An amazing restaurant, the best in Brest for my taste. A rich menu, there is plenty to choose from. The cooking is simply amazing! The portions are large (but the pans are smaller, I would like more ribs there). Delicious beer on tap, amazing tinctures. Very pleasant service and atmosphere. It's not cheap, but it's really worth it here. There's nothing to complain about at all, I really liked it.

We visited this institution with our family, spent the evening on the terrace overlooking the green courtyard with a small fountain. Despite the noisy company at the next table, we were quite satisfied with the kitchen, service and peculiar atmosphere. Wow, there was no effect, but I was pleasantly pleased with a lot of interesting, well-chosen little things. The huge fat disadvantage is that there is no simultaneous feed. Food was brought to everyone except one. Baked potatoes with meat in a frying pan were cooked for an hour!!!! The cuisine is positioned as traditional- Belarusian-Polish. Probably hence the first negative. The baked red fish was not very successful for the cook, as well as the fish slicing. Historically, meat dishes were mainly present at festive feasts in traditional Polish and Belarusian cuisines. Meat snacks- tongue, sausages... I recommend it. It was delicious. Among the advantages, I would like to note an interesting presentation and attentive service. But we still need to work on the quality of cooking individual dishes - the poached egg was overcooked, and the pancakes were undercooked. They tried to get into this institution for two days in a row. The first time we came on Friday evening, there was no hostess. No one is meeting you. Super attitude and preparation for the weekend. We were on Friday and Saturday - or rather, we were trying to get in. I wonder how tourists can get to an institution with a 5-star rating without calling an international number?! Or who evaluates?! The result: hungry and lost time, we went to another institution. And we won't try to get into this one even on our next visit. Customer focus is zero. The only thing that upset me about my trip around the country was this institution.
