In court, they even manage to lose documents, and in response to a complaint, they do not hesitate to call 100 times a person who was mixed with dust and ask to withdraw it. I decided not to withdraw the complaint, although I hesitated. I still wanted to see who would be responsible for the loss of my application. Looking at the response to the complaint, in my opinion, everyone, as always, was pushed to the "switchman".
