Nice hotel. I recommend.
Of the advantages: the breakfasts are very tasty, especially the soups, which were served for breakfast as many as 3 options every morning; a lot of fruit for breakfast; the rooms are spacious enough, the beach is nearby, the entire infrastructure is also in the neighborhood; they are cleaned well and every day
Among the disadvantages: the dining room, where breakfast is held, is cramped, there are constantly queues or there are not enough cups for coffee, but if you come early, then everything is fine; there are very few hangers and hangers in the rooms, where to hang clothes is unclear.
And another joint is the guide Malobek (I think that's the name of this Turk). It seems like a well-mannered person, with extensive work experience, but so unrestrained, allowed himself strange attacks against tourists, was demonstratively nervously offended by refusals to buy tours from him, tried to "educate" some tourists, tried to force some to write written refusals from tours, in short - kindergarten and shame. This disadvantage does not apply to the hotel, but be prepared that you may come across this unpleasant and unprofessional guide.
The location is excellent, there are many shops, pharmacies, cafes nearby, the Kiri restaurant from the hotel is excellent, we have been to it several times, I recommend visiting. Breakfast is good, everything is there, a lot of vegetables and pastries, eggs in all kinds, waffles are baked, hot, rice, everything is delicious, but the trouble with coffee is: two coffee machines: one brews instant nescafe, very sour and bitter it is impossible to drink, the second makes grain coffee, but for a very long time, and therefore the queue there is always coffee, of course the hotel needs a coffee machine faster.
Our room was in the third building opposite the reception. There is no ramp at the entrance to this building, only steps, it is terribly uncomfortable with a stroller, I had to carry the stroller in my arms. I liked it: there is a small pool on the second floor, there are few people there and there is a shower, but the walls of the pool have a century-old calcareous plaque, stalactites already. There is a good shower in the room, the water pressure is good, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, water is added. I didn't like it: it feels like this building is old, when it was another hotel, the Marina took it for themselves, brought it to a common style, but old age and dilapidation are felt, the rooms always smell damp, it is very dark, there is no light in the main room except for bedside lamps, there is also nowhere to hang things, there is one rod at the entrance, two hooks and several hangers. The bathroom is very small, there are no towel hooks in the bathroom at all, it is unclear where to hang towels, there was a long-standing spider web hanging on the ceiling above the bed, the tulle is dirty, the paintings on the walls are all splattered and stained, it is unclear what it is at all.
The audibility through the front door is excellent, you can hear every rustle and every word, and even from neighboring rooms.
I didn't like the main pool either, the water is muddy, it feels dirty, there are showers but they don't work, the staff offered a shower in the pool, which is a children's attraction ... there are a lot of sun loungers, few umbrellas, it's unclear what was on renovation here in the summer.
Rolls and leftovers are floating in the pool, empty plastic bottles are thrown. The staff seemed friendly.
In general, I did not like the hotel, the feeling of neglect and abandonment. I fell for the children's slides by the pool, in the end we did not go to the pool because it was dirty. The Globus Library brings package tourists here by bus, as well as many package tourists from other countries.
Overall, I didn't like it. It's definitely not very good with children.
