It's a very beautiful place. Slightly inconvenient access to a very small beach. It is best to go in the morning, while there are not too many people. The buoys are not close to the shore and you can swim quite well. From the water you can see the shipyard. There are hedgehogs at the bottom of the water, they are certainly not anti-tank, but you can also get hurt.

An interesting place from the point of view of architecture. There is a museum inside. Entry in September 2024 is 100 liras. A small exhibition tells about the construction of ships in the era when the shipyard was operational.

Alanya is one of the best resort towns in Turkey. The best sandy beach in Alanya is Cleopatra Beach. The swimming season is from April to December. Fish restaurants and walking areas located all along the coast are better. Restaurants with a view of the yacht marina are especially attractive. Yachting is possible for all families and travel companies. There are many frameless places for photos. The score is 10 out of 10.

An interesting place. The entrance is 30 liras. If with the Red Tower, they write 70, but in fact they took 50. The inspection will take 20-30 minutes. You can walk from the port along the fortress wall, a very atmospheric and beautiful place. On the way there are local cafes where you can eat and drink)) The place is worth visiting 100% 🙌🏻

A wonderful and very unusual museum, which can be accessed by walking along the outer row of the ancient defensive walls of the Alanya fortress (modern Turkey).
It is an arched structure that decorates the shore. Five beautiful, symmetrical arches of impressive size "look" at the sea: it was here that medieval ships came for repairs, from here 700-800 years ago new ships were launched, models and images of which can be seen under the arches of the Tersane Museum ("Shipyard"). The passages in the sections are also arched. Inside, the skill of Seljuk architects, who built beautifully and solidly - for centuries, is admired. The shipyard belongs to the brightest and most glorious period in the history of ancient Alanya, it was built in 1228, becoming a continuation of Sultan Alayetdin Kuykubat's plan to strengthen the approaches to his winter residence. After the construction of this military dock, an important strategic facility, the Sultan's fleet was further strengthened and Keykubat I finally strengthened his authority at sea.
Modern visitors to the medieval shipyard can see a number of interesting exhibits, breathe in the fresh sea air under the shadow of ancient arches and feel the beauty and grandeur of the structure.
The entrance to the shipyard is 12 liras, in a complex with a visit to the Kyzyl Kule tower and the Damlatash cave - 23 Turkish liras.
