The hotel is beautiful on the outside, but inside the rooms of the USSR, although it seems to have everything you need. Daily cleaning, clean towels and all accessories. There is a small balcony, beautiful view, mountains, river, cable car. The hotel is located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The breakfasts are quite hearty, there is everything. Even if it runs out, they will definitely replenish it. One minus is the payment only in local currency.

A normal hotel, the rooms are old, of course, but good. Cleaning every day! Good breakfast, fitness from 5-10 pm, not very convenient, spa for an additional fee. The location is perfect. It is suitable for business trips. Payment is in cash only. Go get a visa, union share is not working.

A good hotel. Take rooms with a view of the river, you will not regret it. The breakfasts are hearty, for different tastes. The only drawback is that there are no disposable cups to take tea or coffee with you, but this is not so critical. The rooms are clean, some rooms have a broken shower, but the staff can fix this problem.

We stayed for one night. In general, everything is very good. There are problems in the bathrooms - taps are flowing, water is pouring on the floor. The beds are excellent, the linen is clean, the breakfast buffet is very varied. The location is the center of the city. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The view from the window is the mountains!!! The bomb!!!! I really liked it

An excellent hotel in the center of Khujand, right next to the fortress museum. There are many restaurants nearby where you can have a delicious meal. Delicious food is also served in the hotel restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

A nice hotel opposite the embankment of the Syrdarya River. The location is excellent, close to the center, local attractions, Panchshanbeh market, several delicious cafes. The hotel itself has a buffet breakfast, cleaned every day, the room was clean. We made a discount due to the number of days of stay. Of the minuses, it was a long way to get to boiling water (from the 4th floor to the 1st to the restaurant) and poor TV signal quality.

Excellent location: Syr Darya embankment, city park, theater, national Museum - everything is nearby. The view from the window of the river and the mountains, every evening a beautiful sunset.

Excellent service, the most polite staff, everyone speaks Russian. There is a great Hikmot guy at the reception :) solves all problems "at once")) The hotel is in the center, next to the lake, I did not have time to visit the recently opened mosque, built with the money of Arab friends (Qatar and SA), I am not sure that they would let me inside, but outside it is just amazing. I recommend. Very friendly people, amazing fruits, basically everything is very clean and well maintained. But! It's very hot, infrastructure and industry are mostly the remains of the USSR. It is interesting to stay, the prospects for the country, unfortunately, are very vague.... :(((

The hotel is located in the very center. The rooms are clean. Everything you need to eat except the kettle. But at the request, they brought boiling water from the restaurant in a teapot. But this is the culture of the East. This is the case in all cities of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. I really liked the hotel.

A good hotel. Of the cons: Wi-Fi does not work at the reception on the 1st floor and breakfast is for an amateur. Among the advantages: convenient location near the park and the horse-drawn road, the museum of the Sughd region. It's all clear. The air conditioning is excellent. Comfortable balconies from the rooms and views of the river and mountains.

The hotel is large and beautiful. The restaurant is gorgeous. The rooms are small and cleaning would be worth paying attention to. We checked into the room, there are piles of garbage on the carpet, it is clear that he has not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time, plumbing is leaking, the toilet works every other time, there are no disposable slippers, black, long hair on the bed, under the pillows in different places.... It's unpleasant...No one goes there to clean the balcony for sure. One of the advantages is a beautiful restaurant, you can choose anything for breakfast. But it's the same thing every day. There is a large park nearby, a cable car across the river, a beautiful view from the dirty balcony of the room!

Despite the outward pomp and significant potential for development, many things were not liked. Tiny rooms in which half of the equipment was falling apart in my hands (not only for me, but also for colleagues who lived in neighboring rooms). All balconies are covered with cobwebs, animals are actively crawling into the rooms. The restaurant is open (or not working) according to an incomprehensible schedule, which even the administrator does not know, there are two dishes on the menu. Of course, the price per room is very affordable, but the contrast between expectation (appearance) and reality (rooms) is huge. (May 2023).

This is some kind of nightmare. The arrangement of furniture in the room is such that there is a table, but you cannot sit down to work at it. The air conditioner is constantly turned off. I forgot the key in the room, the reception solved this problem for an hour! The Internet is there, then not... electricity is clicked back and forth 10 times a day. Horror horror horror!
