A lovely cozy hotel. Every evening at sunset, a pianist plays in the lobby. Nice well-maintained territory. A clean beach. Good access to the ocean. At the same time, we walked along the beach to the nearest urban Flick and Flack, known as the most beautiful beach, there are a lot of volcanic rocks, and here is cleanliness and beauty. Safety is being monitored, and large coconuts are being cut.
The rooms are spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and decorated with natural materials. There are always plenty of sun beds, both by the ocean and by the pool. The only negative is the restaurant. With the influx of guests, the tables are too heavy. There are tables available, but they are not tidy. But they don't let you sit down at a free, untidy table. They are sent to defend the queue to the hostess . A strange system
Upon check-in, the room was provided quickly, even a little earlier than the scheduled time. The room number is extremely important when staying in hotels - in fact, service on site is not possible without it. This is partly due to the type of food and accommodation (if everything is included, then there are no problems, if something else, then most (if not all) additional services (including regular water) will be paid. There is no Russian-speaking staff from the word "at all", which is not critical, but makes you strain the halls of memory in search of English phrases)))
The room is cleaned every day. There are no complaints. The room has a paid minibar, safe, coffee machine, kettle. In a word, the number is like a number.
WI-FI. The connection is super! Probably the best internet access in all my trips. It works everywhere on the territory of the hotel, connected once and all questions are closed.
Nutrition may lack variety, but it's not critical. I was surprised by the lack of variety of fish and seafood. Lots of puff pastry pastries. Restaurant service is extremely slow!!! Separately for drinking water - it is not visible anywhere, only at bars or in places where towels are issued. Ask for a bottle of water - name the room number - they write out a bill for you - do not deny yourself anything (I repeat, for the all-inclusive package, water is free, but they will write out a "zero bill").
Alyakart restaurants are typical for hotels, I did not observe anything outstanding, the only thing that distinguishes them for the better is that the tables are almost on the ocean shore, and dinner with an ocean view is beautiful, anyway.
The beach is large and incredibly shallow - you can go to the edge of geography and there will be a depth just above the knee - for those who like to swim a lot and for a long time definitely not suitable. Literally three or four meters from the shore, algae begin. Basically, the beach is what dropped my personal rating of the hotel somewhere into the abyss. The only time when you can swim at least somehow is at high tide. And yes, shoes for swimming in open water are a mandatory attribute - algae, shells, sea urchins and other small dirty things are present.
POOLS. Shared (with the allocation of a children's area) and 'adults only'. The communal pool is large, clean, pleasant and of course with a lot of people and children. The adult pool is located in a relatively secluded place, there are not many people, in a word, "credit". The maximum depth of the pools is 1.2 meters.
SPA. Nothing unusual. The most ordinary center, with a standard (for a similar format) set of procedures. I didn't notice anything negative, but I also noticed something overly positive.
A wonderful hotel. Very well maintained , clean area. They're watching the cacos. There were no cameras. A lot of sports activities. Volleyball, table tennis, lawn tennis. For a kayak, a sap, a catamaran and a sailboat, you need to go to the beach of the neighboring pirog hotel. The hotels have a common area, They are freely available, you just need to sign up for a magazine. There are boat trips for snorkeling and a boat with a transparent bottom. They are free, but you need to make an appointment in advance. Room cleaning is excellent, evening animation is practically absent. The food is quite acceptable. There is even a minimal gluten-free table. The service is very slow, they often give out someone else's check at dinner. Sign up for alyakart restaurants in advance. We took dinner on the beach. Delicious, romantic, expensive. You also need to make an appointment in advance. The disadvantage of the hotel is the beach. Shallow, tides, hedgehogs, reptiles that look like snakes to the touch like algae. Sun beds are always available. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant-bar on the shore near pirogi.... Overall, I liked the hotel and I recommend it.
