Good afternoon. Upon arrival on January 8, we were greeted by the Abas manager, he was unfriendly and unpleasant from the first minute. Later on, he ruined our entire vacation.
We really enjoyed staying at your hotel and extended our stay from January 13th to 17th. Due to the fact that the extension took place remotely at my travel agent, there were difficulties with payment. The manager, named Abas (speaks Russian), behaved very badly and inhospitally. He blocked the keys to our room and demanded payment in cash within 30 minutes. It looked like extortion. Let me remind you that I was on vacation with a one-year-old child and my wife. Also on January 13, Abas called the room twice at 10:30 p.m., when my son was already asleep. We were very upset by such negligent behavior and bad attitude towards the guests. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive to us. I really liked the hotel, but the rest was ruined by the manager. We wanted to extend our stay from January 17th to 20th, but due to the attitude of the Abas manager towards the guests, we refused and moved to another hotel! We have already left a review on tripadvizor and will continue to talk about this incident on all Russian websites. Please review my complaint and take action with the Abas manager.
A very unusual and small-sized pier. A distinctive feature of it can be considered a large number of sellers from the local population (not visitors). There are a lot of goods, especially souvenirs, from local manufacturers.
Very interesting area and market. I recommend to visit. A good selection of souvenirs and antiques. There are a lot of good restaurants. We really liked the Newton restaurant. You can go boating on the canals.
A good market! A large assortment. The prices are normal. Very atmospheric. There are delicious restaurants for every budget.
It's very nice to take a walk in the heat or in the evening!
This is a huge beautiful area along the beaches of Jumeirah, hotel guests can use boats and swim to the desired hotel, and in parallel you can drive small open cars. At the end of this area there are tennis courts and villas to stay in.
Very beautiful!
There are many cafes. Sellers rarely pull on the sleeve.
Minuses
- extremely expensive rate for a boat trip on the canals
- the tourist area is very limited relative to the whole town
I don't know how this place earned such a rating and such attendance, but I was not impressed. The shops are expensive, part of the square is blocked and you feel awkward because you constantly run into fences.
If you are not a photo hunter with the famous Burj Al Arab hotel, then don't waste your time! Boating on the canals is very expensive and is it necessary?!
A shopping mall with souvenirs and other similar products. Cafes and restaurants. A good view of the Parus hotel, cafes are located on the banks of the canals.

An interesting place in every way. There is a place to walk. There is a place to sit. There is something to see. There is something to buy. The main thing is to bargain. The better you bargain, the bigger the discount. It's a pity that we came here with a tour group for only an hour.
Beauty! We bought all sorts of small things for gifts, ate, rode a local gondola, the pictures are cool against the background of a sail) to the beach of parusa 5 minutes by taxi and 15 local tugriks!)
"Dubai Venice" is an indoor market of all kinds of shops with an oriental flavor. Access to the park with channels, along the banks of which, on the one hand, restaurants of various national cuisine are all expensive, but very high quality. On the other side of the canals, fashionable five-star hotels are very cool, with their own beaches and parks
It would be nice to take a ride on some kind of gondola in such a place.
Nicely. But some hotels, restaurants, you won't really admire.
The market is ordinary, they sell unusual things like this
We were in the evening, very beautiful, both outside and inside. The interior is stylized as an oriental bazaar. Outside, mini Venice, water channels! Nicely. The backlight turns on in the evening!
Wander through the streets, waving off the sellers: "Madam, pashmina, coffee, tea, etc." There are berths from which you can go for a boat ride.
Souvenirs, sweets, cafes. Nice in the evening
A magical city filled with oriental flavor and luxury. I was absolutely delighted with shopping. I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurants and the cuisine at a height!
the place is cool, something like an old eastern settlement and Venice, there is a lot of junk inside - for tourists who want to see the sail, do not be fooled, you will see a little, you need to drive up to it from the other side, where there is an open beach
The place is beautiful, very photogenic, but it's a bit boring here. But the atmosphere is historical, either in Spain or in Venice. You can buy all sorts of spices. Admission is free, but I didn't find a toilet.
According to other people's photos, it seems that there is a place to walk, but in fact, there is very little free territory at all, most of it is occupied by the market itself. And all the main beautiful places are on the territory of hotels, where they are not particularly allowed. But it's interesting to ride a boat.
Visited 2 times, exactly as a market... well, so-so... but there is an observation deck on the sailboat, where all the people are actually concentrated. Costa coffee is also very good on site)

I love this cozy, chic Venetian place. It's nice to take a walk and it's nice to go boating on the canal.
This is a small Venice in the middle of a sandy oasis - the heat is easier to bear here, you can drink soft drinks in the cafeteria and watch the fish .... The only negative is that a lot of the territory was blocked because of the hotels in the vicinity ! It didn 't happen before !
I love this oriental-style market. And you don't even need to buy anything, just walk inside past the colorful shops and go out to the main square of Madinat to sail by boat. The ticket price is 100 dirhams
There is a good atmosphere around, you can dive back into history, feel it. From there you can see the hotel-sail (it's nearby), and in general we were just at an old covered market where you can buy souvenirs and a lot of historical things, coins, crafts, products and other oriental antique utensils.

I would live here if my income allowed. It's incredibly beautiful here. Arab Venice. Boating is a delight. The whole setting is beautiful. You can eat in restaurants by the water in a pleasant atmosphere. It is beautiful here both day and night.
We went here this year, as the last time was 5 years ago. Everything is unchanged. It just seemed that the boats became faster and there was little time. And the price for such entertainment is clearly too high. The souvenir market is the same as in other places. Just for a walk.
A very colorful place, a beautiful oriental market, you can bargain. Magnificent views for photos on the "Sail". I liked the boat ride. I definitely recommend you to visit!
The area is bounded by a market and restaurants on the water. I want to go and see . Access to the sea is closed. Where it is obviously very beautiful, especially the sunsets.
It's a beautiful place, but you won't be able to walk along the streets, everything is blocked. The small part is open to tourists: for restaurants and shops.
An atmospheric place to spend the evening. Channels, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, pleasant music. Especially good for a sunset photo shoot against the backdrop of the famous sail hotel.
I was not impressed. There is a market, there are exits to the street, but not to walk around, everything is fenced off and there are restaurant tables all around. Wasted time. Why tour groups are taken there is a big question. You can take a great picture of the Parus hotel without entering the territory, but it turns out better from the road.
In general, if we take into account that this is not a historical landmark, but just a shopping center rigidly oriented to tourists, then everything falls into place.
Nevertheless, the place is of course very atmospherically built, in a well-seasoned style of an Arab bazaar, plus Venetian vibes. There is no entertainment here, but there are places to eat and souvenirs. In general, it is worth visiting, walking along the galleries and along the embankments. The place is interesting, although it is a new building.
There will be a lot of pain with a baby stroller, since there are a lot of stairs, and ramps are not everywhere.
I don't recommend it at all. They sell bullshit for tourists. You'd better go to the mall. The fake "Venice" was also not impressed. It's more like a theme park for kids. In general, there is nothing to do there at all, do not waste time. There are a lot of much more interesting places in Dubai
