01 and came across a worse hotel, where there was no light even at night. I started looking for another hotel, came across this one. I hooked up with a room with access to a gorgeous balcony. They gave us a discount and we continue to live here. The sea is just around the corner. Nearby there is a place to eat delicious khachapuri and pizza, which are made right in front of you (on Aiaair). The rooms are spacious and cozy, the room is cleaned on request. Pastel snow-white. There is Wi-Fi, a TV with Wi-Fi. A refrigerator and a kettle, air conditioning and an oil cooler and even a clothes dryer. There are soap accessories too, although they were used only on the first day, when they had not bought anything yet, but even this was not in the first hotel, and the price was higher 👍
Since electricity is turned off twice a day for an hour everywhere in Abkhazia, there is a gorgeous fireplace that is heated every evening, where you can sit and warm up or just hang out.

I booked for 13 days. I made the payment for the entire period, which was a mistake. There has never been a room cleaning in a week, linen and towels have not been changed. Oh, I forgot about the hotel's feature, the fireplace! The smell of gariot is felt in the rooms. The curtains are about nothing, the light from the lanterns all night. TV if there are subscriptions, look, cats just knock on the room from the balcony, if you do not like it or you are allergic, you will not be able to ventilate, there is no ventilation mode at the doors, as well as there are no windows. Residential 2nd floor, above the construction site. He moved out before he lived. Onamnesis: to live no longer than 2 days...

Great hotel. The rooms are new, everything is very clean, really matches the photos. There is a washing machine on the 1st floor where you can wash everything.
